• Eljon (7/5): Great location - Location was excellent right in the heart of town. Great food places and shopping. I couldn't get Wi-Fi access. There was meant to be an instruction document on the table that was not there. The kitchen and bathroom areas were cold with no heating.

• Sofia (4/5): - The apartment is big compared to other places in Japan. Even though it was close to the train station, the apartment was situated in a not very attractive alley that was quite dirty. The hot water for the shower was extremely slow; sometimes it took about 10 minutes to heat up. There is no place to hang the towels, and the laundry area is just next to a dumping spot. In addition, they don't offer a space to store the luggage in the case of early arrival or when you have a late flight.

Environnement calme mais plein de restaurants et Konbini. Self checking hyper pratique, très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable à Tokyo. • Dugo (9/5): Recommended place in Shin Okubo - Everything was good, the host was very kind and helpful when we needed, also the other staff member was amazing during our checkin 3 mins from Shin Okubo station, in a place very busy and full of young people so its definetly recommended for nightlife and places to eat and drink open all night long, there is also 3 konbini very near to the house, we came home late every night and never had problems Its also very close to Shinjuku and Kabukicho, we stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best base for our Tokyo tour
• Simona (7/5): La moderna Tokyo - L' Appartamento è nel quartiere coreano, comodo alla metro e a Shinjuku con una piccola passeggiata. Molti locali dove mangiare, tipo la Bakery sulla strada principale, Come detto in altri commenti l'appartamento non ha un vero bagno e soprattutto il wc non è tipico giapponese c'è uno stanzino con il water e uno con la doccia. Comoda la lavatrice self check-in perfetto con istruzioni molto dettagliate da parte del proprietario. Non c'è il letto matrimoniale ma 2 singoli, manca un piano d'appoggio dove poter mangiare comodamente e uno specchio grande.
• Patrícia (6/5): - The location was great, close to the station, very easy to find and enter the building with manual check-in. The street was very quiet and peaceful. Even though it was close to shops, restaurants, and the busy neighborhood. The internet wasn't very good, so I had to use my 5G several times. The house didn't have a mirror, just a hand mirror. But the detail that I found most strange, and that would bother me a lot if I were to stay longer than I did, is that the bathrooms are separate, so when you get out of the shower, you come out directly into the kitchen (which is cold and a little strange) and in the toilet area, the sink is above the toilet (a tiny sink), making it very difficult to brush your teeth or wash your hands without getting everything wet. It wasn't comfortable at all.

• ariel (4/5): Cheap Experience - Comparing to other properties in Tokyo, it was fairly cheap, and so was the experience. The room is tiny, low sealing, small shower, one sink for both dishes and toilet. The location is great though. The communication with the host and the check in process was disappointing and slow. The lock was bad and although we've tried to explain the host that we followed the manual closely- he kept insisting that we did something wrong. Eventually the lock was stuck and we needed to use some force into it. Not great when you're tired after a long flight and it's the middle of the night. The room was smaller than expected and no elevator (room on 3rd floor).

Klein maar efficient ingericht (Japans standaard appartement) kudo’s voor de fotograaf, zag op fotos toch iets groter uit haha Een tip aan de verhuurster: we misten wel een spiegel. Grotere en betere fotos van de manual. Locatie was een beetje lastig te vinden via google maps, dus heb de naastliggende hotel 🐬via google maps opgezocht 😝

• Alessandro (7/5): Buona soluzione - Posizione molto comoda per visitare la parte ovest di Tokyo. In meno di 5 minuti si raggiunge la fermata JR di Shin okubo e in 10 minuti abbondanti si raggiunge Shinjuku. Combini a 2 passi e nella via a fianco c'è un comodo coin locker. Via tranquillissima, non abbiamo mai sentito rumore di traffico. Considerato il prezzo, direi che è una soluzione comoda per una coppia con budget limitato. Presente bollitore, microonde, tostapane, un fornelletto che non abbiamo mai usato, lavatrice (no asciugatrice) sul balconcino attrezzato per stendere. Wc e doccia in 2 ambienti separati e letto matrimoniale comodo. Non c'è un tavolino dove potersi appoggiare per mangiare, stanza molto basic come da foto, non c'è un lavandino da bagno (ci si lava nel lavandino del cucinino)

