• Carrie (6/5): It was an ok stay but we have had better stays in London and we wouldn’t return. - Was a good location close to the tube however 5th floor with a lift that wasn’t working isn’t ideal with children, prams and bags. Very noisy road at night, small squeaky beds. It did say that Parking permits were available however this is apparently not available anymore so had to park x2 cars at a nearby Car Park at a cost of £18 per car, per day. Not unreasonable but was unexpected with what was stated was included with the stay.

• Steve (8/5): - Proximité d'une bouche de métro, propreté, appartement spacieux pour Londres, cuisine bien équipée, calme Rien de dramatique mais photos un peu plus jolies que la réalité, fenêtres du séjour recouvertes de films noirs qui empêchent la lumiere du jour et qui ne donnent pas envie d'utiliser la pièce, quelques soucis électriques (certains appareils/prises ne fonctionnent pas simultanément)
• Marc D (7/5): - Central location. Modern bathroom with a window. Strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Broken chair. The elevator was not reliable. The building was not nice. The Booking account of the owner or manager was hacked and we were asked to pay on a link.
• AMC (4/5): just dont come here... - the location sucked! its such a run down area... and sketchy as hell. the rooms were fine, bath room was clean (ONLY ONE BTW keep that in mind, your gonna be sharing) and beds were fine... but there was a smell in the house (not a pleasant one) it was like being in the projects with a decent interior... 381 bucks for 1 night... thats theft.. soooo take that into consideration.

Just one toilet for so many people staying and top floor flat so difficult for anyone that is not physically fit. However there is a life but still quite a bit of walking required.

• Sophie (7/5): Convenient and clean but rude host - It was clean and convenient to accommodate a group of 8 people. Nothing fancy but it did the job for a short stay. Good if you just look for a place to sleep and don't expect to spend a lot of time in. The host we had contact with ignored many of our messages and replied inconsistently, with what a rude tone, not even saying hi, except for the pre-written messages he had prepared. He gave us check in details the last day even if we had asked before. Even chatgpt is more polite.
• Yas (10/5): Perfect Accommodation - Very cozy accommodation. Easy access to major train stations and good for sightseeing in London. The owner responded quickly and kindly to our problem, which was very nice. We would return again if the opportunity arose. Nothing in particular. We didn't realize the room was auto-locked and locked out, which inconvenienced the owner, but he took care of it right away and was very helpful. The bathroom smelled a little, but not too bad.
• Rhian (8/5): Great crash pad - Great place as a stopover - good kitchen, plenty of bedroom space, small lounge/dining area but good enough for group of 6. There was a clean working lift up to the 5th floor. Location was pretty quiet for flats. One bathroom between 6 was ok but the lock didn’t work in the door. The flat does have a ‘drains’ odour - really noticeable at first, but didn’t bother us after a while.

The beds were comfortable and towels were provided for the bathroom. The location is perfect for exploring Camden and going to gigs. I cannot think of anything I would change.

• Dan (8/5): Very good - Great layout for our group. Exceptional value. Very clean and convenient location. Like many of the other posts mentioned, there was an odor emitting from the bathroom. You could tell the owner did his best to mask this with defusers and air fresheners. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Quiet neighbourhood but close to supermarket and also many choices of nice restaurants and cafes. Public transportation is also convenient for going other areas in London. There was smell from the bathroom, although we couldn't figure out where it came from as the bathroom was clean and tidy when we checked in. The smell was there throughout our 2 nights' stay.

• Paula (9/5): Super Convenient Stay! - The location is amazing - ten minutes walk from Euston, two minutes from the closest tube station, and just off Camden High Street. (So only a few minutes from a Sainsbury's local for any groceries.) And despite being so centrally placed, it wasn't too loud or busy on the actual street. The balconies were great for getting fresh air in, as the weather was warm during our stay, and there were standing fans provided too. The flat is functional and clean, with plenty of kitchenware and towels and the main toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner.) It's on the top floor, but there are multiple lifts, so it's no issue. The host sent us a helpful video of exactly how to access the keys and which entrance they were at, which was great. Would 100% stay again on another trip. Some of the windows didn't seem to open in the bedrooms, which as it was warm made things a little stuffy in some rooms, but there were standing fans to help alleviate that problem.

Stocked up awesomely on necessities like tea/coffee/shower gel/shampoo. Good communication and instructions. The only thing was the smell coming out from pipes, not 'killing you' but it was noticeable at all times, not that the host can probably do much about it.

• Nicholls (10/5): We've found a Gem here.... - Perfect for all our needs with all the mod cons. Everything was there for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and done to a high standard. The flat was easy to find and the perfect area for roaming about Camden and just off the High Street. Great choice of restaurants around the area to. There wasn't anything we didn't like except maybe not being able to work the TV out. But I messaged Oscar and he explained it.

• Louise (7/5): Ok, wouldn't return - It was clean apart from abit of black mould on the bathroom ceiling and dust on top of the wardrobe where I kept my suitcase. The location is top floor flat. I just didn't feel safe kids walking near balcony. It just didn't feel secure. Living room is tiny so us as a family couldn't sit together. We literally had to just go bk as late as possible so it was shower and bed. I didn't take any pictures as its not a place I'd show of to people or want reminding off.
• Tal (6/5): The location is great, everything else is very basic and cheap - The location is great, the kitchen is well stocked. There was tea, sugar, salt and other spices. Smart TV is nice to have, there were lots of games which is a nice touch. the bathroom smells terribly, despite a promise in earlier communication that the problem was solved. the bathroom window is almost transparent, facing the external landing and anyone passing by can see you. the place has room for 7 people but only one toilet. The beddings have seen better days very long time ago. the living room is very badly planned, it's very inconvenient to sit there, same with the kitchen bar chair which are very uncomfortable.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - Loved the location. Very easy instructions as to get keys and find property. Well equipped kitchen .2 fans to help get the room cool. Was able to open a couple of window properly not just lilt. Good size bedrooms Pillows on all the beds we hard and fat. Only 2 slightly smaller. No instructions on how to use the TV. Lounge was very small and tv to high on the wall. Floors need a good wash as walking around with no slippers feet were black. Did expect more for 400 pound a night.

The host went a little beyond expectations and thought about some basic comforts that we don’t see much of like providing tea, coffee sugar, board games for family to play, amole supply of toilet paper and detergents.That was appreciated The building entrance is very dated and when you enter and see the condition you start to worry about what the actual apartment might be like. The apartment however is very modern and updated. Also trying to figure out how to operate the heating system seemed daunting.

• Tennant (1/5): Avoid. - On arrival there was a feint unpleasant smell which we couldn't identify whether it was from the apartment or the building in general. However in the morning when we tried to use the shower, we found the drain was blocked and causing raw sewage to come up through the drain in the bath (the shower is over the bath). None of us were therefore able to shower before attending a business conference. The owner tried to blame us for leaving the toilet brush head down the toilet, but that was not the case (suspect that was the previous occupier and hence the reason for the bad smell initially).
