Victoria (5/5): Disappointing, could be much more better with a more responsible owner - The apartment was nice. One can enjoy the everyday market in front of the building. Close to the metro stations. It could be a pleasant stay, but it didn't happen. On our check in in the evening we were said that the shower was broken and we couldn't take it after the flight. Our first "shower" in Rome was from the bottles of water. The next morning my husband went to the store, bought a necessary part for his money and fixed it by himself. but it really didn't help because the shower worked terribly. It was impossible to adjust the water temperature. It ranged from extremely hot to extremely cold. I sent the message about the problem to the owner. Twice we were promised that a technician would come, but he didn't. Just wasted our time waiting for him.And the owner even didn't care to inform us. After 10 days of our stay the technician came. He didn't solve the problem of water temperature and pressure, in addition, he changed the settings of the boiler and we stayed for two nights without heating. again my husband had to fix it. As for cleaning staff, it also didn't work good enough. They couldn't even change the beddings properly. Some of the beddings were old and torn. What a shame to have guests that come for 16 nights and not to give the proper attitude. The air conditioner in the bedroom is very noisy, so it doesn't suit people with sensitive sleep. The communication with the owner was very poor. Because of the problems I had to contact him almost every day.It took long hours to get a response, not always on the same day.The owner wasn't helpful.

Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Near Termini train station. Larger than most apts in this area. Washer and kitchen where great as we were traveling two weeks before arriving here. Communication was 100% with Booking.com. Look no further reserve this apt. Everything was 100%
