There was a terrible smell in the main bedroom on arrival. Severe damp issue somewhere. We opened the windows and turned the fan on to try and air it out but did not help at all. Reported it to the owner immediately and no reply, which was very disappointing. I could r use the room at all and had to keep the door closed the entire stay. I was there for business and when arriving back after a long day, the apartment had to be aired out again before anything else and attracted moths with any doors open. The smell was really unbearable. The shower’s temperature control also needs to be looked at. The water is either ice cold or scorching hot, no in between. Apart from that the apartment is really lovely and was continently situated to shops and business areas.

• Tanki (10/5): Exceptional - The place was exceptionally clean and had all the neccessities that we needed and the staff were very friendly.. We wanted a place with a pool. But we couldn't enjoy it at all. It was not clean. Please do something about that...
• Paadi (4/5): Disappointing - We liked its location, as it was close to the malls and gold reef city. We also appreciated its safety and security. The premises were poorly cleaned. Especially the bedding. It had a smell of scented Vaseline, and it was evident that the very bedding was not freshly washed and had been used . My family couldn't wait to return home. This was because they were not comfortable using the bad smelling bedding. We didn't look forward to coming to the premises at the end of each day, we couldn't fully relax. And we felt bound by the the deposit already paid.

The host Phillip was very responsive and helpful every time we raised an issue that needed to be addressed. General cleanliness needs to be improved. This meant no television service as the TV is Internet dependent. This was reported immediately. There was no attempt to rectify or communicate with us. The issue was reported again the second day. Still no communication back from host. The problem was never resolved for the duration of our stay. No refund was provided for this critical missing service. Additionally, the electricity ran out on our second day. We retuend to a blacked out apartment. This should have been checked before our arrival - basics. There were several encounters with cockroaches. The apartment needs fumigation.

• Pearl (10/5): Home away from home - The quietness was absolutely awesome, the privacy, the house was clean The swimming pool was not used due to it not being clean. the kids where looking forward to swimming hence it was a hot day.

• Bone (9/5): Weekend away - It was incredibly easy to check in and out, the apartment is cozy and clean. The TV doesn't have any apps on it.
