- Sevitah (2/5): The photos that were shown online for this apartment were completely different to what we thought we were going to stay - There were marks on the walls and stains on the carpet.
The shutters for the windows that were broken from the main bedroom door were thrown into the closet. The shelves in the closet were broken.
One of the power points in the kitchen did not work when I wanted to boil the kettle. Therefore I thought the kettle did not work.
The bed was uncomfortable in the main bedroom as well as the pillows.
The TV in the second room did not work well.

- Ann (2/5): Very poor - Close to town The fridge was broken and mouldy which made the room smell disgusting and we couldn’t sleep in the apartment. Tried to call the number on the booking over 40 times with no answer. Not a great experience.

In Oaks, but run by 3rd party. Keys provided didn't work on common door.
Left as soon as we could find alternative accommodation.

They have refused to provide us a refund after knowingly putting an unfit room up for booking.
- Kerry (9/5): Superb - We were expecting a 2 bedroom apartment as advertised but when we got there it was 2 separate apartments. It was good, the only problem was we needed more linen and there was no staff to talk to
- Kate (1/5): Rubbish - Everything was NOT good would never recommend it and didn't end up staying there had to find alternative accommodation at night time with a child
- Steven (3/5): Book direct and avoid inconvenance - Third party management company not communicating with oaks on site made the process frustrating.
The cleaning of the room was not up to the rest of the standard compared to other rooms. Again to me a management issue.

- Mark (3/5): Disappointing - Its location was good. In city and close to facilities. Frustrating getting access cards.. the email contained incorrect information and no location. Had to call Airtrip team, leave a message and wait for response. Then had to hunt through a number of small lock boxes that had combination locks but no lighting to assist. Finally got the second card that did not unlock any doors so arrangements made for Osks staff to assist.
The fridges in both units did not freeze any item put into the freezer section. There were small black flies in all drawers and cupboards in one unit along with numerous cockroaches over a 4 day period.. reported immediately and took 3 days to get an actual physical response. 2 doors in the second unit 805B had damaged hinges and didn’t function correctly or close. The TV in 805B developed a screen fault - this was replaced but not set up. Instructions to access FOXTEL did not work. Shower drain in 805B did not drain quickly and a ‘pool’ developed whilst showering… which did eventually drain. Bathroom on 805A was not used due to black flies and multiple cockroaches during stay.

- Kamie (5/5): Passable - The cleanliness of the property was extremely poor. The doonas very dirty and looked like they were covered in blood, hair was found all through the bathroom and in the sheets.

- Daniel (1/5): Terrible, I need a full refund. They gave me the wrong room, no refund, and no support. - The location was great. I was given the wrong room. I paid $1500 for a 100sqm room with a balcony, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. I was given a 20sqm showbox with no balcony, windows that didn't open, no kitchen, no washing machine and no dryer. I called the host multiple times a day to find out what was happening, if I would be placed in another room, or if I would receive a refund. Each phone call they just said they would direct it to their team. A week later I have still had no response

- Young (8/5): Very good - The dual-room setup, cleanliness and location were close to perfect. The Airtrip help line is quick to reply, just use the booking.com app to contact them. It worked well. I read that some have problems with retreiving their room key from the lock-boxes across the road... but it is actually an easy process and all the information is suppled ahead of time. Follow the steps and it works out fine. The booking felt deceptive, I did not realise at the time I was not booking direct with Oaks. There is nothing in the advertisement stating it is a private rental managed by Airtrip, but shows a picture of the Oaks Apartment sign in the add. There are signs everywhere within the building stating Oaks are not responsible for any Airtrip room issues. The TV worked, but is old fashioned and did not allow casting netflix etc to it. Signage advertising how to use Foxtel were incorrect, as there was no Foxtel. The dishwasher was broken and did not work at all. A rep did come up and check it, and measured for a new one, but It did not show up during my time there. For a 2 week stay, I would have appreciated these things.

- Belinda (3/5): Would not recommend this place to anyone due to all the issues. - Location was great Lots of issues through air trip. Keys didn’t work and kept needing coding. Tv was intermittent. Lifts broke down. Unit not clean. Rubbish on the ground in laundry area. Had to contact air trip for every thing and reception would not help. We left an item in the room and have not had a response regarding where we can collect it. Pillows were truly terrible. We had to get our own. The shower pressure was very very soft and dissapointing.

Easy to find keys for collection. Online was checkin process was pretty easy to follow. Some items just need a little updating. When I had a question re: keys just a little hard to get an immediate response from the online Checkin services.

You don't deserve to spend money to stay here.

- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Clear instructions on how to collect keys. Dryer didn't work. We were there for basketball so needed to wash and dry each night. Toaster also didn't work. Could have used a face washer and more towels for using the pool. Also, instructions on how to use appliances ie: plug on toaster was different so needed the point hidden by the jug.

The room was comfortable Andrews spacious with a good lounge area. Useful to have laundry facilities. Nothing fancy but good for a work trip in town
- Dominic (5/5): Building is fine, but too difficult to deal with - Building was fine ...once you got into it Keys/lock boxes are not on site. Was informed keys were in the box, they were not. 24/7 reception do not answer their phone. Were stuffed around for over an hour.

- Verity (8/5): Very good - Having stayed 3 times in this apartment block I felt confident that the accommodation would meet my needs. The apartment didn't disappoint and had all the facilities I required. No Netflix
There was a sweeping brush but no dust pan.
Finishing touches such as a complimentary pack of biscuits and bottled water would enhance the experience to give a more welcoming feel. Plenty of tea and coffee provided which was good though.
