• Layna (10/5): I extended my stay! - I love this modern, airy, spacious apt, ✨the luxurious bathtub & bathroom, big, comfy bed +window nook seating for 2 w/city view, where I worked and dined in(even though there is a counter w/comfy chairs) Sleek, well appointed kitchenette & laundry ensuite! The owner was very accomodating, helpful & responsive. Night security officer is exceedingly disrespectful, rude, & dismissive. Most all onsite staff are unfriendly and avoidant, they will not acknowledge, answer, or greet you. I did have a very pleasant experience with the maintenance staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment is so wonderful that I was able to enjoy myself despite the hot mess at the entrance and in the lobby.
• Brian (8/5): Cosy apartment. - Liked the easy, contactless access to the apartment, the bathtub (unusual), the swimming pool, and the proximity to Imperia (I have relatives there). The owner was very responsive to messages/questions. The aircon was leaking; the owner offered to send someone to look at it, but we didn't want the inconvenience. It clearly wasn't a new problem.
• Georgia (9/5): A very convenient location near my son and his family. - The location was very convenient and the apartment was just what I needed for a three week stay. I was not happy that I was required to pay up front for my entire stay in "cash." I had just arrived in Vietnam a few hours earlier after a 16 hour fljght. I was not allowed to pay with my credit card (which I was prepared to do). I had no cash and I do not carry my banking information with me. If it hadn't been for my son, who lives in Vietnam, I would not have been able to pay.
