Parties are NOT allowed. The use of the property for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good customs, or those that represent danger to the property, are NOT permitted. The house has a decibel monitor and cameras in the external parts, for security reasons and compliance with the rules. Guests are allowed as long as they are all over age (legal age) and do not stay overnight. If they spend the night on site they must be included in the reservation. Everyone must have a valid identity document (Passport, ID card, etc.) Sound thresholds should never exceed 75 decibels, for the good and tranquility of the neighborhood. If these thresholds are exceeded, a warning will be given, if a SECOND warning is necessary for noncompliance with the rules, a fine of 200 USD will be charged. Sexual tourism with minors is totally prohibited and can lead to sanctions and even jail time. If you cause any damage to the property, you must immediately notify the host. Help us by being aware of the environment and while you are not there, turn off the lights, air conditioners and leave all the water taps closed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. LUIS EDUARDO (9/5): - Excelente ubicación. Casa en conjunto cerrado. Amplio. Muy bonito. Ordenado. Rodeado de naturaleza Cocina pequeña (dos hornillas eléctricas).
MILAGROS (8/5): Buena estadía con aspectos que mejorar - El alojamiento es cómodo con amplios espacios. Zona segura y cerca de centros comerciales y del barrio de Provenza No hay comunicación efectiva con el host. No recibimos a tiempo la dirección exacta e instrucciones para el acceso. El equipamiento de la cocina era deficiente y en mal estado. Hay mucha humedad. La movilidad peatonal es complicada ya que la calle es muy empinada. No dejan acceder taxis al conjunto.

Kelly (10/5): Medellin was a great city to visit. Made even better with having great accommodation to stay in. Would highly recommend - The property was lovely, clean, spacious and luxurious. I loved the different birds waking me up in the morning. Beds were very comfortable and property had lovely showers. Excellent cooking facilities but I didn’t use as I ate out. There is nothing I didn’t like.
