• Mark (10/5): A very good option for the price: spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Suitable both for a short stay and for long- - The apartments were very well equipped for everyday living. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed for cooking: pots, plates, forks, spoons, and all the necessary utensils. There was also a dishwasher, which was very convenient. In addition, the apartment included both a washing machine and a dryer, which is a big advantage, especially for longer stays. The location was also good and convenient. The check-in process was clear and easy: the host sends a code to enter the building, then you use another code to collect the keys, and after that you use the keys to enter the apartment itself. A special plus was the gym. That was a very nice bonus. It has a treadmill, a rowing machine, an exercise bike, weight machines, and a cable machine. The gym is small, but уютный would translate better as cozy/comfortable, and it is more than enough to get a good workout in between flights or simply maintain your routine. Overall, this place is also very suitable for long-term stays — you can live there comfortably without any issues. The only downside was that there were no laundry capsules provided, so we had to buy them separately, although apartments like this usually leave at least a few for guests. There was also no bathroom floor mat, which made the stay a little less comfortable.

The apartment was even better than expected, a beautiful and cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with an incredibly soft and comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect too. Just a 5‑minute walk from Atwater Metro, surrounded by great restaurants, and right next to Adonis for groceries. It was also only about 10 minutes from downtown, with all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Sainte‑Catherine Street. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience. The comfort, the convenience, and the warm hospitality made this stay truly exceptional. I would definitely come back again!

The room description and photos do not match the actual space , one sofa bed was missing. When we asked the landlord, he said he would provide it the next day, but that meant we had nowhere to sleep that night. As a result, my family and I were unable to get proper rest. When we checked in, the floor was wet and there was a strong musty smell. The environment was clearly not clean. The landlord refused to address the issues and would not answer our calls. This is completely unacceptable.

• Bruno (6/5): Pratique - Nous avons essentiellement apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement et le calme. Il n'y a aucun équipement de cuisine. Aucun plat ne permet d'utiliser le four. Les poëles sont à changer car trés abimées. Rien n'est fait pour que l'on puisse cuisiner dans cet appartement.
• Carolyn (8/5): An excellent location for sight seeing in Montreal and surrounding area. - The location is great - near to a Metro station and numerous bus stops. An IGA and other groceries stores, pharmacy, all within a few minutes walk. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, paper towels, cleaning items, a dishwasher, etc. There are lots of windows to let in light and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. The host was quick to respond to my messages. A few things weren't working properly, such as the Keurig machine which needed to be descaled before it could be used and the bathroom fan, and the dryer. The host offered to come and get everything fixed, but we chose to manage without them. There was a French Press and a kettle so it was easy to make fresh coffee. We found the absence of a tea towel in the kitchen odd, so used a face cloth. Also, we found the lack of towel racks in the bathroom a bit awkward. Judging from the speedy response to any messages I sent, and the hosts offer to fix deficiencies I am confident she will fix the items needing attention for future guests.

• Maureen (10/5): A well maintained apartment close to many attractions. - We’ll maintain and cosy apartment that was closer to attractions, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. The only two things were the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

• Alexander (10/5): Top Wohnung - Sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung. Schnelles Internet. Top ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlte. Ruhiges Haus (Wohnung im 12. Stock). Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Unglaublich netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der sehr gute Anweisungen und auch Informationen für einen Aufenthalt in Montreal gibt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles war top.

• Sandrine (4/5): Un logement bien situé mais difficilement accessible avec la gestion de la clé unique et du bipper ! - L'emplacement au centre ville La récupération des clés a mis 2h, beaucoup de soucis avec le gestionnaire qui ne voulait pas nous laisser au départ le bipper de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. (Nous avons dû prendre le bipper de secours de l'immeuble). Le gestionnaire n'a pas été joignable par téléphone, uniquement par messagerie booking et uniquement en anglais. Nous n'avons jamais vu une personne physiquement. La boite à clés de l'établissement n'a pas fonctionné. Le gestionnaire nous a harcelé de messages tous les jours presque pour que nous rendions le bipper. (On peut rentrer dans l'appart avec la clé mais la porte de l'immeuble nécessite un bipper). Pas de rideaux occultants aux fenêtres (les nuits ont été difficiles, très lumineuses !). Pas de femme de ménage pendant tout le séjour. Nous avions crû être dans un appart hôtel (nom "Etablissement 2br ... + prix de la location) et nous avons eu un airbnb. Nous n'avons reçu qu'une seule clé et nous étions deux personnes avec des programmes sur la journée différents. Une des deux personnes a toujours eu des difficultés pour avoir accès au logement !

• Elizabeth (4/5): No thanks, too rude. - Room layout was nice, everything was in half-decent repair. Although the holes in the walls always make me nervous if I am being watched. Good location if a the neighbourhood was a little rough with lots of homeless loitering close by to the liquor store. They were unable to check out efficiently. It took them over 30 minutes, as the KeyCafe station wasn’t working. They didn’t answer the phone until the 4th try. They were rude. I was late for my meeting/presentation.

