• Jennifer (3/5): I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. - The space was new with modern decor. A nice size. There were no instructions provided on where the door was and no outside lights were on so I was looking around the property in the dark to find the entrance. When I opened the door, the owner was lounging in the space and told me to go back outside. There was no apologies or anything. It was just incredibly awkward. I was 2 hours later than the indicated check in so it wasn’t like I showed up early. It was like they forgot I was coming, which also showed in the cleanliness of the space. It was tidy, but not clean. The bathroom had obviously been used and not clean. There was no hand soap in the bathroom to wash hands after using the toilet. The bedding seemed clean, but no top sheet and no extra blankets. Although I didn’t use it, the stove was also not cleaned either and had grease splatters and such on it.

• Katrina (4/5): Ok place to stay but it could be better - The location was ok, just not a lot of parking available. The suite itself is a decent size and very good for one or two people. The couch and bed was very comfy. Also nice that it has a private entry with just a key code to get in. The living room rug was dirty and some of the items like the remote control and power bar were sticky from previous residue. The main issue was that it was very loud from the residents upstairs, particularly in the bedroom; there was a lot of loud stomping from upstairs every morning so it was hard to sleep in and the stomping was very loud in the bedroom. Also, when coming in after the sun had set, the porch light wasn't on and the pathway to the guest room is on some rocks to the side of the house so it was difficult to navigate to the door in complete darkness and also no light to see the door key; I had to feel it to punch in the code and I couldn't turn on the light on my phone because my hands were full.

• Akua (10/5): I would love to book this place again someday!! - This stay was so wonderful that I didn't want to leave and I extended my stay by 4 days, haha! It's so clean, cozy, brand-new, plus the host is very friendly and cares about making you feel welcome, and I would definitely recommend this place to any of my family or friends visiting me in town! I sincerely don't have a bad thing to say about this place; I don't think the pictures do it justice as to how nice it is! I guess the ONLY issue is that the location is a little far to travel to (it's in the SW part of Edmonton), but I think it's very worth it!
