• arnaud (7/5): - Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Quartier calme. Appartement fonctionnel. Bonne communication à distance avec l’agence. Appartement très mal insonorisé : on entend claquer la porte d’́entrée de l’immeuble et les portes des appartements, on entend les discussions de l’appart d’à côté. Heureusement les voisins étaient calmes comme le quartier.

• Cécile (8/5): Quartier idéal, calme et proximité commerces, restaurants, bars et transports en commum - Appartement très bien situé. Des commerces , des restaurants sont à moins de 10 min. Le centre d'Athènes (Acropole, Plaka..) est à 20 min à pied. Station de métro à 10 min Appartement spacieux , idéal pour 1 couple et 2 enfants ou 2 couples On entend un peu les voisins mais rien de bien méchant

• Mathew (8/5): Nice well equipped apartment close to central attractions in Athens - The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood close to the center, at a walk-able distance to several main attractions like Acropolis, Monastiraki square, Plaka, Ancient Agora, Philopappos hill and Zeus temple. There are plenty of options close-by for eating and for day-today shopping (supermarkets). The well equipped apartment is newly renovated and spacious and is accessible by lift. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with modern stove, oven and microwave. The key collection and depositing process was pretty smooth. Although we did not meet in-person, the host was always reachable over the app and responded in a timely manner. The host was kind enough to accommodate our early check-in request between 11.00 am - 12.00 pm. As the piping is old, no paper goes into the toilets (including toilet tissue paper). Apparently, this is an issue that exists in many places in center of Athens. This was a learning for us. The host sent quick help to clear the clogging. During our stay, on a rainy day in the interior bedroom had water seeping from the roof. It was found that there was a leak in the central heating pipes. This could not be fixed during our stay. So, for the remainder of our stay, we could not use that room. The host offered us another two bedroom apartment in a different location not far from the center. With the spacious living room with sofa and the other bedroom and two washrooms, the stay was manageable for three of us. So, we did not move. I docked-off one point in my final rating for this unforeseen incident. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and would not hesitate to stay another time in this apartment.
• Soha (8/5): Sparkling clean apartment in a safe neighborhood - The apartment was spotless clean. The beds were firm and comfy. There was two full bathrooms which helped a lot although they were both super small. While the apartment itself was comfortable the building was noisy. The walls were paper thin and neighbors somehow liked to scream at 11 pm or midnight and early morning kids would go to school with a lot of noise. That was the only negative about this stay.

• Dries (7/5): Goed appartement maar geen warm water. - Mooi appartement op een goede locatie - geen warm water om te douchen - onvoldoende dekens (enkel een dun laken om onder te slapen + 1 deken voor 2 kamers. - 1 van de 2 badkamers stonk naar de riool.

• Eeraj Qaisar (9/5): Great homebase to explore Athens - Good location and the property accommodated my request for a flexible checkout which is much appreciated. Clean and plenty of space. One shower is decent size and the other smaller but manageable. Walk to many restaurants and cafes within 10-15 minutes - one can spend a lifetime exploring the superb cafes and bakeries in Athens (much better than Paris or New York City). Hot water is actually hot and the water pressure is good. Walk to Acropolis, Plaka and other main attractions within 20 minutes or take a taxi if you can't walk. Very quiet at night and the street does not seem to be a main thoroughfare so only local traffic which keeps the noise levels down for a good sleep. The views from the rooms are okay, but if you are sitting in the room in Athens then you are doing it wrong anyway - the city needs to be explored on foot and you only come back to sleep. I have explored Athens many times and recommend this place as a great homebase to explore the dynamic, chaotic and full of life city that Athens is. The place is great with ample room, but having blankets in the rooms would make it a lot better. The thin coverings don't do much in keeping you warm and yes, Athens can get chilly at night in October. The property is tastefully done, so adding a little extras like blankets would make it even better.

• loredana (10/5): Ottimo appartamento - L appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda,in un quartiere che si anima dall' ora dell' aperitivo in avanti. Ci sono molti locali tra cui scegliere e dove si mangia molto bene. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche diversi negozi in cui poter comprare. Molto pulito ed ordinato,letti comodi e cucina ben attrezzata, sicuramente ci ritornerei.

