• leonate (9/5): Lovely stay overall, despite small inconveniences - The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk to Lidl and the nearest bus stop, and only 8 minutes to the well-equipped Venus Beach (with showers, changing rooms, toilets, and sunbeds). It’s also close to the archaeological Tombs of the Kings site, with plenty of diverse restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable lounge with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a lovely sea view, perfect for watching sunsets. The host, Jen, was very welcoming and accommodating. We also appreciated the option for a late checkout at 6pm for EUR 50. The main drawback was encountering occasional cockroaches in the bathroom several times during our stay. We didn’t report this to the owners until the end, but they assured us they would have addressed it promptly had we informed them earlier. Additionally, there was a slightly unpleasant smell from the A/C in one of the bedrooms, but it was a minor issue as we used fans instead.

• Nada (10/5): Nice comfortable apartment near the beach - Great location near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Within the apartment complex there is a pool for residents (and guests). Very clean apartment, well equipped with everything you may need for comfortable stay with family (we travelled with children). We had amazing host - Jen, who provided clear instructions, which I appreciate a lot.

• Valeriy (10/5): - Very nice location. Just 7 minutes to the Venus beach. Just 2 minutes to Lidl where we buy everything needed. Apartment has everything for cooking and more). Great pool on the territory. Nice parking near the building.
• Levente (10/5): - Kings Palace was a lovely place to stay. Close to the beaches, nice view, super inner swimming pool. The host was friendly, the rooms were nice and cosy. Also nice that there were electric converters and we didnt have to buy these No such thing
• Csoka (9/5): Great location, host and facilities - Location, facilities, beach nearby, great communication and perfect information package The tap water from the drinking water filter tasted strange and the smell of the cleaning detergent, used before the arrival, was extremely heavy
• Victor (10/5): It was fantastic! - We had a fantastic stay in Paphos and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday at this property. From the outset, communication with our host was excellent - clear, timely, and informative. We received comprehensive instructions about the property and how to access it, which made our arrival smooth and stress free. The home itself offers lovely sea views from both the dining area and the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The swimming pool is a great size and was never overcrowded during our stay. It’s also supervised by a lifeguard, which was very reassuring, especially with children. A real convenience was the nearby supermarket, just a short walk away, making it easy to stock up on anything we needed. As for the beach, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the nearest one is among the best in the area, specially if you enjoy sandy shores. Jen, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. She provided us with great local recommendations and even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, which was much appreciated. She truly went above and beyond, definitely a super host! Thank you so much for helping make our holiday one to remember. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. There wasn't anything we didn't like that was worthy of note.

• Erin (10/5): Exceptional - Separate bedroom and bathroom for our son...bonus. The apartment was very organized, clean, and conveniently located to shops, groceries, and beaches. The views from our balcony were beautiful. The pool was always clean and warm, and there was always a life guard around during the day. The extra security features made us feel safe during our stay. The owner was always quick to respond to any inquiries and was extremely willing to accommodate any requests we had. Thank you, Jenn, for making our stay feel both welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Cyprus. Nothing to complain about.
• Grace (10/5): Lovely stay in Paphos - Love how this property was very elegant indeed. 2 bathrooms and everything was very well thought of. Communication was top notch. Balcony and 2 bedrooms with kitchen and sitting area. Swimming Pool and very clean. Lidl is a stone throw away and the beach. Whole apartment is air conditioned and clean which was a plus. I’m very picky and checked out of a 5 star hotel because it was not suitable with kids but this property exceeded my expectations. Would definitely book again when I visit Paphos. Thank you Jen. Wish there was a microwave and maybe house keeping after 2 nights or so. Maybe a hamper for basics that you can pay extra for? But overall all good.

• Melissa (10/5): Highly recommend! - I can't fault this accommodation. It was excellent! It was clean, great location, air conditioning was brilliant and it had everything you needed. The contacts for this place were fantastic! They responded very quickly and called me when I had a slight issue with the WiFi, which was resolved so quickly. They even organised our taxi to the airport. Cannot recommend enough.
• Milos (9/5): Very clean and big apartment, helpful owner, good location - It has two separate rooms and two bathrooms, nice balcony with nice view, very nice swimming pool area, very close to the supermarket, good parking spaces under the building in shadow I missed dishwasher 😃