• Mari (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - We were given the wrong code for the mail box to get the key. We messaged the property on booking.com but no reply. Luckily, a friendly Japanese man rang their number several times. He finally spoke to them and they send through the correct code. It was not a nice experience to struggle for 40mins to get into the property at night, after a long flight. Apart from this, I fully recommend this property. Easy to get to (just not inside!), very close to the train station, easy walking to Shinjuku.

• Viv (7/5): A pleasant but Squeezy stay . - I liked it because of location and clean, and some facilities they had were helpful. The security system in place was awesome. I didn’t like the fact you had to watch tv like it was behind you, and no real place to put your luggage if you had a couple of suitcases. A bit confusing to find the hotel if you didn’t have Google translate which took a while to find coming out of the train Shinjuku train station. Some of the rules.

• Marlene (9/5): - Check in instructions were easy to follow. The room was spacious for Tokyo. I loved that there was space to unpack our suitcases, something we found was lacking in other locations we stayed. The location itself was amazing. Tugged away in a side street so no noise disturbance from the main road but close to the station and easy to get to all the places we wanted to see in Tokyo. There is a washing machine and a small balcony to dry the clothes. Because we stayed for a little over a week a broom would have been nice for some basic cleaning of the floor. A full body mirror or at least a bigger mirror than the small one provided would have been nice as well. Besides that we had a great time.
• Martin (7/5): - Tiny apartment, but in nice and calm area, although it is near main street. The flat was clean and had everything what you could need for 2 nights stay. Good value for money. By mistake, we did not receive door PIN code before the arrival and we were waiting 30 minutes outside, until the host replied to our message on Booking and sent it to us with apologies. Be sure to receive 2 PDFs with instructions before the arrival. 1st PDF is according the location and how to get to the accommodation (we´ve received it) and 2nd PDF is promised to be sent day before arrival, but it was not sent by a mistake.
• Emilie (6/5): Bien ubicado cerca de una parada de metro - A pesar de no estar tan en el centro de Shinjuku, tiene buena ubicación ya que está a 3 minutos de la estación Shin-Okubo (por la que pasa la Yamanote line: de las líneas de metro más transitadas de Tokio). El barrio es un barrio joven con muchos restaurantes, tiene un 7 eleven prácticamente al lado del apartamento. Ofrece jabón, champú y otros utensilios de aseo. Tiene microondas y nevera. También tiene aire acondicionado (necesario en verano) e internet, pero no conseguimos conectarnos. Es un apartamento bastante pequeño, por lo que tienen que ahorrar espacio de alguna manera, así que te tienes que lavar los dientes en la “cocina”. Hay un espejo muy pequeño, así que no estaría mal que pusiesen otro espejo más grande…

• Hampel (8/5): Almost perfect little place near Shinjuku - The apartment was close to a couple of train stations, so the city is open for exploration right from your doorstep. The room had everything I was looking for our trip: bed, washroom, washing machine and probably (since we went in the summer) most importantly, an AC. The room was quiet, nothing disturbed our sleep, even though it's next to a busy street. There wasn't a bathroom sink, big enough where you can wash your teeth, which was odd.
• Victor (3/5): Poor - The space itself is nice and conveniently located near many shops and a train station. We did not receive the instructions to access the unit until we arrived late due to shinkansen weather delays. The staff took about 20 minutes to reply while my family waited in the rain. Upon entering the unit we noticed dust in the shower and restroom vents and around the refrigerator. There were no tools within the unit to clean (broom, vacuum, etc). Info was provided via a Google doc for accessing Wi-Fi and Netflix. None of that information was actually correct. The place smelled like mold or mildew and I was unable to rest due to severe indoor allergies. We ended up leaving first thing in the morning. We tried reaching the staff for an early checkout but nobody ever responded.

