- Christine (8/5): We were quite comfortable except for comments above - It was a two bedroom apartment with all the commodities you would expect, in a very good position. It is near Woolworths and Coles so could get all the food we wanted and could relax after busy days. Tram from Southern Cross stopped just outside (see below). Arrived on skybus at Southern Cross 3 hours prior to checkin so had to wait there. Had to collect a key from a store about 200 mtrs from entrance. Have never had such a late check in before, 3 pm iso 2pm. Second bedroom was small with no wardrobe. Had to put clothes in friend's wardrobe. TV was small.
- Ethan (2/5): - Location wise was good The apartment itself was in a good location, however our stay was made unnecessarily difficult due to several issues. The air conditioning did not work, the TV would not connect to the internet, and only one set of keys was supplied for a booking with two rooms and two guests.
We explained that two sets of keys were needed to manage the weekend, but this was not accommodated. This made it very inconvenient to coordinate access between us and significantly impacted our stay.
Overall, the lack of basic functionality and flexibility made the experience frustrating.

the location is very strategic, got a free tram in font of the building. halal food nearby. the bathroom and bedroom cannot lock properly.
- Julie (7/5): Apartment was adequate..would have liked it to be better considering the price paid. - Location Dirty carpet, dirty doona cover, dirty throw on lounge, dirty sink in kitchen, plug in kitchen sink was too small…small dining table, dirty air conditioning vents, used nicotene pouches left on armchair, unable to check in earlier than 3pm..not enough attention to cleanliness considering we were charged over $150 cleaning fee. Expected a cleaner apartment especially since the request for us to not wear shoes indicates a spotless room.

- Leanne (6/5): Property was not as comfortable as led to believe. - Central location. We were able to walk or catch a tram from our doorstep. Tripping safety hazard at the front door. Kettle was tripping the main but it was replaced. Heating was not working properly so relied upon portable heaters. Vents in bathroom are extremely dust and possibly a hazard.
- Torrens (1/5): Absolutely one thing after another - I liked it was central and close to the tram We were advised to park at 333 Collins street, even though I requested parking on my booking, when we arrived they said no parking at the property. We took there recommendation and parked at 333, however this cost an extra $207 AND as we checked out Sunday, this car park is completely locked down on weekends. When we contacted the accommodation they advised, “it was only a recommendation”
Regarding the room itself, it was lovely they had made up the bed in the lounge room, however the 1st bedroom door didn’t close, second bedroom door did t close completely, no aircon/heater, however a small oil heater.
The carpet needs to be looked at at the entry of the door, massive trip hazard.
Definitely not what I was expecting, keys had to be collected from an IGA, IGA staff had no clue about anything, other than “we just give you the key and you need to bring it back” led to another problem as we flew out early and IGA wasn’t open for return of key. Had to get permission to leave key in apartment.
I wasn’t aware it was like an air bnb booking until after we had paid.
Only 1 key/door access for a family of 6.
Not enough seating for a family inside the apartment.
Next time I will make sure where I book actually had a reception. I personally won’t stay again, wasn’t a good start when we selected car parking and we couldn’t even get that, even though I selected this and also sent a message.
The people from 333 Colin’s street car park advised that the accommodation place should NEVER be telling people to park there due to the high cost and also being complete closed on public holidays/Saturday and Sundays.
Customer service was not great at all.

- Diana (5/5): Not what we expected - Location ok Kettle was broken and scored at bottom microwave had rusted at the bottom tripping over carpet at entrance. Door. Oven not cleaned. Carpet was not very clean was not really big enough for 6 adult's
- Shelley (5/5): Overpriced for low standard of maintenance. - Great city location Didn’t realise how bad the carpet at entry was until saw it. Owner stated in reviews last October they would fix it.
Kettle kept shorting out power. Management told me to buy a new kettle and would reimburse cost. Given lack of maintenance on property don’t trust would happen. Central heating did not work.
Missing basic items such as mattress protectors, power points, towel hanging or storage for clothes.

- Dragan (7/5): Overall, a good location the apartment was clean and tidy. - Location of the accommodation, clean & neat. The carpet on entry had lifted and was a trip hazard. Shower screen leak.
- Debbie (4/5): Not Clean - We arrived to find the Dryer going full of bedding so full it wasn't even rotating. The bathroom and shower had long black hairs plus a dirty mop in the corner; the second bedroom had no hanging space and the bed on one side was up against the wall we only had 1 guest staying in this room; the main bedroom's wardrobe was full of pillows, cushions and vacuum cleaners plus the beds had no top sheet; the walls and carpets were scuffed; the skirting boards were dusty even the fake flowers; mirror was crooked and no not something we could fix, the cupboard above the fridge was also crooked.
On a positive note, it was in a great location and the size of the accommodation was good.

Bed and pillows was 👍👍 Carpet in the front door entry was not seal properly.
I have tripped over a few times to get into front door.
I don’t like the main bedroom door , not able to close properly.

- Sol (8/5): Its clean and best value for money - It was really close to any restaurants. I’d say its literally walking distance Its just the 2nd room, its not a door that you can close it, its a sliding door and its not fully close. If it has a door i would say its a 10.
