• Martine (9/5): - L appartement est proche de la gare, dans le centre emplacement est top., le calme, la récupération autonome des clés, les chambres spacieuses, les 3 salles de bain, il y a un petit supermarché italien à 10 mètres dans la rue. Les odeurs de cuisine, le bruit de quelques voisins, les 3 étages sans ascenseur, il manque quelques verres, des portemanteaux dans la chambre qui a un balcon.
• Anna (10/5): Fantastic - We had wonderful staying in the apartment. Localisation couldn’t be better , between Duomo and San Lorenzo, but very quiet at night. Apartment was specious,very clean,well equipped and comfortable for the group of five. Beds were comfortable, beddings fresh, clean and white, the same as towels. Good contact with the host!!! Really recommend.
• Kim (10/5): Magical stay in Florence - The location could not have been better. The apartment was beautiful. Plenty of space for a family. There were 3 bathrooms and showers that all worked really well unlike other reviews mentioned. The balcony view of the duomo outside of one of the bedrooms was magical! We loved our stay. Francesca was super helpful and available even though we did not need anything.

• Lisa (8/5): - We booked this property, but there was a fire in the building a few days before our arrival, and we were relocated to another property nearby; therefore, this review is for a different property. There is plenty of room and comfortable for 4 adults. It was nicely decorated, and the seating was comfortable. The windows opened onto the street, making it a great place to people watch.We liked having a washer during our stay, which was in the middle of a 2 week vacation. Our host, Francesca, was delightful and very easy to communicate with. The staircase was not very safe. The middle steps are hard to see, and there is a lack of substantial railings. I would not recommend this facility for elderly people or families with small children due to the staircase.

• gilles (9/5): Fantastic time in Florence @@ - Location and host fantastic. Get up in the morning and go downstairs and get a coffee or breakfast. Same with dinner. Very very clean which is super important for us. Apartment well equipped with everything you need when you land. Apartments has everything you need to cook a steak on the first day except the steak!! Bathroom a little cramp but then again i am comparing with australia and how long do you spend in the bathroom when on holidays. !! A few stairs and no lift first day to get suitcaes up. but you get use to it and good exercise when on holidays!! Location makes up for it.

• Johannes (8/5): Very nice stay with some potential for improvements - Location was Great, in the middle of florence. Communication was also very fast! Apartment was darker at the livibg room as the pictures showed. No keys at the bathromms and water pressure was very low.

• Chris (8/5): Perfect location. Clean comfortable accommodation but missing the wow factor. - Location couldn’t be better if you want central. Flat was clean, comfortable and amazing to have 3 bathrooms when staying as a big group. Everything worked well and communication from the host was perfect. Balcony was a nice touch albeit very small. For the price, it fell a bit short. I know the premium is paid for the location but we expected the small details to be resolved too at the price point. Things like; broken tables, average showers, not enough wine glasses for the number of guests, very limited coffee pods and toilet rolls took the edge off slightly on what was overall a great stay.
• Eddie (8/5): Definitely worth the stay being so close to the duomo. Would stay again for sure. And the hospitality was fantastic! - The views were amazing. Being so close to the Duomo was great. Everything was clean and the bottle of wine was such a fantastic welcoming gift. The only real issue was the creaks from the upstairs were loud and the ceiling was low. Maybe better area for kids not adults. And the water pressure/temperature for the showers were unusable at times. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.
• Valentine (9/5): Very comfortable apartment in a superb location for exploring central Florence - The location was superb, very central and close to lots of really good areas to go out in the evenings. Despite this, the apartment was very quiet, we felt we had plenty of space and it was a very comfortable and well equipped base. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms great and kitchen had all we needed (we didn't cook). We had a small issue with the heating and it was sorted within ten mins. The restaurant recommendations in the useful booklet were very good, the only thing I would add is rather than faffing around with a taxi to the airport, there is a very efficient tram within walking distance - much cheaper and couldn't be easier. All in all, it is a great apartment and I would highly recommend it, thank you. No complaints.

Lovely apartment with beautiful renovations and all the amenities needed for a family for an extended stay. Excellent location! In the heart of Florence steps away from the Duomos of San Lorenzo and Santa Maria and all the great shopping and fabulous restaurants. Perfect for a family- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. Hot water. The air conditioning was a must for July and it worked without failing in all rooms. All kitchen amenities including a washer-dryer. Spotlessly clean. Cutest balcony with a direct view of the duomo San Lorenzo. Great communication with the property manager. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay! We have NO complaints! Just be aware in case you have any visitors with limitations that it is on the third floor (considered 4th for Americans) and there is no elevator.

• Mike (9/5): This was a great wonderful stay in a very nice place! - this property is perfectly situated. it is a short walk to duomo and other attractions. The washing machine was not working and the hot water went out for a day. the staff was very quick to react to get the water working again.
