• Marion (4/5): Reichlich Luft nach oben - Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Man musste nur kurz laufen zur nächsten Bahnstation und auch Supermärkte waren in der Nähe. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Der Vermieter hat sich per WhatsApp gemeldet und genaue Informationen zum Check-In genannt. Platztechnisch war es für 4 Personen ausreichend. Der Preis war dafür, dass wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, angemessen. Die Unterkunft war leider etwas ranzig und heruntergekommen. An vielen Stellen hat man gesehen, dass alles nur provisorisch repariert wurde. In den Zimmern kamen einen die Schubladen entgegen. Die Waschmaschine war nicht sauber und somit unbenutzbar. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war leider sehr mangelhaft. Besteck und Geschirr war schon alles sehr heruntergekommen und auch zu wenig. Generell wirkte es nicht sonderlich sauber/hygienisch, vorallem im Bad und in der Toilette. Der Vermieter hat nach den Check-In Informationen auf unsere Frage nicht mehr reagiert. Durch den Boiler in der Wohnung war es immer relativ warm in der Wohnung.

• Cristiana (9/5): Boa localização e apartamento agradáve. - Tudo bom, próximo a estação de metrô, supermercado, lojas, restaurantes. A única observação são as escadas, mas o resto foi muito bom e funcional.

• Marcus (6/5): Cheap and basic with easy access to underground - Really accessible location via the underground Good value for money if you are simply looking for somewhere to stay overnight Even with small complaints, would definitely stay again for the price, especially for how many of us could stay together in one place. Some beds weren’t comfy but manageable It was a bit awkward having the sink in a separate room to the bathroom but given the size it’s understandable.

Las instalaciones antiguas, al igual que la cocina, artículos de cocina sucio, las camas sonaban por ser somier de resorte. Al llegar un calor insoportable, y los aires acondicionados que tenían no servían.
• Sarah (4/5): The code to the door didn’t work. A neighbour kindly let us in. We had to change our plans & stay in - I liked the location. The code to the main door didn’t work. We had to wait for a kind neighbour to eventually let us in which meant we had to change our plans and stay in, in order to prevent being locked out. We reported it to the property owner but he didn’t help.

• Kerri (7/5): Easy to find, comfortable & Clean- Greta location - As we were attending a concert at the Emirates stadium the location was perfect, short walk from the tube station, easy to find. Clear video instructions sent by the Host which really helped. Clean and tidy accommodation - nice touch with the tea, coffee left in the cupboards Really reasonably priced It could maybe do with a bit of a freshen up decorating wise but that didnt affect my stay. The metal double bed was very squeaky (but again aren't they all)

• Sneha (7/5): Good - It was mentioned that there is parking available but the host mentioned only upon arrival that it was only for overnight and that we had to move our car to a different location before 8:30where we have to pay ourselves which was a 20 minute walk from the place. But it was difficult for us since we had kids with us. So we had to checkout way before our time that is 11:00 and leave the property at 8:30 am.This was not informed earlier and was misguiding to put it as free parking available in the profile
• Soper (4/5): did not meet expectations, photos where better then property - I really didn't love this property. It was not as expected. Kitchen window didn't close, kitchen was tilted to one side, bathroom was tiny and could be cleaner, repairs were hap hazard, bed was uncomfortable, couldn't cool the property even with heater off and did not feel safe in the area. Rebooked and paid for another accommodation and left in the morning.
• Jermaine (9/5): Brilliant apartment with the right access - Very spacious apartment with easy access to transportation and the amenities you need when low on the essentials. Nothing specific about the apartment. All very well taken care of.

• Daniel (4/5): Location ideal, but very uncomfortable trying to sleep - Location was ideal not far from tube station Photos aren’t a true indication, finish to just about everything in the property is poor, was also incredibly hot on an evening when it wasn’t warm outside and thermostat appeared to be turned off, but wouldn’t have surprised me if it was broken judging the rest of the property

The property is upstairs and we had to take all our luggage to the top. If you have more luggage ensure that you can carry your luggage to the top .

