• Paul (10/5): great location, lots of space for 3 adults, and better value than 2 hotel rooms. - Door code and instructions supplied via email. Great location for access to public transport, restaurants and super market. Not issues but suggestions. With a long stay, we would have been happy to leave rubbish for the collectors if we were advised the dates and times they collected the rubbish. This could be added to the property instructions. Being European, we prefer wine glasses and coffee cups, so purchased a couple of wine glasses and coffee cups (rather than using the drinking glasses supplied for everything) and left them for the next people. Hopefully others may find them useful.

• Mira (8/5): - Meget centralt. Utrolig rent. Godt med plads. Huset var ret koldt, selvom varmeblæserne var tændte. Der mangler varme i badeværelset og gangarealerne. Der er meget lydt, og der var en del larm fra skolebørn, udrykninger og mennesker udenfor, som går igennem vinduer og hus.
• Mary (4/5): Great location, basic facilities for price. - Location Freezing on arrival, not enough heaters for common areas especially ground level, no extra blankets, no kitchen amenities, one set of sheet and doona had stains. Very steep stairs, basic for the price.
• Leanne (8/5): Had a lovely time, great location and the information from our host was fantastic. Thank you very much - We loved that there was lots of room for our family of 5 and all of our luggage. It wasn’t a problem for us as a family but if you’re travelling in a group you just might want to know that the toilet is right in the kitchen - like a metre (that might be generous) from the kitchen table. That might be uncomfortable for some.

• Anne-rita (8/5): Maison sympa proche d’un quartier vivant - Ce qui était bien: - Emplacement par rapport au métro (5 min de marche) - emplacement assez proche du quartier animé de Shinjuku (10 min) - calme de la rue de la maison - 3 vraies chambres (1 chambre double avec futon, une avec 2 lits simples, 1 avec un lit double et 1 lit simple) - possibilité d’en aménager une 4e en déplaçant un furoncle (mais pas de clim dans la 4e) - propreté - grande salle de bain - lave-linge et sèche-linge (dans la salle de bain ou alors étendoir sur la terrasse) Pas adapté à tous (maison sur 3 niveaux donc si PMR ou difficulté à se déplacer compliqué pour utiliser la SDB, cuisine et toilettes qui ne sont pas au même niveau) - si grosse valise lourde ça peut être compliqué de les monter au dernier étage. - pas bien équipé au niveau vaisselle pour 6 personnes (manque de tasses, bols) Ce sont des détails pas gênant pour passer un bon séjour en tout cas, mais je partage les informations au cas où.
• Sunayana (10/5): Net huis in Shinjuku - Net en schoon appartement. Goede locatie om Tokyo te bezoeken. Op loopafstand van Kabukicho. De eigenaar reageerde snel. Wc was op de eerste verdieping in de keuken. Maar op zich konden we ermee leven.

• Cory (9/5): Superb - The only thing that could of improved our stay would be to provide more kitchen utensils, bowls, glasses etc plus a limited supply of tea/coffee. Apart from that it was a great house for our family to stay.

• Tham (9/5): Superb - Feel like a house and comfortable. Overall house also enough for 7 to 9 person. Space also big. Just the toilet and bathroom are separate , bathroom at level 1 and toilet at level 2. Very inconvenient for elderly.

• Arran (9/5): Superb - This place was great. Nice location and easy to find and a lovely house all round. My only problem was that one of the rooms upstairs had no air conditioning. It has a fan but while the sun was shining through the window it wasn't nearly enough to keep it cool so I was swearing the hole time i was in there
• Jason (10/5): Cool authentic Tokyo experience. - It was cool to stay in a house, staying in a cool neighborhood. We enjoyed the views out of the top floor. The stairs are a little steep for an old person, but that can't be helped as it is a home.
