• Sylvie et Fabrice (10/5): Good flat in a fabulous location with great host - Excellent flat and location in the feart of Firenze: 1 mn to San Lorenzo and Médicis capella, 7 mn to lthe Duomo, 12 mn to Pitti Palace, 5 mn to Riccardi palace. Extremely close (2 minutes) to Mercato central where you can eat in différent places. Matteo has been a great host even finding a quick solution when facing an issue with an equipment. Fabulous air conditionned when it is extremely hot outside! . Beware of the stairs to get to the 2nd floor if you have young children and/or big suitcases. This is included in the description of the accommodation so this is not an issue!

L’appartamento si trova in una zona centrale e comoda, ed è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata molto buona, sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi necessità. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti della nostra permanenza e apprezziamo l’impegno del proprietario nel voler rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile.
• Erica (2/5): A disappointing stay in a rundown apartment - Location The apartment was extremely outdated—everything from the furniture to the fixtures felt old and poorly maintained. There was a persistent unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The photos online were very misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the space. Overall, it felt neglected and definitely not worth the price.

• Jennifer (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and great communication with host when needed!! - Close to the markets and attractions. Nothing! It was great!
• Anna (8/5): Very central and close to all atractions - The flat is located very close to the Central market, so you can buy food or go for any meal on the second floor of the market. It is also within old town and in very close walking distance to all main attractions. We arrived by car and the owner was very kind to send us directions of the nearest place where we could drive to drop off the bags and also the parking place. The flat is on the top floor with very narrow stairs, so if you are travelling with backpack it’s not a problem, but with suitcases and two kids it was a bit of a challenge. The driving in the old part of the city is a puzzle, so I would suggest staying here if travelling with other transport than car :)

The location was perfect and close to the train station and all other attractions, so you can save on the commute. The apartment was spacious and perfect for my family of 6. The apartment was beautiful and looked just like the pictures online. N/A

• Mark (5/5): Not a terrible experience, great location, but needs to be cleaned and updated. - Good location very close to the Duomo. Dank smell inside. Terrible method to unlock the doors (keep your phone charged!!). Terrace is at the top of a dangerous attic-type pull-down ladder and is junky once you get there.
• Orly (10/5): Great comfortable and relaxing stay. - The apartment had everything you need. It was spacious and close to everything. Newly renovated and clean, easy to find.
