• Pascal (4/5): A last stay of summer vacation to forget. - There was air con. No free parking despite the fact it was written on the description when I booked (photo below). Water turns cold in the shower after a little while. Flush has broken push button. Water also kept flowing after I had to go and push again (pictures below). It’s difficult to find the key with the instruction they gave me. Beds squeak.
• karen (8/5): - Bei der Buchung kam es zunächst zu einem kleinen Missverständnis, das jedoch schnell und unkompliziert geklärt werden konnte. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung wurden wir mit einem Willkommensgruß empfangen – ein netter Auftakt für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für entspannte Tage benötigt. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir die ruhige Lage sowie die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt Leider war der Toilettendeckel deutlich zu klein für die Schüssel, was unangenehm war. Da wir zu dritt mit unterschiedlichen Nachtplänen unterwegs waren, stellte sich die Frage, wie wir mit nur einem Schlüssel flexibel in die Wohnung zurückkommen können. Die Lösung über eine Kameraöffnung aus der Ferne war zum einen befremdlich und für uns wenig hilfreich, da sie nur den Zugang zum Gebäude betrifft – nicht zur Wohnung im Hinterhaus selbst. Etwas irritierend war auch der Hinweis, dass keine fremden Personen mitgebracht werden dürfen. Diese Information wurde sehr direkt kommuniziert, was in der Situation eher abschreckend wirkte, da dies nicht das Thema war. Trotz dieser Punkte hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt – die Wohnung selbst ist schön und gut ausgestattet.

After I refused and contacted Booking.com, she later claimed the exact same amount as “damage” to the air conditioning – without any evidence. This is misleading and appears to be an attempt to bypass Booking.com’s rules. Highly unprofessional behaviour

• Gytis (7/5): Good - Apartment is spacious and quiet. Was tidy and in a quite good shape. I've left my mac charger in the apartment. When contacted the host, she promised to look for it after the next guest checks out and later would not bother to answer my messages. It's quite challenging to park a car in the area. Especially to offload your luggage and pick up the keys as they are not next to each other. While the neighbourhood has not much sights around so to go downtown you still have to drive or commute.

• Hana (1/5): The landlord was rude - The apartment was fine, has everything you need and is a 20 minute bus ride from Diomo The landlord was rude. At the entrance to the apartment we did not find the key. The owner didn't try to help, just sent us a laughing emoji. It took us two hours to find the key. He wanted money to come get the key. All the time sending emoji laughing at us. He got angry when we asked the neighbors to help us. There was no heating in the bathroom. There was no communication with the owner of this house, to find out. It is very important to have communication with the landlord.
• Kathy (8/5): Good suburban location, close to transport, shops and a laundromat. Fully renovated with pride - The owners clearly took pride in renovating and setting up a lovely apartment. It is in a good location near lots of public transport, bakeries and supermarkets. There was room to spread out and enjoy our time in Milan The heating didn’t seem to work, we couldn’t find the switches to get the radiators up and running but we didn’t bother to ask the owners. Perhaps it could be noted in the handbook? Also, an ironing board and more than two full sized mugs would be good as four adults had to share two mugs unless we wanted to use the piccolo sized ones.

Everything is just like in the images The tram station is just in front of the house, and there is a metro station to Stazione Centrale just 3 bus stops away. The host left us some treats upon arrival, very grateful for that. Lack of flexibility on checking in or checking out.

• Graeme (8/5): Apartment near canals - Very secure with large rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, balcony. Wardrobes were too high to hang clothes up in one bedroom, requires a rack for drying clothes and some more kitchen equipment needed such as mugs, chopping boards etc...

The place was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay! Definitely one of the best apartments I've stayed at! The beds were making a noise and I had to be very careful because I was scared they might brake, they just felt very fragile but were actually very comfortable.

• Alexey (9/5): good apartment in a cool area - nice apartment with all necessary amenities, in a decent condition. quite comfortable to stay. it's not a luxurious place - but very comfortable, very spacious and nice, and provides you with everything you need for a quality stay. initially there was some issue with the water drainage in the shower area, but it was fixed and after that there was no issue. the host was super-nice, prompt in reaction and really helpful. thank you very much! location is quite good as well, the area is close enough to Navigli canale and by itself has quite a few places around. So overall, quite positive experience. nothing bad, besides some very minor flaws which are not critical
