The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Eugenio Cilento (7/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è molto centrale e vicinissima alla metro, zona tranquilla pure essendo in centro, tutto facilmente disponibile nelle vicinanze, appartamento ampio e spazioso con stanze e bagni disponibili per tutti. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort ma meriterebbe maggiore attenzione nella manutenzione, prese della corrente da sistemare, pulizia dei terrazzi assolutamente mancante, e magari qualche accessorio in piu in cucina e nel bagno potrebbe essere utile
- ana (9/5): Ubicación y espacio perfectos - La ubicación es perfecta y los espacios son muy amplios. 3 habitaciones y 3 baños facilitan mucho la convivencia. Un poco pobre en cuanto a menaje. Solo una taza para desayunar y no encontramos abridor de botellas... Sin elementos de decoración y al ser tan amplio y de techos altos se ve triste. Situado en zona de muchos mosquitos y no hay mosquiteras.

- Ekaterine (8/5): Very good - Spacious, very comfortable apartment, with three big bedrooms and three bathrooms. Perfect for a group of 6 people. Great location. Next to a beautiful park and in a very quiet and safe area close to the city center.
- Anonymous (8/5): Milan is a beautiful & the apartment was clean & a good size - Location was great & it was a good size apartment Staff weren’t available at the desk most days & unfortunately the lady we spoke to didn’t understand English.. so putting our rubbish out was a challenge. Would be great if it had a toaster, a manual would be handy as there were no instructions for the air conditioning
- Jessica (7/5): Served its purpose - 3 bedroom flat did the job, tv’s very small but didn’t fly to Milan to spend my time watching tv. High ceilings, 3 balconies and views of the local park. Apartment was clean and suited 5 adults well. Chairs at dining table appear to be poor quality and one even had a broken leg when we got there. Pillows needed updating, felt like sleeping on falling apart cotton wool. Facilities were fine and in working order. Small wear and tear issues but over all a comfortable stay.

- Dominique (5/5): Passable - The apartment is big, well located and clean. The heaters are very old and weren’t working properly, and we were freezing during the night. The management promised to send a technician but didn’t follow through and stopped responding to messages. The showers are also very bad, and the beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The apartment also has no decoration, which gives it a cold and unwelcoming feel.

- Arpia (10/5): Perfect stay for big family or friendgroup. - Perfect flat with three big bedrooms. The flat was clean, quiet, near city, easy to access with metro. Kithen and bathroom with everything we needed. A lot of storage. We will stay here again if we visit Milan. Nothing to complain about.

- Michael (9/5): Very nice place to stay in Milan for 6 people - the location was good and quiet, apartment located on second floor with elevator access in 15 minutes walking distance from Duomo. The apartment was very clean, kitchen equipped with everything necessary for stay including towels and linen shampoo and hand soap for 3 couples. A company representative met us with keys. nothing, everything was OK
- Eva (5/5): Good location for discovering Milan, the apartment needs some proper maintenance and decoration - I liked the location, and the size of the apartment The apartment was not properly cleaned, they did not provide the complete cleaning kit even after requesting it, they provided the apartment without toilet paper, and after complaining they came home with one roll for 3 bathrooms later the date after. There was no curtesy coffee for the coffee machine. The blinders did not work in all the rooms, so it was not possible to make the rooms dark or completely lighten, the air-conditioning system is too old. The floor in the corridor going to the kitchen had a bump so we end up always tripping on it. The bathtub of one of the bathrooms did not have water and when using it, the water was leaking under the bathtub wall and we were not warned that it could not be used. In general there is some maintenance to be done. Finally, the apartment is not decorated so it gives a cold impression

- Iva (10/5): The best apartmants we ever stay in Italy! - So easy, the owner came 4 hours before arrival time, because we ask for that. That was so nice hosting! The area is so safe, with the park in front of. Every room have their own bathroom. Apartmants have towels, kettles, coffee machines, dishwashers, clothes washer, really everything you need! So clean and warm. One of the most comfortable bed ever! There is no any things. Everything was more than perfect!