• Sharon (9/5): It was very comfortable and fun! - I really liked how responsive the owner was. When I arrived the key pad did not work and the owner responded immediately informing me that I needed to press a reset button. That worked immediately. I loved the central location and it was a great neighbourhood. The bed (mattress) was a little sagging in the middle but as I was alone, this was not a problem.

Someone jammed something into the key slot... I took pictures and video to use as proof ... Booking.com help me get a room... they were great.. Host was terrible... do not book the property.... • Wendy (1/5): Dangerous location, homeless encampment 7 steps from entrance - Laundry machine Had to leave property after first night. Checked in afternoon and noticed some garbage on the street, blankets, bags. But coming back at 9pm, there are 6 erratic homeless people living in the street, literally 10 feet away from the entrance of the door. Across the street, also mentally unstable people approaching you. You'd have to go down dark, side streets to avoids but we didn't try as we didn't know what was back there. There's a park that you have to pass that I know now is overrun by homeless at night, they even closed there Metro station entrance by that park because of the issues. The one night we stayed, beds are rock hard, woke up with sore back in middle of night. Pillows- as my friends described- like quills poking into you. Extremely uncomfortable. The place was cleaned but cleaning solution was so strong because it was overwhelming. Windows only open about 4 inches on the side or top so no air flow. Also one window wouldn't closer so to hear homeless clearly yelling at each other most of the night. One tiny bathroom, no ledge space too out anything except about 3.5 inches behind the tap. No holds to even hang up a towel or anything. Have to put anything on the toilet seat. Very hot bedrooms as no airflow, especially in one room- had weird smell because i that. Aircon is a mini- split in the living room so does not go to the bedrooms at all. Curtains are extremely thin so don't cut out sun so it heats it and light comes through even at night. Property host made us both scan and email ID and selfies, asked us repeatedly to assure them that we would not have any visitors, even for a minute. But residing to problems, will ghost you. They even ghosted booking.com when I told them about the dangerous issue with the homeless. They agreed and tried to reach out multiple times when I was on the phone with them and no response. We left after one night of a 4 night booking.
• Sema (6/5): Nice flat...difficult communication with management company - The flat was really nice. The location was very good, close to subway, shops, restaurants. The flat was super quiet which was extremely important to us. The washing machine and dryer were a big bonus. If I have to rate the flat only, it is going to be a 9.5 out of 10. But... -The biggest issue for me, was the communication, which gradually became worse and worse. Not sure if I was talking to the owner, I hope not because it speaks volume of the management. The instructions were 5 pages long, with things to do and not to do - ok that is fine, not my place, so of course we adapted. When wanting to use the late check out- we were given wrong link to pay, then wrong Paypal account, then we received confirmation for the wrong service, then we were asked to pay ASAP in order to be sure to check out late, but did not receive confirmation ASAP, only after 5 hours, and after I insisted. All the exchanges felt off and even like a scam!!! Like it was several different people talking to me or companies. - we were asked to clean all dishes and remove our garbage (which we did, again threir rules), and after that again more rules and things to do for the cleaning person. In terms of cleaning services, we found hairs in the bathroom and a lot of dust on top of the tables in the bedrooms and on top of the microwave. It felt like we had to clean more then the cleaning person.

I wish that the parking experience was easier but our host gave us alot of options to work with and was INCREDIBLY responsive in a quick manner. Also across the street is a grocery store, the building is on top of a pho restaurant and a cafe right across the street and very close to a mall. Great location. Wish the place had parking! Also the pillows in the bed could of been better, but it still doesn't change my experience. Hosts were amazing! Highly recommend this place!

• Mani (3/5): Overly priced and sofa bed not a bed and not able to sleep on. Find another option - It's close to subway and main areas. Easy to work around. We selected this property for the 1 bed and sofa bed. But the sofa bed was mis-represented as it was not sleep worthy. I had to sleep on the floor. Check in instructions were not clear with various codes in emails and in chat. 5pm check in time is overly excessive and gas lighting to say i will let you check in 45 mins early for free with no charge. TV was ancient which was slow to turn on and difficult to find the smart tv options to cast netflix. Everything in the unit was bare basic vs the price tag.

The location was absolute perfection – nestled in the heart of the city, surrounded by a food lover's paradise, and within walking distance to all the top attractions. The convenience factor was huge, with the metro and bus station right next door, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself was beautiful, with excellent customer service and seamless access to the airport. But what truly made our stay special was the apartment itself – spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed. We felt right at home and loved every moment of our stay. A huge thank you to our wonderful host for sharing this incredible space with us! ❤️ We can't wait to book it again and experience all that Montreal has to offer. Highly, highly recommend! 🙌"
• Dicko (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay! The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy. The bathroom and the kitchen was very clean. The living room area was also very confortable. The location was ideal in downtown of Montreal but still peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for an excellent experience!
