• DBRiisom (10/5): - Vi blev modtaget af vores værter, da vi ankom og blev budt velkommen. Kommunikation både før og under vores ophold var nem, hurtig og imødekommende. Lejligheden var lyst og luftigt indrettet med alle bekvemmeligheder. Alt, hvad vi havde behov for. Sengene var behagelige. Badeværelset var stort og rummeligt med en lækker bruser. Poolen var skøn at slappe af i og ved. Masser af muligheder for at sidde både ude og inde. Ikke et negativ, men blot en opmærksomhed på, at der ikke ligger restauranter eller indkøb i gåafstand.

• Denise (9/5): Met all our needs when visiting family for Xmas. Would use again. - Apt was very well appointed with all guests requirements met. A/c and ceiling fans in bedrooms with flow through ventilation in the living area. Owners were onsite but we were left to ourselves and had exclusive use of the very inviting pool.

• kerry (10/5): Beautiful location, beautiful apartment, would definitely recommend ⭐️ - Beautiful property in a very nice location. We stayed here as a family of 4 with two teenage kids. The hosts provided some milk, orange juice and biscuits for us which was lovely after a 24hr journey. We enjoyed walking along to the marina in the morning for breakfast. The local area was absolutely beautiful. It was a great base as we wanted to visit Australia Zoo which was about an hour and 15mins away and also Brisbane centre for some shopping. There is a local train station, Lota and the train only cost us $2 there and $2 back to the CBD. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and has everything and more you need. We had a bbq on the deck and used the pool with the kids. It also has great WiFi. The host came to greet us and he was lovely. Overall it was a fantastic few days to the start of our trip!

Wish we could have stayed longer. - The property was beautifully decorated, light and bright, sparkling clean, very comfortable and had a lovely view across the well maintained gardens and pool. The owners were just lovely and were quick to respond to any questions. We really did enjoy our stay. Thank you!! No dislikes!

• Willow (6/5): Lovely little stay. - It was easy to find, easy to access, the owners were wonderful to communicate with, it was a nice stay overall. The fridge and cupboards were nicely stocked with some complimentary basics. Kitchen and bathroom are very neat and clean. The vintage furniture was divine and it was nicely decorated too. Some quirky decorative pieces were a fun addition, they're little things but clever to have there. We weren't there through the day so I'm not sure what all the amenities were like but it was an enjoyable, quiet, calming place to stay. Very central to where we were visiting so that was good also. I wouldn't stay there again due to the bed not being comfortable to me, however I would recommend the place to others, the only negatives I had could just be a highly personal preference. Jim asked for honest feedback, they seem very happy to do what they can to make everyone's stay a pleasant one and they're open to hear it. Which is what you want when booking places like this. Sylvia and Jim are 10/10. The main bed was very uncomfortable, my ribs were sore in the morning from how firm it was, as was my neck from the pillows. The bedding overall was unpleasant to sleep in but very clean and fresh. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made it rather foggy and that was problematic for trying to get ready for the day. I can't fault the owners for this but there were ants in the kitchen however they were coming inside away from the rains not little ants looking for food. I also noticed the lack of hangers for skirts/trousers which caused my clothes to get creases. Not everything is going to be to everyone's liking, however I'll always give an honest review from my own perspective.

Could hear the owners above as they walked about but even worse I could hear when they used the toilet above the bedroom I was in. The owners booked for work to be done at the property at 10am and emailed me the night before. I said we would leave by 10am. But they knocked on the door at 9:40am to advise they “weren’t chucking us out but the Contractor had arrived , and the hoses and tools could cause a problem getting our suitcases out”. We weren’t ready to leave before 10am so all this left a bad taste really. Why book someone to come at checkout or before when you have paying guests??

Very friendly, helpful hosts and the extra special things such as the biscuits was a lovely touch. We were sad that the pool was not heated - coming from NZ it didn’t even occur to us that it wouldn’t have been!

• John (10/5): The best place I have ever stayed at when booking through Booking.com. Hosts were as helpful as you could wish for. Not - Absolutely everything. A good size apartment with 2 bedrooms, comfortable dining / living area, fully equipped kitchen with lots of cooking additives (spices/herbs etc). Full bottle of milk and quality orange juice, plenty of of snacks with coffee and the list goes on. There is nothing to “NOT LIKE” about this accommodation

• Phoenix (10/5): Great Place to Stay! - Beautiful home with great amenities. Pool is very nice and the outdoor area can make for easy entertaining with family near by. Very clean and stylish. Lighting for the pool so guests are safely able to use the pool at night. I overall feel this property was very nice, owners keep to themselves during your stay and you feel very comfortable.

We traveling with 4kids ( 1yr, 2yrs, 4yrs , 5yrs) but my booking detail was 2kids so owner charged us 600$ for one night. I didn’t have cash so I gave him in Japanese yen. Pool was not clean and bird poo everywhere. When I check out , my son interested in window key and owner guy brushed away. I’m not recommend for kids stay this house.

Perfect for small families, and we were trying out the area to explore, and it was very accessible to some great amenities and an easy train ride into central Brisbane. • Markus (6/5): No mosquito nets and pool view only - The accommodation is at the mangroves and sea, but you look at the pool only. Mosquitoes are the pest, but no mosquito nets were provided at the windows. The beds are comfy, and the bath is nice, but the view from the sleeping rooms was to the wall of the next house. The pool was clean, and it was fun to swim. No parking at the property instead on the opposite road. One of the very few accommodations without mosquito nets. We all got bitten. Also on the terrace wasn't a ventilator to be protected but upstairs at the owners' apartment was one. Honestly although comfy beds we wouldn't stay here again. The apartment is on the first floor not the upper.

• Paul (5/5): Passable - I am not sure that I read the info correctly when i booked the property as we were not expecting the site to be as an Airbnb. I understood it to be as a nicely furnished Apartment in an Apartment Complex overlooking the view across the road as depicted in the online image., So as an Airbnb, were felt that we were intruding into someone's home and the reason we do not use Airbnb.
• Devadas (10/5): Excellent host and really nice place to stay - Sylvia was very thoughtful and provided extra amenities like a changing table, and bathtub for our 1-year-old even without requesting any of them. The entire house was really well stocked with items that made our stay that extra pleasant. Sylvia is an excellent host especially compared to the other places we have been to. I can not find anything that I did not like.
