• thúy vân (1/5): Căn hộ 104 chỉ là ảo.ko có thật ..cẩn thận khi muốn thuê ..nên tìm hiểu kĩ .. - Đăng lên là có hồ bơi cho thuê 104 phổ quang. ..nhưng khi đặt phòng ở thì lại di chuyển khách qua 108 hồng hà . Nhân viên cho thuê căn hộ ko rỏ ràng trong những tiện ích như những gi đăng trên app .mình thuê .ở 104 phổ quang trả tiền mà như ở lậu .ko được sử dụng hồ bơi ..rồi thì chuyển mình qua căn hộ 108 hồng hà .dụng cụ bếp như dao đồ hư hỏng ko xài dc ..thật chán nản ..sẻ ko quay lại thuê căn hộ này ..mọi việc thật sự tồi tệ..người cho thuê tên Châu ko đáng tin cậy
• Joseph (9/5): Expensive but comfortable for a family holiday - By Saigon standards it's a very spacious apartment and has most of the things that you might need for a few days' stay, including a washing machine and basic cooking facilities. The kids enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and the outdoor play area. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby, and a few places to eat, including a children's café with a few toys. The host spoke perfect English and was quick to respond to questions. Security seems pretty good, including a paid underground car park. It's very expensive for Vietnam (although Saigon seems to be getting pricier in general). Parking was quite expensive on top of the apartment fee, about 100K per day for a car. The apartment is a bit rough around the edges - for example, some of the wardrobe fittings had been badly installed/repaired so they didn't open, and in the kitchen the frying pan was too thin and low quality to work on the induction hob.

• Danil (6/5): Okay for the price, but the place could be better - Conveniently located close to the airport It is ok, but you can see the imperfections in details. The kitchen sink has a bit of mold around, the bed is cheap and not very comfortable. There was no hot water during our stay. When we moved in, there was no toilet paper but apparently it was hidden behind the mirrors.
