• Jennifer (4/5): Nice location. Dissapointing stay, poor customer service from Host - Location was good, close to the beach and quiet area. Initially we were given the wrong pin number for the property so it took some time to enter the house. Host was intially helpful at responding. When we finally entered, the master bedroom upstairs wasn't made up and all linen left scattered on the bed with old sheets. Host messaged saying the cleaner would come to make it up for us. Whilst sitting upstairs we heard the front door open and by the time I got down to see what it was no one was there and a coles paper bag with linen in it. Tried to re contact the host with no reply. Eventually got a message via booking app saying sorry, they knocked on the door and that no one answered. We were sitting there in silence upstairs hence heard the door open with no knock/or hello cleaner here. I had my baby with me on my first holiday away so it was very draining having to make a king bed up from scratch. Reached out a couple more times via the app and text to Melodie but no response hoping I would just go away. Sent photos of the bedroom and I wish I could attach them here. Just dissapointing from the get go as we didn't feel welcome or a basic ask of a bed made up with clean linen.
