• Wendy (1/5): I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else either. - The location was great. The apartment was basic but had every you needed They took $500 bond and it wasn’t returned They accused us of breaking the guitar of which was broken when we arrived. I should have taken a picture but believed it was just there for show. The shower had mould in it which I had to scrub off myself. They said we left stains on the linen. When they sent the photos it was ridiculous, small ? It would have came out in the wash. It’s like they weren’t going to wash the linen or something. I have tried to reach out to Alice’s House and they won’t respond.

• David (6/5): Would I stay again? Possibly now I know the system. - The apartment met expectations. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is situated in a good location for those who have business at the lower end of Fortitude valley . There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The agents were excellent and very responsive, professional and courteous and I give them and excellent rating. Finding the place was a challenge as the entrance isn't on Ann Street but in Commercial Road. There were some minor maintenance issues which I have mentioned to the letting agents and hopefully they will be addressed. There was an ample supply of milk pods which I thought was exceptional, however 90% of them were off and curdled. What I didn't like was the complicated process to collect the keys. After a full-on workday the last thing on your mind is walking 7 minutes to collect the keys. There has to be s better system or a location close by. In addition, the add said "No Parking available on site" and as I discovered after a lot of driving around, the nearest secure garage is about 1km walk in the opposite direction to the key collection place. To add insult to injury once in the apartment the condominium of rules advises there is parking available in the visitors parking - about 20 of them on investigation so this was very annoying and cost an additional $70 unnecessarily.

• Sheeana (1/5): No parking and no communication. - The location was not too bad. There was absolutely no parking, not even in secure places or in the streets around the property. This is advertised as a parking property, of which there is none and they advertise a private pool, but do not give you any pool towels at all and the reception does not want to look after you because it is apparently an airbnb and they don't have anything to do with it. The communication is poor, they said they weren't able to get my emails and they never responded to my texts when asking about parking before I even left and did not receive my phone calls until I was there already. We had to hunt for the keys in the street in a lock box and they also offered no alternative for parking and had no idea where to park themselves.
• Krishan (9/5): Superb - It was clean and well presented. the owner called twice to make sure that I’d been able to access the key which I thought was great customer service. I would recommend this property to friends and family.
