• Vanesa Ruth (9/5): Excelente estadía!!! - El alojamiento es hermoso. Tiene todas las comodidades en la sala común para cocinar y la habitación era impecable. Eleonora no recibió excelentemente. La ubicación es muy próxima al metro 1 para poder moverte con facilidad. No fue un problema para mí, pero la ducha de la habitación es pequeña. El agua sale espectacular.

She gave us the keys, showed us around the apartment and also shared a bunch of recommendations for Napoli Despite having access to a fully equipped kitchen, we were told not to cook and to use the microwave instead which was a huge disappointment for people like us

• Christian (10/5): We loved staying here, as it offered peaceful respite in between outings to the crazy city of Naples - The property was even better than advertised - we didn’t know we would have access to a large living room and kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine and many cooking supplies. It would have been nice to use the laundry machine. but all good
• Ilona Glória (8/5): Kitűnő elhelyezkedésű, kényelmes, nyugodt, tiszta szálláshely. - Nagyon jó szállás, nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, nyugodt, barátságos környék. A ház rendezett, a lift szuper gyors. A szoba és a fürdőszoba tiszta, az ágynemű és a törölközők jó minőségűek, puhák, illatosak. Az erkély hangulatos. A nagy, amerikai konyhás nappaliban kényelmesen el lehet férni, az óriási hűtőben mindennek megvan a helye. A házigazdánk, Cosimo úr, nagyon kedves, pontos és segítőkész volt. A konyhában lehetne több nagyobb méretű bögre, és a kávégép sem a legmodernebb. A szobánk fürdőszobájában két apró, de annál kellemetlenebb probléma akadt: a wc lehúzója akad - ha nem figyelünk oda, folyamatos az öblítés, valamint az esőzuhanyra váltó kis csavarós gomb nem működik megbízhatóan, így kéretlenül is a fejünkre zúdulhat a víz.

• sergio (6/5): Particolari che fanno la differenza! - La posizione! Vicinissima alla metro ma anche a piedi in 15 minuti sei in pieno centro. La poca attenzione verso alcuni particolari che fanno la differenza tra strutture ben curate e non, problemini talmente semplici da risolvere che fanno pensare alla poca attenzione prestata. Ad esempio dal rubinetto del bidè usciva un filo di acqua perché il filtrino era completamente otturato dal calcare, lo scarico del lavabo era ostruito da qualcosa infatti dovevi stare attento a non aprire molto l’acqua altrimenti si riempiva, la ruggine nei portasciugamani e i bordi interno doccia poco puliti. A mio parere sono appunto particolari che fanno la differenza, specialmente in bagno.

• Nikoleta (3/5): In conclusion, while the apartment looks nice and is well-located, the comfort, service, and overall experience were dis - The apartment is in a great location and truly beautiful, the metro is nearby, and the neighborhood is very quiet. However, our overall experience was such that, honestly, we would not recommend it. First of all, the comfort level was quite disappointing. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the sound insulation in the apartment was poor, and the bed was not a real double but two separate mattresses pushed together, which made sleeping very unpleasant. Considering that we booked the most expensive apartment available in this accommodation, we expected much better quality and comfort for the price. We also paid an additional €30 for a late check-in — this was mentioned in our communication, that if we arrived after 8 PM we would need to pay. We arrived at 7:50 PM but decided to pay anyway, as we knew the host was expecting that fee. At first, the man named Cosimo was very polite when giving us the keys and emphasized that we could call him if we needed anything. Unfortunately, the situation quickly became uncomfortable. The next night, while we were lying in the bed, he unlocked our door in the middle of the night and entered the room with two other guests (he probably mixed up the rooms). He did not offer any proper apology for this incident. The following day (our third day), when we asked him for an extra towel each (we received two towels per person upon arrival), he said he would bring them. When we returned in the evening, there were no towels, so we reminded him around 7 PM. He came shortly after and was quite rude, insisting that it was “not normal” to ask for towels after three days (?!), and even said that it was a “gift” from him. Later that evening, while we were sitting and eating in the shared area, he started turning the lights on and off without any explanation, seemingly at his own convenience. Then he sat in the living room for a while, making us feel uncomfortable until we eventually went back to our room. On the day of check-out, we asked how to leave the keys and if he could recommend a place to store our luggage until our flight.

• Anna Luzia (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Wir hatten schon einige Tage vor der Reise sehr netten Kontakt zu der Vermietung. Als wir angekommen sind, hat die Schlüsselübergabe super funktioniert und wir wurden sehr herzlich von Cosimo begrüßt. Wir haben neben vielen Empfehlungen und einer sehr netten Unterhaltung noch eine Karte von Neapel bekommen, in die Cosimo uns Ausflugstipps eingezeichnet hat. Auch auf unsere Ideen und Wünsche ist er hier sehr detailliert und freundlich eingegangen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war Cosimo sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar. Für uns wurde sogar ein Shuttle zum Flughafen organisiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirkt sehr modern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zudem optimal. Man ist schnell im belebten Teil der Stadt, aber vor der Haustür ist es sehr ruhig. Zudem wirkt die Nachbarschaft auch nachts sehr sicher, sodass bei uns kein Unsicherheitsgefühl aufgekommen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. -
• Rafael (5/5): - O apartamento é novo e o quarto é aconchegante. O apartamento tem maquina de lavar, mas nao pode usar. Tem cozinha equipada, mas não pode cozinhar. Mas o pior foi, além do meu quarto ter o banheiro externo, apontei diversos problemas na 1a hora de hospedagem e em 4 diarias eles NÃO FORAM resolvidos. Foram eles: Tampa do vaso sanitario quebrada; Tomada e luz da pia nao funcionam: Porta do box nao fecha e ao utilizar o chuveiro molha todo o banheiro; Ralo da pia com problema. Solução proposta, disponibilizar toalhas para secar o banheiro após os banhos. Durante 4 diarias.
• Antonietta (9/5): - Wir sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit von Cosimo beim Check-in empfangen worden.Er hat uns einiges in der Gegend empfohlen und war immer sehr hilfsbereit.Ich bin mega zufrieden die Gegend ist toll und sauber vor allem ruhig. Ich kann es nur bestens empfehlen zumal man einen sehr schnellen Anschluss mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vor der Tür hat und alles notwendige zum Einkaufen zu Fuß erreicht.Das Appartement Küche Wohnzimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🥰👍👍

