Vera (9/5): - The host is very nice and friendly. There is also a very cute cat in the apartment! The accommodation is fine for its money, a little far from the center but you can easily reach the center by bus, or walk for 30 mins. The beach is 15 mins walk! The neighborhood is cosy and authentic. The smell in the room was musty. The accommodation is a little far from the center, most shops close at 9 pm and there are not a lot of cafes where you can eat in the neighborhood ( which also close at 10pm)- I can't say it was a lot of inconvenience to us, just need to keep this in mind if you arrive in the city late, better to grab something while you are still in the center

Schultz (5/5): Netter Anbieter mit kostengünstiger Unterkunft. - Ich muss hervorheben das Herr Müller ein sehr netter Anbieter ist. Da es sich wie in der Anzeige beschrieben um ein ausgebauten Keller handelt darf man keinen Vollverglasten Loft erwarten das ist mir klar. Aber leider hat es in dem Keller einen komischen Geruch gegeben den ich nicht beschreiben kann, etwas aus Keller und Schweiß. Das hat mir nicht so gut gefallen.
Karl (3/5): Nie wieder ! - Es ist ein ausgebauter Kellerraum ohne Fenster mit einer Kellertür mit kleinem Fenster . Die Raumhöhe beträgt ca. 195 cm . Da musst du dich als großer Mensch beim Brausen klein machen .

David (3/5): Keine Stellungnahme. - Die Katze;) Ein kleines Fenster in der Ausgangstür, die zum Garten führt. Unzureichende Tageslicht aufgrund des fehlenden Fenster im zum Zimmer umgebauten Kellerraum. Ein unangenehmer Feuchtigkeitsgeruch. Ein winzig kleiner Kühlschrank. Kei direkter Zugang zur Küche. Da sich die Katzentoilette direkt neben dem Gästezimmer befindet, ist es unvermeidlich auf Katzenstreu zu treten. Unzureichend akustisch isolierte Wände, Decke. In den Reihenhäusern hört man die Stimmen und Schritte der Gastgeber und sogar der Nachbarn. Auf der anderen Betthälfte lag ein ekelhaft großer abgeschnittener Zehennagel. Wer mit dem Auto anreist muss sich auf das Problem unzureichender Parkmöglichkeiten in der dichter Bebauung einstellen. Spartanere Verhältnisse. Vielleicht sind andere Gäste mit solchen Bedingungen in dieser Unterkunft zufrieden, ich jedoch nicht. Das ist meine subjektive Einschätzung. Ich wollte diese Meinung nicht äußern aber ich erhielt immer wieder eine Benachrichtigung von Booking.com in der ich aufgefordert wurde eine Bewertung abzugeben.
