• Smith (7/5): Wouldn't go back - The location was excellent for travelling. Tea and coffee were a welcome home touch. It was very noisy. There were several lights not working and broken table and the apartment needed a cleaning properly. Windows, paint work, floors and the kitchen were dirty.

• Rupesh (10/5): Perfect for families or groups of five or more, this spacious and spotless apartment—just a one-minu - e truly loved how centrally located this property is. The tube station is literally a one-minute walk from the apartment, and there are plenty of food options just steps away. As a family traveling with a young child, we really appreciated how spacious the apartment was—easily comfortable for a family of five or more. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pantry, dishes, and cookware were all thoughtfully stocked, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our 5-year-old especially enjoyed sitting by the large Victorian windows, watching the traffic and taking in the city from above. If you're visiting London with a group of five or more, this apartment is genuinely one of the best options available—both for comfort and convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

• Bálint (5/5): - A közelben van metró és buszmegálló is, boltok, éttermek. A lakás mérete is jó. A szobák távol álltak a tisztaságtól, az ágyak már régen elhasználódtak, nem igazán lehet aludni rajtuk, a kanapé szintén. Az ablakok nehezen záródnak / nem is záródnak, nem lehet besötétíteni.
• Aubrey (7/5): Great location - Great location easy walk to the tube. Overall it was a good location. The gate to get into the apartment wasn't working so we had to enter through the pub side. This was often met with a chow dog and construction equipment.

• Lillete (4/5): Disappointing apartment .. but we stayed out most of the day and made the most of our holiday inspite of this apartment - It was v close to the tube station and though old and poorly maintained was reasonably spacious .. It’s a very poorly maintained property ! The property manager was never available inspite of calls & messages ! not responsive at all ! .. things were broken.. the blinds.. the lights.. the radiator cover .. bulbs were not working .. and inspite of informing him he didn’t do very much .. no instructions were left about the use of the appliances either .. No toiletries were replaced including toilet paper even .. worse of all there was a mouse that came into the apartment while we were there and after sending many messages he put a couple of mouse traps but did NOT repair the broken radiator cover hitch which it had come and later when there was a terrible smell ( probably because the mouse had died ) inspite of multiple calls & messages he didn’t bother to get the flat checked or the mouse removed .. was a very disappointing experience and I think booking .com needs to inspect the properties being out in the site ! Floor boards creaking .. and dilapidated apartment !

• Karin (3/5): Convenient location, friendly owner and management, uncomfortable experience - Convenient to the tube and access to grocery stores and coffee shops. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. No hot water during the entire week of our trip. Despite the owner trying diligently to fix it, my family was without hot water for the week with no compensation for the inconvenience. The owner offered a discount on the overall cost and as of writing this review, nothing has been refunded. The flat is above a pub and across from one, and there is noise late into the night, as well as a greasy smell from the restaurant below. If you'll be out for most of the day and night, these might not be issues for you, but if you're traveling with kids or older adults, consider this element before staying here.

• Nuno (10/5): Parfect, cosy and comfrotable for a family of 6! - This apartment is perfect for families! Very spacious and comfortable, very well served with 2 bathrooms, a complete kitchen and a beautiful and enormous living room. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone (we were a family of 6!) All the rooms have plenty of natural light and big windows, as well as very darkening blinds if you’re bothered by natural light. Also the apartment is very well insulated thermicaly and acoustically. If you think this apartment is not central enough, think again! Ypu have underground station just by crossing the street as well as bus stations in less than 100m radius. As for other comodities you’ll find in a 100m radius all you may need: 24H tesco, caffe nero, starbucks, 2 pharmacies, kfc, burger king, nando’s restaurant, and much much more! Have I already mentioned the great areas this apartment has? P.S. We were so comfortably enjoying our stay that we forgot to take pictures of the apartment! ☺️☺️ Every home could use some fixings and upgrades (mine does, and I bet your does too!!) however, the only thing we think could be really helpfull is some humidifiers as with the heating and the weather this time of the year our airways got a bit dry. Other than that, we would only point some of the light switches that other than being really cool, were a bit stiff due to extensive usage but wasn’t anything that could interfered in the quality of our stay.

• Anna (2/5): Great location and early check-in was appreciated, but the apartment was poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues, bro - Location • The floors, towels, and duvet cover were dirty upon arrival, which was very disappointing. • The bathroom had black mold, which is not only unhygienic but also poses serious health risks. • Several bathroom fixtures were either broken or not properly secured. • The blinds in the room were not functioning, affecting privacy and comfort. • The bed was broken, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. • The bathroom fan was extremely dirty and appeared neglected. • The shower in the master bedroom was unusable because it was impossible to set the water temperature correctly. Additionally, the photographs of the property are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the apartment.

• Vijay (6/5): Good location. Property needs an upgrade. - Location was great. Sone of the facilities were not up to standard for a property in this location and for what was being charged for it. The bathroom in the en-suite room was not great as well as the second bedroom. The place in general needs an upgrade in many ways.
• Tse (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good, very near to the tube station. Surrounding have good restaurants and supermarkets It was very cold. Felt that the central heating wasnt working. When clarified, the host merely pushed it on the building problem and did not even try to help address it.
• Jayden (7/5): Great location, but I am not sure if it is worth the price I paid. - The best part was the location. It was easy to get around the city and the subway was in close proximity to the property. It was also nice having two bathrooms available for use. The cleanliness could be improved. For me, the vents were quite disgusting and the fan in the bedroom to use wasn't the cleanest either. For the price we paid, I feel like it could have been a lot tidier. The other thing that I had difficulty with was the WiFi. I told host that the pocket WiFi wasn't working because it wasn't charging. Luckily he came in the next day and sorted it. Even if he did tell me numerously that it didn't need to be charged to work. I still don't understand how pocket WiFi works without being charged. He ended up buying a new cable and charger, and I had no problems with WiFi after that.

It’s located in great location and Gloucester road station was 2 mins from the apartment so it’s very easy to get anywhere. There are many shops in the street such as tesco express, Nandos, Paul, wings stop etc. Also, there was tea, coffee, washing machine tablets etc. The sofa in the living room was a bit saggy but other than that nothing.
