• Matthew (4/5): - Great location, large apartment Air conditioning did not work, when asked host how to fix they said they were saving energy and to open a window, very loud with window open and still too warm. Do not advertise property has air conditioning if you are not willing for guests to use it. Dead cockroaches in staircase to access property and unpleasant smell.

• Angelica (10/5): - L' appartamento è accogliente e perfetto per due persone, anche per un soggiorno prolungato. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal Duomo ma lontano dal caos poiché si affaccia su un cortile interno. La proprietaria è disponibile e cordiale. Forse l'illuminazione di alcuni spazi nelle ore serali, la luce in bagno era un po' troppo fioca.
• Isabel (10/5): The perfect place! - Perfect location, right in the middle of all Florence has to offer! Hosts were lovely, very communicative and the loft is gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night and clean facilities. Thank you for having us! Issues with the washing machine, but it was hardly a trouble.

• Jill (8/5): A comfortable base from which to easily explore a wonderful city. - The location was superb - very close to all the attractions. Despite being in the middle of the city, the apartment was very quiet. The air conditioning was excellent and very much needed in the 37 degree heat outside. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the excellent WiFi. It could have been more explicit that there are a lot of steps up to the apartment. The kitchen utensils and crockery were a bit hit and miss. We had to look up online how to use the Biretta coffee machine (possibly just an English problem). Though generally clean there was a lack of attention to detail: cobwebs in the kitchen and greasy stains on cushions. The shower screen was very cumbersome and we felt there should be a non slip shower mat.

• Israel (10/5): - La ubicación es increíble. El diseño del apartamento espectacular y contaba con todo lo imprescindible incluido café. El jacuzzi un puntazo. La luz del baño iba regular. Los enchufes son rarunos y la entrada al edificio era regular. Aun así recomendable 100%

• Aurora (9/5): Davvero ottimo - Ottima posizione, in pieno centro storico, che permette di raggiungere tutto in poco tempo. L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, anche più bello di quello che è possibile vedere in foto. Molto ampio e spazioso e ha tutto il necessario. Devo dire che avevo letto alcune recensioni dove gli ospiti avevano commentato negativamente il fatto che non ci fosse l'ascensore e che i vicini fossero un po' rumorosi. Posso confermare che sono le uniche due pecche ma che nel complesso non influiscono negativamente sul soggiorno.

• Trish (9/5): Brilliant and comfy - Comfortable and nice modern welcoming decor in an excellent location. The steps can be a bit hard on sore feet after exploring all that Florence has to offer.

El apartamento dispone de todo lo que necesitas y al dar al interior hay mucha tranquilidad. No es que no me gustará, pero para llegar al apartamento hay que subir bastantes escaleras. Para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente.

• Pascal (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Ausgezeichnete Lage mitten im Zentrum, man ist in kürzester Zeit an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Loft ist super ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern war hervorragend.

• iovine (9/5): Nonostante tutto.. ci tornerei! - Appartamento rifinito, accogliente e in posizione invidiabile. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile! La struttura, essendo un open space, avendo inoltre un riscaldamento centralizzato, tende ad essere "fresca", avrei gradito poter impostare io il calore adatto alla mia persona, anche se la proprietaria segue le indicazioni statali. Ma io ho avuto freddo per tutto il soggiorno, questa è l'unica pecca. L'inquilina del piano di sopra poi.. rumorosissima, ci ha regalato notti insonni con le sue sedie strusciate in terra.