• Malgorzata (9/5): Wygodny apartament blisko centrum Aten - Bardzo wygodny apartament z dwiema sypialniami z dużymi , wygodnymi łóżkami i dwie niezależne łazienki. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona z aneksem jadalnym i strefą wypoczynku z kanapą. Położenie blisko starej części Aten - do muzeum Akropolu 15 minut spacerem. Poruszaliśmy się wszędzie na piechotę. W okolicy wiele barów i lokalnych restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Dodatkową atrakcją jest bliskie wzgórze Filopappou, z którego roztacza się przepiękna panorama Akropolu i Aten. Świetne miejsce na spacer o poranku i wieczorem. Polecam!
• Caroline (9/5): Geweldig appartement om comfortabel in Athene te verblijven, vlakbij de belangrijkste attracties - De locatie is heel goed: net buiten het toeristische gedeelte maar wel op loopafstand hiervan want ook wij kwamen om de belangrijkste toeristische attracties te bezoeken. Veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de nabijheid, het is rustig en veilig op straat. Het appartement zelf is heel fijn: ruim en schoon met 2 badkamers, wat we tijdens het boeken niet in de gaten hadden maar wat wel heel prettig was! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, tot aan slofjes aan toe. Ook de airco doet het uitstekend. De communicatie met de verhuurder is helder, compleet en prettig. Alles was goed geregeld. Het enige wat ik gemist heb zijn bedlampjes. Je kan alleen het grote licht aan hebben, als je nog even zou willen lezen heb ik zelf liever alleen een bedlampje aan. Maar het is een onbelangrijk detail, het appartement is top!

Migliorerei l' elasticità del check in e l' accesso alle chiavi.
• Brendan (10/5): Very nice find. - Place was perfect. The location is in a less touristy area, with older streets and apartments. This apartment has been done up recently and typical of the area. Larger than most and roomier enough to sit around and cook if needed. It is also protected from shops and traffic, so quiet at night. Good air conditioning and double glazed windows make it comfortable to stay in. Was lovely to walk around, with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars, with what looks like locals hanging out. Manageable walk from the train too and easily walk-able to the Acropolis. We spoke to Martha and she was very receptive. We had lots of silly questions and she was very patient. Beds are fine, but not luxurious. A nicer mattress or sheets would have been amazing.

• eleftheria (8/5): Καθαρό και λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα. - «Το διαμέρισμα στο Κουκάκι ήταν εξαιρετική επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας στην Αθήνα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με άνετα κρεβάτια και καλή διαρρύθμιση. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο πρακτική. Ιδιαίτερο βολικό ήταν το γεγονός ότι υπήρχε πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Το διαμέρισμα είχε μόνο μια τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι. Καποιες φορές υπήρχε μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά που ερχόταν από τον φωταγωγό.

• Nikola (10/5): - The apartment on second floor is spacious and has two bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. It is air-conditioned, located in a quiet neighborhood, and has a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a washing machine, as well as a wide selection of TV channels and Netflix. Just down the street in both directions, there are AB supermarkets, along with many restaurants and shops. The metro is also not far. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly to any questions. Perfect accommodation and wonderful hosts.

The elevator is small, but works well. there’s a woman that lives on the ground floor that doesn’t want you to take it if you’re young and able-bodied 😂

• Sema (8/5): Nice location - The flat was in a residential area close to the restaurants and cafes. There was a supermarket on the same street. Bakeries were very close. It was a quiet street and was close to the public transportation. All the main attractions were about 20-25 min. walk away. The property was very clean. The flat could be improved with some details: the number of mugs, coffee cups etc. can be increased to accommodate 4 persons. There can be 2 night lamps instead of one in one of the bedrooms. There were 2 spots as night lamps in the other bedroom; but they could be controlled neither individually nor from the bedside. They could only be controlled with a single switch at the entrance of the room. There is only one sofa big enough for 4 persons, but we would prefer to have a comfortable chair in addition to it in the living room. Except these small details, the flat is exactly as it is seen in the pictures.
