Alfonso Iglesias (10/5): Excelente experiencia junto al mar - Nuestra estancia en Valora Spot Jurere sofisticación junto al mar – SPJ's fue fantástica. La habitación es pequeña, pero muy acogedora y perfectamente equipada, ideal para una pareja que busca comodidad y estilo. Uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del alojamiento es su restaurante y la piscina en la última planta, simplemente espectaculares, con unas vistas increíbles. Además, la comida es deliciosa, cuidada al detalle y de gran calidad. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien, muy atenta y cercana, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos cuidados en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente para disfrutar de Jurere con confort y buen gusto.
ALEXANDRE (8/5): Bom lugar em Jurerê - Localização e conforto do quarto excelentes! Apenas dois pontos: 1. Paleta do ar condicionado quebrada, então o vento vinha em cima da pessoa sem chance de mudar. Administrador estava ciente. 2. Na última manhã a água não esquentava.

O quarto é confortável e bem equipado. Achei a comunicação com a empresa que cuida das locações um pouco confusa. Creio que recebi mensagens de 3 pessoas diferentes em números diferentes. Apesar de não ter tido problemas no check-in, sugiro que destinem apenas uma pessoa para ser o ponto focal nesta abordagem. No prédio tambem não há ninguém para ajudar com informações. Por exemplo, na cobertura havia um bar/restaurante que estava fechado, mesmo nos anúncios dizer que ele estaria funcionando com a possibilidade, inclusive, de oferecer um café da manhã. Não conseguimos ninguém para perguntar o motivo de não estar funcionando. Resumindo, a praticidade dos serviços à distância as vezes me incomoda, eu entrei e saí da hospedagem sem falar com ninguém presencialmente; para quem está acostumado a se hospedar em hotéis pode sentir falta deste atendimento mais "humano".

Não é uma crítica porque de fato estava específicado, mas a ausência de reposição de toalhas e itens do banheiro é um pouco incomoda.

Florencia laura (8/5): Excelente ubicación y departamento moderno, con aspectos a mejorar. - La ubicación es excelente. Es un edificio moderno y estaba muy limpio. La atención de Silvina fue muy atenta y amable. El Rooftop es muy bonito para ir a tomar algo y ver el atardecer. Estuvimos 5 días y nos dejaron un solo un papel higiénico, una bolsa de residuos y 3 toallas para 2 personas. Estaría bueno que para estadías más largas puedan ofrecer algunos elementos más. La pileta está en el Rooftop, es un poco incómodo poder usarla porque es un lugar que accede el público general y solo tiene 0,64 cm de profundidad. Está pegada al bar de la terraza y no tiene privacidad para los huéspedes. El estudio ofrece anafe eléctrico para cocinar, agregaría una pequeña mesa para poder comer más cómodo y tiene frigobar, no heladera.
Juliana (10/5): Confortável, agradável e segura foi a nossa estada. - O quarto, além de ser lindo, com uma decoração linda, é super funcional e tem tudo o que precisamos para preparar as refeições que quiser fazer no quarto. A vista é maravilhosa. A localização incrível e a anfitriã e seus time são pessoas excelentes. A facilidade da entrada e saída no prédio, tanto como pedestre, quanto com o carro, os serviços disponíveis. Eu e meus amigos simplesmente amamos. Não ter troca de toalhas durante a estada e nem toalhas de praia disponíveis. A limpeza tbm poderia ocorrer, pelo menos de 2 em 2 dias.

A porta do box era difícil de fechar, uma das luzes estava queimada, os lençóis eram muito pequenos e escapavam do colchão e tinham aparência de desgastados.

Silvinha estuvo siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo, cada día y con una sonrisa. La estadía fue muy cálida; en todo momento nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación del departamento y el bar con vista al mar en la terraza hacen que sea, sin dudas, el mejor lugar para hospedarse en todo Jurerê. Volveremos siempre, porque realmente nos encantó ❤️ Nada, todo fue excelente.
Anil (1/5): Rude and incompetent host, below average property, do not recommend! - Extremely rude and unhelpful host. After I arrived, the electronic door lock on my apartment stopped working at 12pm and was not fixed u til 7pm, the host simply did not care, came across as incompetent and untrustworthy therefore storing my valuables with the host was not an option. The property management were unwilling to refund me for the wasted day that I had to spend inside the apartment waiting for the lock to be replaced.

Emre (6/5): Unterkunft top, Personal flop - Top Lage, saubere Zimmer sowie moderne Ausstattung. Das Verhalten des Personals, insbesondere von Silvia (auch bekannt als Silvinha), war für uns inakzeptabel. Wir erreichten die Unterkunft etwa 30–45 Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit. Eine Mitarbeiterin nahm unsere Koffer entgegen und bat uns, gegen 15:00 Uhr zurückzukehren. Dieser Aufforderung kamen wir nach und verbrachten die Zeit am Strand. Als wir pünktlich um 15:00 Uhr zurückkehrten, befanden sich unsere Koffer jedoch noch nicht in unserem Zimmer, sondern wurden erst etwa eine Stunde später gebracht. Zusätzlich wollte man uns eine Gebühr für die Aufbewahrung unserer Koffer für 30–45 Minuten in Rechnung stellen, ohne dass wir im Vorfeld darüber informiert worden waren. Dies empfanden wir als unangemessen. Besonders befremdlich war die Situation bei der Übergabe der Koffer durch Silvia. Ihr Verhalten erschien uns unprofessionell, aggressiv und unangemessen. Eine sachliche Klärung unseres berechtigten Anliegens war nicht möglich; stattdessen wurde uns sogar mit einem Verweis aus der Unterkunft gedroht. Zudem war die persönliche Nähe während der Auseinandersetzung für uns äußerst unangenehm. Dieses Verhalten steht in starkem Kontrast zu der ansonsten sehr schönen Unterkunft und ist aus unserer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel.

Paula (10/5): Súper recomendable la estadía en Spot Jurere. - El lugar es chiquito pero súper funcional. No t falta nada! Tiene una terraza con una pileta q es una recontra opción si no tenes ganas de ir a la playa. El personal siempre atento y cálido ante cualquier consulta. La zona es hermosa con un polo gastronómico en la otra cuadra. Lugar seguro, cómodo y cerca de todo. A unas 12 cuadras del shopping Jurere Open. El ingreso con clave al edificio y al departamento es super práctico. En frente está Safari Beach, un beach club, está solo los sábados hasta las 10 pm. No molesta, no se escucha nada. Lo recomiendo!! La verdad no recuerdo nada negativo.
