• Jack Lemin (9/5): Very comfortable accommodation with great views - Great central location Close to the CBD area restaurants, shops and Woolworths. Very comfortable accommodation with great views. A minor hiccup with the bed arrangements was rectified quickly upon our arrival with no fuss. Car park was snug, and the lifts were very quick. I Know it’s beyond our hosts control. However; the Pool on the 6th is located in between three office towers. So only gets direct sunshine around 3 hours a day at midday. With office workers looking down on you weekdays. This didn’t worry us, but just saying it may upset others.

• Heidi (2/5): Extremely Misleading & Disappointing - Bed was comfortable and the view was nice. Run down, not what was advertised. Odour in bathrooms, showers had lots of mould, bath but no plug, rug extremely stained, dimmer switch knobs missing, TV cabinet door broken, walls marked, front door punched in, kitchen cupboard door missing, bread boards disgustingly scratched, 1 tea towel for 14 nights & no steak knives or tongs to cook with. For the amount of money paid you would expect much better.

• Julie (10/5): Darwin's hidden Gem 💎 ✨️ "High Above" Pandanas. Affordable Accommodation, Five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 - The privacy & security were a major plus for me. The view from the apartment is amazing, Both the Master & 2nd bedrooms were bright & well supplied with fresh linen. The kitchen has all the utensils & and is equipped with a good-sized refrigerator. Nice for those extra bottles of white wine shared preparing meals, yarning up on the balcony enjoying the view. Thank you, "High Above," Pandanas Darwin, a definite Winner for me. 👌 6 days of serenity in comfort & style.. 😎 ✨️💯 10 out 10 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would like to suggest a couple of thoughts to consider. Change the size of all the towels to a bath sheet size, give that extra comfort level, and cover 😀 Simplify the laundry appliances. (The dryer in particular) &/ or display clear instructions on how to use. Provide a "Welcoming Pack" - How to use the elevators to access your private accommodation to and from the carpark, pool, foyer - the restaurant times and room service options - closes grocery store, convenient store any points of interest - cleaning equipment available to use - small portable fan stored for use on balcony next to a night light on a stand to use out on the balcony, giving a dim soft glow for the eyes to enjoy an undisturbed view of the city lights. 🌆 ✨️

The apartment was a little tired, it looked like it had been lived in which for the price I wouldn't expect. eg missing kitchen door, broken outdoor furniture

Beds are terribly uncomfortable, dread to think when the old blankets in the second bedroom were last washed. Main bathroom has a horrible sewage stench from vanity drain. Various lights not working, switches missing knobs. Couch has a ridiculous amount of food and dirt down the sewn together join on it clearly hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, the rug in the lounge room needs to be thrown out. The unit and the shared corridor needs a very good clean.
