- Eftekharul (1/5): Extremely poor & unsatisfactory - Close to the station & local shops. Nothing else. The room was extremely small and felt quite suffocating. If the window was opened for ventilation the constant noise from passing trains (every 3 to 4 minutes) made it very difficult to rest. There was no Wi-Fi facility available during my stay. When I inquired about it I was informed that the issue had been reported and that the internet service provider would attend. However, throughout my six day stay no action was taken. Customer service was also disappointing. Phone calls were not answered and communication was limited to text messages which were often responded to with significant delays. Additionally the toilet on the first floor was out of service. Requiring all guests to share a single ground floor toilet which was highly inconvenient. Overall my experience at this property was extremely poor and unsatisfactory.
- Maria (2/5): De terror - Lo único a favor es la ubicación, que está a 20 min del centro de Londres en metro y que cerca hay varios supermercados. The only positive aspect is the location, which is 20 minutes from central London by tube and there are several supermarkets nearby. En primer lugar que no hay wifi, y tiene el descaro de no solucionar la situación. Al punto de dejar barados a otros huéspedes una familia de Polacos, tal y cómo está la situación hoy en día y más en un país que no es el tuyo y necesitas internet para todo. En tercer lugar el entorno y los demás huéspedes que habían alojados ahí... Todo es un ambiente muy tétrico y de muy mala seguridad y alta peligrosidad, al punto que se meten personas de la calle si dejas la puerta abierta e incluso en parte de las instalaciones presumiblemente a consumir drogas.

- Jasmin (1/5): - Nähe zur U-Bahn Schlecht ausgestatte und sehr defekte Küche. Man mochte die Griffe gar nicht anfassen weil sie so schmutzig und klebrig waren. Auch die Küchenutensielien waren alle total fettig und klebrig und sehr in die Jahre gekomme. Tassen und Gläser waren in den ersten Tagen gar nicht vorhanden. Keine Geschirrtücher oder Topflappen. Wir haben uns fürs Frühstück Snacks vom Supermarkt geholt ind sie unterwegs gegessen. Abend auswärts gegessen oder den Ofen mit Bachpapier ausgelegt, darin Fast Food erwärmt und aus der Verpackung gegessen. Die Badezimmer waten ebenfalls oft schmutzig und auf unserer Etage gab es weder Handseife noch Duschutensilien, die haben wir dann vor Ort selbst besorgt. WLAN ist an Tag 3 ausgefallen und wurde auch nicht mehr eingerichtet. Ich kann die Unterkunft leider niemandem empfehlen. Die Bilder zeigen in keinster Weise den tatsächlichen Zustand der Unterkunft. Finanziellen Ausgleich gab es leider nicht, es wurde angeboten zu reinigen. Hat aber bei dem Zustand nicht wirklich geholfen.

- Anthony (8/5): A great comfortable stay on a tight budget - A great local location to the city and very close to the tube, giving a good balance between busy and quiet You get what you pay for so the ritz shouldn’t be expected, but for the price and the location, the visual representation can be forgiven.

The room was dirty and very unclean, the other guests staying were - The room was tiny and there was stains on the sheets the floor as well as the furniture in the room there was also black mould on the wall in the corner. The smell of the room was horrible when I entered it, had to go to Lidl to buy Febreze to try and get rid of it The location was all right worked very well but the property itself was dirty. There was loads of rubbish outside of it/overflowing bins. Inside my room, there was a nasty smell as well as dirty floors dirty sheets and the furniture was broken as well as dirty as well with stains all over desk. The kitchen was a good size and there was two bathrooms, but there was no bins in the bathroom as well as paper towels to dry your hands.

- Ugorji (6/5): One Night - Room No. 2 1. The room has space to sit at the table. I managed to get a peaceful night's sleep in the bed. 2. The kitchen is a great size and well equipped. 3. There's a bath tub with shower head, which I actually prefer to standing showers. Standing showers are everywhere, yet a bath allows for a superior relaxing cleansing experience. 1. I saw dark mold spots on the wall near the hairdryer - not good - mold should not be in any rented space. 2. The room looks different from the picture on Booking, the host could upload updated photos, as the bed has been moved around to a different spot. Which made it look like I got the wrong room.
- Ugorji (1/5): - The location is near Upton Park tube station. 1. Noisy neighbours in the room upstairs. I contacted the host to fix the issue. 2. A Mouse pest was running around in my room at 1am! I left the room and sat in the kitchen. I contacted the host. But I got no reply after midnight. I had to call Booking.com customer service, and send them video evidence of the mouse issue. Then Booking.com tried to contact the host, but no reply. I eventually got a refund by the end of the day. So I had a big headache dealing with all this stuff instead of getting a relaxing rest. Unfortunate, because my previous stay was ok.

