• Karolina (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Taras duży z widokiem na morze. Blisko plaża oraz promenada. Apartament bardzo duży i wygodny z dwiema sypialniami. Blisko sklepy, restauracje oraz przystanek autobusowy. Bardzo chętnie tu wrócimy jeszcze.
• Milosz (5/5): Super lokalizacja, duży bałagan. - Super lokalizacja, fajny układ apartamentu, przestronny salon oraz dwie osobne sypialnie. Dostępny darmowy parking. Widok na morze oraz bliskość promenady. W apartamencie był wszechobecny bałagan, a wręcz syf. Na tarasie papierki i śmieci, brudne szyby. W łazience zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem, który po pierwszej kąpieli zalał całą łazienkę, musiałem sam czyścić. Brak kompletów ręczników, tylko po jednym dużym na osobę. Nie posprzątana łazienka. Kanapa również wymaga wymiany z uwagi na plamy (o któryś już ktoś pisał w komentarzu).
• Gosia (8/5): - Piękny apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Duże sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami. Wszędzie blisko. Wystarczy zejść na dół i mamy klimatyczną restaurację której właścicielem jest pan Stanisław. Jeśli ktoś chce podróżować komunikacją publiczną przystanki na wyciągnięcie dłoni. Szczególnie ten jeśli chcecie dotrzeć do Pafos z lotniska. Brakowało nam zwykłej ścierki do naczyń czy choćby ręcznika papierowego. Może dlatego że było nas cztery kobiety które myją i sprzątają po sobie. Bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody w łazience i tutaj to nie wiem czy to zależne od właściela mieszkania. I dwie roli papieru toaletowego dla czterech osób na trzy dni to jednak za mało. Poza tym wszystko perfekt i szczerze polecamy :)

Free parking available in the complex It took us a while to figure out the exact location of the apartment. The apartment wasn't as clean as you'd expect an aprtment of this price range to be.
• Cleovoulos (10/5): It was a very nice enjoyable restful stay at the property and I would go again and would recommend it - The property was clean,has a refrigerator, microwave, oven,hob, toaster,washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning in all the rooms and a safe for your valuables. It is located walking distance to the harbour. There are archaeological sites to visit and a bus ride to the tombes of the Kings.

• Lavinia (7/5): Not good at all - The location In the apartment was very cold. the furniture is old. In the bathroom is even older and dirty... I think the owners should change immediately. The apartment needs to be refurbished. We did not like it. Sorry but before renting you should do something about it. And also entire team of cleaning you need to change it.
• Taavi (9/5): Sunset view from balcony - The staff was super responsive and friendly. The view and location were outstanding! It is a great place to stay. We chose this place to be close to the beach and cafes and were happy with our choice. In front of the balcony is a busy street, but it didn't bother us much. It could be a different story in summer though. Kitchen air vent made a terrible noise, some lightbulbs were not working. The coach and bathroom cupboard should be replaced in near future. None of these issues were not affecting our stay too much, but could be improved in the future.

• Scott (6/5): Good location but probably wouldn’t stay there again - Location was good It was noisy from traffic and people walking by. The aircon in the bedrooms is set via a 4h timer so during the night after 4h you had to get up and reset the timer.

• Natasa (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious rooms, perfect kitchen with wahing machinr, lovely view. Defo recommended. There is a karaoke bar beside the building. Very loud until 2am.
• Sergei (8/5): Very good - Didn't like that the door would automatically lock. When you vacation with children who run in and out, it is not convenient. We had our keys locked inside because of that. It took locksmith 5 seconds to unlock, but charge was 50 euros. He used piece of plastic between door and a door frame, wish owner would suggest this simple operation to me. Thar would be very courageous and nice.
• Denis (9/5): Superb - Communication is smooth with property manager. Location is good, city is 10 minutes away. Around the apartment it feels like a ghost town, shops are closed and empty and the paths are dirty The air conditioner needs a clean because in outlets you can see a lot of mold
• Helen (7/5): The appartment has so much potential, but it is lacking of love and extra touch. - The appartment was very spacious, bedrooms and beds were super comfortable and nice. We loved the location which was near to the sandy beaches and promenade. Balcony was big and had a sea view. Communication was fast. The appartment has seen better days and other than bedrooms, was not so luxiorous anymore. Bedsheets, blanckets and walls had stains, sofa was worn out, towels had holes in them, bathroom was 'tired'. Our baby found broken glass (probably pieces of a wine glass) on balcony which might have ended very badly if we hadn't noticed it right away. We also requested a baby cot, which we got, but it had no matress nor proper bed sheets. The appartment has so much potential, but it is lacking of care and extra touch.
• Martynas (10/5): Holiday in Cyprus - Nice location, just as in the pictures. Seaview. Street is nearby, but its not noisy. Shops, city center - nearby. Very comfy beds, all equipment in place and working. It was perfect for all family member, no complains during the week :). Also - very clear communication with the host, everything clearly explained, no problems whatsoever. I missed .... sault :). I know its not included in the price, but had to buy kg for few breakfasts :) But in general - everything was just perfect.

Spacious and clean apartment, free parking space, quick responses from the host in case any questions Minimal kitchen utilities, no dishwasher, some of the walls requires refurnishment. Quite misleading instructions how to get to the apartments in the beginning
• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean apartment with view to the sea. Walking distance to the centre. Car rental is next to apartment too. Communication with host very fast and responsive. Definitely recommend it! It would be really nice to find some tea, sugar, coffee:)

• Ohana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was just across the road from a beautiful beach. The apartment was super organized and clean. Emily was amazing and helped with whatever we needed. We had a great experience in this place! We were blamed for breaking a table on the last day. Only when my husband went back to the apartment the cleaners said they broke if after we left. That really ruined our experience from that place.

• Natália (9/5): Cozy accommodation in Paphos within a short walking distance from the sea - We liked the most the terrace. We spent there mornings and evenings with a lovely view. The Apartment and equipment were quite new. 1 minute from apartment you can find bus stop, from which buses regurarly operate to the Airport (612). It was a bit difficult to find the apartment even though we had instructions. I didn't like the decorative pillows, which were spotted and smelly from previous guests.

• Sebastian (10/5): I recommend a perfect holiday in paphos - Everything was perfect. Facilities, conditions brilliant. 100% if I come in paphos area I'm going to book here. This is my opinion so take it as it is.
• P (7/5): Could have done better - Modern and spacious apartment. Excellent location. Variety of comfortable amenities provided but could do a lot better. Fixture and fittings most from Ikea which are of acceptable quality. Lots of dinning options in the area and great opportunities to walk by the numerous 5 star hotel facilities located around it (eg sea sidewalks, tiny bars with seaview etc). Nice shower room with Grohe rainshower. Parking (non allocated and dark) was a bit far for my liking and convenience (in the sense not outside my front door, had to carry lots of luggage in the humidity of Paphos). Car damaged (scratched on driver's door) while left there overnight. The air conditioning was working well BUT each unit had timer and every 4 hrs were turned off, something which made the night sleep slightly uncomfortable and annoying (you had to wake up and go by the plug and reactivate the 4hr timer to switch it on). No dustbins in the bedrooms, only in the kitchen and a tiny one in the bathroom (can't accommodate a family of 6 for several days). The buggy/car rental offices located underneath the apartment made a lot of noise (car engine startup) and for a light sleeper these made the mornings unbearable (noise from 7:30am). Arrival instructions sent by email very confusing. Much more easier in practice. The TV was working but only for streaming. No local channels could be broadcast. Don't get me wrong, it was a very good apartment in an excellent location but with lots of room for improvement...