• Sarah (2/5): Never again! - It was very close to the tubes Needing was clean It was so run down and old! Been patched up everywhere! Tv volume wouldn’t work! Windows didn’t open and close properly, so hot yet both fans broke!, says parking but you just have to find a space on the street!, there is only 1 living room not 2! The 3rd bedroom is what would have been a dinning room so you’re basically just in a walk thru!, the bathroom had black mold, rusted vents, the separate toilet had brown stains on the door! The whole toilet moved every time you used it!, it is on an estate where the neighbours clearly aren’t happy about it being an air b&b and just stood a few meters from us staring as we were trying to work out the front door! Very intimidating! Messaged host few times and just get short sharp answers! Gave up after I asked about the tv and just got back I don’t know! Extension leads from a single sockets with many plugs in( fire risk), the ceiling above the bed in the dinning room was bowed and cracked! We worked out this is where the bath was so clearly has a leak and doesn’t look safe! All the walls, floors, kitchen sides marked, chipped just random filler everywhere!. If the bedding hadn’t of been clean we would have left! It was only because of that that we stayed! As it was only one night! We were gone first thing!

• Nicole (8/5): Great location, good price, comfortable apartment! - Location was ideal, our host was easy to reach and to communicate with. Kitchen was well equipped, loved being able to use streaming services in the living room and the apartment was overall comfortable. The bathroom situation took some getting used to but it was manageable. The third "bedroom" was a little uncomfortable as whoever was in the living room would need to pass it to get in and out which disturbed the person sleeping there but easily overcome as long as all guests ran the same schedules.

• Lynda (8/5): Spacious, warm, very clean apartment with excellent facilities in a brilliant location! - Excellent location with shops, pub, bars, underground, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. It was very warm, the heating was great on what was a very cold weekend. Brilliant kitchen facilities with tea coffee provided. Nice little balcony. Very clean throughout. The shower was a little difficult to get going again after one person had showered. I think it may be an issue with the pump but the owner was quick to respond when we asked the question. Bedding felt quite rough and pillows were hard… could do with upgrading but were very clean.

• Anonymous (6/5): Older apartment with responsive host and location near tube station - 5 minute walk to a station on the Piccadilly line, convenient especially in going to the airport. Restaurants and grocery stores close by (Sainsbury Local and Tesco Express) Host was very responsive, basic cooking amenities (including tea, coffee, salt, pepper) provided. A little dated and hot at certain times of the day, without fans.

• Ashleigh (10/5): perfect for what we wanted & clean! - very clean, spacious, owner very helpful with what we needed to know instructions etc. had wifi, netflix and prime available already signed in. if i was being petty could do with another bin upstairs in the bedrooms.
• Albero (10/5): Lovely flat - The location is fantastic just 3 min walking distance from the tube station and 5min from the Arsenal stadium, the area is quiet and very safe. The beds were very comfortable
• Joao (7/5): Great for football supporters ARSENAL - Went to see the game. The location towards the stadium is brilliant!!! The public transport access is good and easy. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Oflicence on the corner.. has nandos around the corner. No more than 5 min walk from the stadium No much to say. It serves the purpose if you go and watch the game with friends. Has lots of lay down spaces/beds and two toilets. Could easily feet 5 people comfortably.
• Maria (7/5): Location was a winner for us. - Great location, close to Piccadilly line. Kitchen had enough plates etc and even some tea, coffee, spices and more. Old plumbing fixtures , hard to flush the toilet. No sink in the toilet. Separate hot and cold faucets in the bathroom sink.

• Adam (7/5): Good - the location was great, we were in London to visit the Emirates stadium which was only 300 metres away. The property is perfect for what we needed it for and would stay again for the same purpose, but I would say it’s a bit jaded and needs an upgrade if it wants to attract families not visiting for the football.

• Yassun3 (10/5): Absolutely nice! - Apartment is not new but very well maintained. plenty of space and well furnished for four persons (4 bed prepared for my family). You can find tablewares, fridge, seasonings, towel, shampooo and bodysoap, fast Wifi, and television connected to Netflix and Amazon. Close to metro station in 5 minutes. Best for a family or group and/or long term stay. You need to push Toilet lever strong and fast when you flash.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The flat looks exactly the same as in the pictures, it's quite spacious, especially the living room and when we arrive there was some fruit, coffee, tea, etc. It is super close to the underground station just 2 min walking distance and it's a few stops away from central London.
• Antonis (10/5): The perfect place - This apartment was amazing we made a last minute reservation but everything was ready. The living room and the TV were huge, the place is just 2min walking distance from the tube station and Arsenal soccer stadium. Really you have everything in there I would strongly recommend this place.