On sundays there is nice market just around the corner to get fish, clothes, etc. etc. There is washing machine, fridge in room, cooking stove, micro etc. Flexibility. I was almost out of battery and needed to get inside with my family. Little problems with that..

There is no trash can in the bathroom, if you are a woman you have nowhere to leave a stopper The toilet bowl almost does not work The shower flows water next to the hose, iron beds in the yard if you go out it is a mess like pigs, not to mention the dishes that are offered are dirty I don't think anyone checks. Les lit qui vacillaiaient, les murs de la chambre avec des tâches douteuses! Il faisait très très froid dans la salle de bain, on s’est doucait un minimum tellement il faisait froid, inacceptable!!! A la fin du séjour, je n’ai plus retrouvé mes affaires que j’avais mis dans le frigidaire... En résumé un logement indigne... on partait très tôt et on rentrait tard juste pour dormir. J’ai dépensé plus que prévu car impossible d’utiliser la cuisine, ni petit déjeuner, ni dîner possible : comment màger que avec 2 chaises alors qu’on est trois et aucun ustensile pour pouvoir cuisiner un minimum, même pas de passoire pour les’pâtes !!!! Une catastrophe. Et je ne parle pas de l’extérieur exécrable, dechet jonchant le jardin devant et derrière !! Cuisine inacceptable !! Worst experience - I haven't liked anything unfortunately mouldy walls, loud noises all night, sheets were not clean, heating was too high and where was no way to adjust it. There was no hand wash in toilets. Rooms smell weird.

- Roy (6/5): It’s fine for a short stay if you’re here mostly to explore London and just plan on using it as a place to sleep - Very close from the tube station, makes going about London super easy. The photos do not really look alike. The room is small and quite rudimentary. Bed frames were shaky and even the bed side table wasn’t very sturdy. We discovered the toilets could only flush once per day/night which was very inconvenient.

The night we arrived, there was a lady in our room who seemed surprised when she saw us, it all felt really weird. She said she was a member of the stuff, but she didn’t seem to know where things were and wasn’t helpful. She also spent the whole night making a lot of noise. And on our third night one of our room neighbors got robbed. So recapping, weird vibes, a lot of noise, dirty and unsafe.
- Natalie (1/5): Upsetting. - Very close to Upton Park underground and High Street however I'd prefer to stay further away in another hotel if it meant I'd receive sufficient hygiene and cleanliness. No shower head on shower pipe. Went to have a shower in the morning and found the pipe laying in the bath on top of urine. Toilet flush was broken, 1 of the towels had stains on it and they were so obvious so to fold them and still place them out for guests is just shocking to me tbh. Would not stay here again..for the what they charge you could get a room with a private bathroom and a shower head without the shock of urine in the bath. Wish i took pictures of the towel but i just wanted to get out of there once i saw these things. Did get videos of some things but cannot upload here. All in all terrible experience.

We keep some drinks in the common fridge,and somebody steal it and when we informed the owner or who was the person between as and home they didn't valued for it and they take it's like a normal thing in the house ,even they did come with solutions.
- AMAL (10/5): Beware of personal food items - The room and neat atmosphere Somebody stole our things from the fridge and when we informed the assigned person she didn't take any action or investigation on it even there was camera. Didn't come up with a solution or reply.

- Monir (2/5): Good and bad, - We liked communication super! Restaurant and shopping very close, that's what makes us very happy, thanks, We have family booking five persons including 3 children, so we expect room together or beside but they give us room upstairs and downstairs 🤔 which is very sad! So I feel they won't give us family values! Room's and bathrooms are very tidy not as far pictures on website! Finally I like to inform you there is no employment in the apartment only over phone! So for me it's not good apartment for family, thanks,
