The listing advertises access to a swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons I booked this apartment. Upon arrival I was informed by the building reception that the pool has been closed for months. This was never disclosed in the listing, which makes the description highly misleading.
Access to the apartment was also poorly handled. I did not receive proper instructions in advance and the entry code initially did not work, leaving me locked out while my luggage remained inside the apartment. Communication from the host was slow and unhelpful.
The apartment itself is also not “modern” as advertised. It is clearly old and outdated, and the condition does not match the impression created by the listing photos and description.
Because the property did not match the advertised amenities and there were serious access issues, I left and requested a refund. Both the host and Booking.com refused to refund the stay.
Overall, the description of this property does not reflect the actual situation, and future guests should be aware of that before booking.

- Patricia (10/5): I will come back for the spa - The spa is amazing . Best part of the building. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there were two aspects that affected my experience. First, the elevator system was frustrating—slow, crowded, and at times unreliable. It often took longer than expected to get to my floor, which was inconvenient, especially during peak hours. Second, the noise levels were an issue. Whether it was from neighboring rooms or hallway traffic.
The valet parking was a major disappointment. The cost was extremely high which I wouldn’t have minded if the service matched the price. Unfortunately, it didn’t.
Every time I needed my car, it took at least 20 minutes to get it back, even when there were only a few guests waiting. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no clear system in place to manage the flow of vehicles efficiently. For the price they charge, I expected a much smoother experience.
