• Nick (7/5): Great location and good entertainment but overall quality.needs updating - Good location and great big TV and access to Netflix for kids was appreciated Not cleaned well - overall a little ‘tired’ with holes in flooring and scuffs on walls and chips on bath. Cooker hood light not working. Hallway light not working. Oven not full working.outside garden not good condition and very weedy and messy with cigarette Stubbs on floor and overall not safe for young kids.

• Małgorzata (4/5): The price for the apartment is too high in relation to the poor conditions in the room. - The location of the apartment is very convenient, really close to the tube station; a selection of good restaurants nearby. On the down side: It is a very, very cold apartment ; the temperature in the bedroom was below 18 degrees Celsius; the manager would never appear to fix the problem ; he was sending us videos on how to fix the heating on our own - we followed the instructions but nothing changed; the windows are not sealed so the cold air is literally blowing in. One bed is an air mattress on the floor in the living room , the floor is cold and additionally cold air is coming in through the windows. There are no chairs in the apartment - sitting in available for 2 people (on the sofa). The tv shelf is falling apart. There was no toilet paper available . There is a closet in the entrance hall full of dirty sheets and towels and it is impossible to close the doors to it so it looks quite weird and is very unpleasant .
• Dmytro (2/5): Despite some positive aspects, the overall impression of the stay at the apartment remained negative - Location: The property is located in a very convenient area near Earl’s Court tube station, which makes getting around London much easier. Appearance: The apartment's interior is attractive, and the presence of a garden is a definite plus, especially for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation. Negative Aspects: Heating: The main issue was that the heating did not work during our entire stay. The apartment was extremely cold (the temperature stayed around 16-17°C). The problem was known to the staff from the moment of check-in, but even after a late visit by a technician, it remained unresolved. The temporary heaters that were provided not only failed to provide sufficient warmth but also appeared unsafe—one of them started sparking. Because of this, we couldn't leave them on overnight, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Cleanliness: One of the glasses was dirty, and I only noticed it after pouring wine into it. This raises questions about the adherence to cleanliness standards. Additional Details: There was no basic corkscrew in the apartment, which created inconvenience during our stay. Also, a used coffee capsule was left in the coffee machine, indicating insufficient attention to detail in preparing the property for guests. There were also candles, but no lighter to use them. I bought a corkscrew and a lighter and left them in the apartment, so I hope future guests will at least not have this problem. Additionally, the lack of chairs made it inconvenient to even have a coffee at the table. Communication: Although the support team tried to respond to our messages promptly, there were several delays that complicated the situation, such as when receiving check-in instructions while standing in the rain, having to go back to the metro station to collect the keys. Another example was the delayed response to the heating issue, which only occurred late at night, forcing us to wait for the technician who arrived after midnight.
• Ashutosh (8/5): Good value for this area. This is a spacious apartment, good for a short stay in a convenient location.. - Spacious and well located for transport, shops, bars & restaurants. Good outdoor space. Nice kitchen and good shower. The host company was helpful and responsive. Very easy to access. The decor could be more stylish. The bed is rather small and there are no comfortable armchairs. Could do with a dining table and dining chairs.