• Suzy (6/5): - appartement was mooi ruimtelijk en netjes ,ligging was ok dicht aan metrostation en warenhuisjes in de buurt badkamers hadden onderhoud nodig stoppen die niet sloten maar wat ik het meest erg vond we zijn 10 dagen geweest met 6 personen kregen voor 5 dagen elk 1 badhanddoek 1 kleinere en i heel kleine . lakens werden niet ververst alhoewel het zo gezegd was .wasmachine en afwasmachine mochten niet-gebruikt worden ,dan hadden we de handdoeken kunnen wassen was geen probleem alsook de oven mochten we niet gebruiken was ook nergens een borstel of emmer te bespeuren
• Χασιωτης (10/5): Exceptional - Not only it's a lovely apartment within a nice historical building but also the location was near the heart of naples by metro (10-15 minutes to reach the center of the city). Special mention to Eleonora the host that goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible from providing guides to giving info about the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting naples
• Iman (10/5): Exceptional - It was an apartment with rooms that you can book. The bathroom was separate from the room but was just for us to use. The apartment, the room and the bathroom were very clean and we were left some breakfast which was really nice. Cosimo was a great host and any requests we had he was there and responded very quickly. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit nearby and organised a transfer from the airport to the hotel so we did not need to worry about transport. It was a short walk to Materdei metro stop and not too far to walk to the centee too so ideal location. One thing we didn't realise was that if you check in after 21.00 you have to pay a €30 late check in fee. We were also told that you can't check in after midnight but luckily we didn't have this problem but something to be aware of if you are looking to book here.

The key and the lock didn’t really work well so we would spend up to 30mins trying to unlock it. The second unpleasant surprise was the “breakfast” which was supposed to be included, but it was literally a snack box, no real food included. And we were not allowed to cook anything in the common kitchen, which was not emphasised when we were Booking.com, otherwise we would have not booked it
• Maria (9/5): Beautiful property in the heart of Naples - Friendly and helpful hosts, clean apartment with plenty of space and modern facilities, central location, within walking distance of Metro station and many tourist attractions, coffee, tea and small breakfast included. Towels and linen could be changed mid-stay upon request and for extra cost ( not included).
• Patrick (7/5): Pleasant one night stay. - Location was a quiet residential area of Napoli. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were clean and tastefully decorated, as was the rest of the apartment. Lorenzo who greeted us, at the apartment, was very helpful and polite. One of my reasons for booking this accommodation was that 'breakfast' was included. We were disappointed to find out that 'breakfast' consisted of some biscuits, tea bags and DIY coffee. This may be acceptable to continental travellers but if you're from the UK or North America this does not constitute as breakfast. Dormus Luca, please be more specific on what guests are to expect for their stay.

• Bettina (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. Easy communication for check in an offered help if anything else was needed during our stay. Close to the metro, supermarkets in the same street. Everything was very clean and additionally our room was cleaned every day. 1) We were told not to use the stove for cooking and we intentionally booked the accommodation because of the kitchen. Breakfast is of course Italian, so don't expect much than cookies, juice and some fruits. 2) only one sheet/ blanket in the room for 2 people.

The host Lorenzo was very polite and pleasant. He gave us recommendations for the city and instruction when we needed!! The breakfast was the minimum but with good coffee!!

The fare is cheap, convenient to go to Tolerdo shopping center and central station for trains to Pompeii, Mt.Vesuvius… The living room is big. Sofia was very helpful and caring. She booked taxi for airport and guided us to visit places. Sometimes the elevator was out of order but the house owner fixed it quickly
• Panito17 (10/5): Beautiful accommodation, welcoming and helpful staff. - Very beautiful apartment and recently renovated. The location might seem a bit off the centre, but it's actually about 15-20 minutes to reach the centre on foot, and only two stations away by metro. Staff was excellent! The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. He helped us plan our short trip in Napoli and sent us a complete guide on how we could have done everything we wanted in the city and region in general. -

The area is safe and quiet but still pretty close to the city center and it's 2 min away from the metro station. • Yinsong (9/5): I was enjoying staying in the apartment. - Exception your private room, the apartment has really big living room and balcony, and all the kitchen facilities are working, and you will have your own bathroom, it’s clean. The location is also convenient. The only thing that I don’t like is that sounds proof is not very well. it’s a bit noisy from next door during the night.
