• Derek (8/5): Excellent. Recommended. - Location was excellent. Easy walk to the beach and lighthouse. We had a small problem with the plumbing on day 2. The management responded within 15 minutes and the problem was solved within 2 hours. Excellent service.

• Rachael (6/5): It was perfectly functional and very clean but the building needs some maintainance - Was a good location right across the road from the beach and walking tracks. The property is a bit dated, although it has newer modern furniture. The deck was very small and the spouting leaked onto it in the rain so the chairs were wet. While it got good morning sun there was none in the afternoons.

• Bev (6/5): Because we had family staying nearby we were not at home much - Your email system leaves much to be desired. It is logical to add new information at the beginning NOT hidden at the end of a long list previously seen Your email notification system is crazy. It is not general practice to put new emails at the end of a long list of previous emails. The internet turned off after 4 days. We were connected to the network but no internet. As I have only had one phone number I fail to understand why you think it is an overseas number. I have NEVER used my phone overseas
• Shannon (8/5): Fabulous stay in a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend - The location is amazing and the balcony was a great place to relax and listen to the surf. Living area and kitchen are great size with plenty of room and lovely furnishings. Bathroom is beautiful with double sinks a bonus. Lovely to have the pool out the back to use. The little table on the balcony we couldn’t use as it was lob-sided but that is minor. We were charged for breaking a bed side lamp that we definitely don’t remember breaking which is a shame

• George (10/5): Exceptional - Fresh new inside. Great furniture and colours and lighting. Not sure on operation of air con in bedroom for heat, but it didn't bother me as I decided not to use it and grab a basket in the cupboard.
• John (7/5): Inflexible Booking Arrangements - Nice property, well equipped For personal reasons, we needed to cancel the last 2 days of our 10-day stay. Unfortunately, the property managers were unwilling to assist (Green Hill?). So we moved onto Booking.com and heard "crickets" We expect to be visiting Buddina twice annually. So, with upcoming trips, our future with both this property manager and Booking.com is most unlikely

• Geraldine (9/5): Had a fabulous stay. Highly recommended! - Location was fantastic. Beautifully appointed apartment and well equipped. Opposite the beach and walking paths to lighthouse and river walk just across the road. Great communication with host! Everything was wonderful but maybe reading lamps in the second bedroom could be considered.

• Amanda (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. it is comfortable, close to the beach and fairly close to restaurants and shops. - Unit is beautiful inside. Kitchen has everything you might need, even a coffee machine. Unit is nice and spacious. Beautiful spacious bathroom. This is not something wrong. Just a heads up. There are two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double bed. The configuration can’t be changed to single beds.
