• HASLIZA (1/5): - The location is convenient and close to town, and the place looks nice, but access to the property is not easy. I waited for almost 2 hours because the access card was not working and had to go to the management office twice. I drove to Level 7 but could not open the door, went down again to ask the security guard for assistance, then drove back up to collect my luggage. We even needed the guard’s help just to access the lift and reach our unit. This was a very bad experience, and I will not stay here again.
• 995 (1/5): - Access card problem ade maintenance..and we got no info for that..stay 4hari facility pon tk leh guna disebabkn card..and we alr contact agent and we still not get new card..and we almost fight with guard bc the card
• Rosa (4/5): Owner needs to get rid of ants!!!! - Location was central, check in process is easy and simple. Cleanliness needs major improvement. The photos make the place look much nicer than it actually feels — there’s visible water damage on the floor and old caulking with browning around the wet areas. The biggest issue, however, was the ANTS. I have videos showing many small ants crawling around the bathroom sink, shower area, and even parts of the unit. I didn’t keep any items near the sink because of it. It felt very very uncomfortable staying here, and I’m glad it was only for two nights — otherwise, I would have moved to a hotel. The owner needs to address this immediately, as having this level of pest activity is not acceptable for guests. Additionally, some listed amenities like the hairdryer were missing. I asked about it but received no response, which made things difficult given the hot and humid weather.

• Chin Weng Low (8/5): Wish to have cleaner environment - Location is good and strategic and especially can go to roof top and view the nice scenery like KLCC, KL Tower and Merdeka tower. Cleanliness still can be improved, especially the kitchen area table top appeared to be too oily. Then for the lighting wise, got one is flickering and not replaced immediately despite I whatsapp them.