• Wayne (8/5): Very good - Very good location close to the Yamanote line Shin-Okubo station, but far enough from the main road to be quiet, with the apartment being on the ground floor. Lots of food nearby, especially Korean. A convenience store just down the road. Room is typically small, but with a small kitchen and washing machine, and a place to hang clothes to dry. There is a desk and chair suitable for laptop use. Plenty of supplies (soap, washing powder, toilet paper, etc.) and enough clean towels for our 2-week stay. Clear instructions on finding and entering the room. Queries were responded to quickly, and we were able to check in early as cleaning had already been done when we arrived. The place was mostly clean, except for a bit of mould at the bottom of the shower door. Generally a good place to stay in a great location, especially if you want to do some cooking. For a 2-week stay, since there was no cleaning during that time, a broom and dustpan, or a vacuum cleaner, to clean the floor would have helped (though there was a rough broom hanging outside by the garbage bins). There is also no bathroom, just separate toilet and shower, so the kitchen sink needed to be used as a basin. That area is a bit cluttered and there's no decent mirror, only a small desk mirror, which was very inconvenient for my wife. More hooks and/or rails near the shower for hanging towels and clothes would also help. The kitchen could also do with more utensils. We ended up spending a few dollars at Daisō to get more things to make cooking easier and some suction hooks for hanging things. The internet occasionally cut out as well. Mostly it was okay, but sometimes it would cut out completely with my laptop indicating no internet at all. Those periods were fairly short though, usually less than 15-20 minutes.
• Aryn (9/5): Excellent location, everything we needed - Great locaiton 5 minutes' walk from Shin-Okubo Station on the Yamanote line. About 10 minutes' walk from Shinjuku as well. In a nice alley just off a main street, very close to action but also quiet. Clean, had everything we needed. Clothes washing machine and drying rack were very appreciated. Check-in and out super easy. It was very nice to experience staying in an apartment during our visit. I wish there were a full-length mirror. I also wish there were a shelf in the shower for the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner so you don't have to bend down to their basket on the floor in order to use them. But these are minor nice-to-haves.

• Punthip (10/5): Love it - The location is spot on just in the central of shin okibo area which is a Korean town superb i guess. Great price for such area ! Also the apart is only 2-3 mins walk from the train station and only 10-15 mins walk to Shinjuku main area where the godzilla head is. The shops are just one minute walk from the apartment but i didnt get noisy from the outside at all. Definitely will come back here again
• Onur (10/5): Nice apartment close to Shinjuku - The apartment is very close to the bars, restaurants and metro station. You can get to crowded Shinjuku streets within minutes but also you can sleep with peace in the nights. Apartment was super clean and host is nice and responsive
• Burak (10/5): Exceptional - Great position, very closeby to few metro stations in a very lively neighbourhood. The flat had all the necessary equipments, and it is ideal for a couple. The host was very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend it.
• Galera (7/5): Good place to stay - very busy place and centre of everything. - I like most the location 10/10 and the washing machine 10/10 that has been provided. Easy check- in and check- out without physical interaction. I would suggest to please upgrade to a comfortable bed and 2 pillows please. Please provide bigger towels and more hooks for towel or any garments close to the bathroom door where it could be access right after bath /shower. It would be nice also to have a small lavatory where to wash hand and brush teeth. Overall it is a good place to stay.
• В (10/5): Exciting room with a lot of helpful items - Kitchen with anything you need. Pocket wifi is realy helpful in Tokyo I don't like korean food but there are mostly thease type of restaurants. Anyway in 100-200 meters everything okay)

• Anders (9/5): Superb - Really clean and nice place. We loved it! Literally close to everything we wanted to see in Tokyo. If you are visiting Tokyo, living here is definitely the ideal spot. The host was very nice to let us check in a bit earlier.
