- Colin (10/5): Amazing townhouse in a fabulous location. - The townhouse was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was quite well equipped with enough pots/pans/knives/etc. to cook a full meal and enough crockery and glasses for all 6 of us. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better for us. Our taller friends found the beds a bit short.

- Steve (10/5): Excellent condition and location for family vacation or business trip. - This townhouse is new, and is located in the middle of everything. To have 3 Bdrms and 3 Baths, plus family room, dinning area and full kitchen in this area is incredibly rare. The owners were very responsive to our questions and despite a couple of unexpected maintenance items, they were immediately addressed with no delay or excuse.
The location is quiet, yet you are 2-3 blocks off of Piccadilly, 2-3 blocks from St. James Park, 5 blocks from Buckingham Palace and 3-4 blocks from Green Park. Tube stations are very convenient as well as you are walking distance from some of the best restaurants in London's Westend.
I will definitely book this location again, and have forwarded the listing information to two friends already. Because of its ideal location and size the townhouse is appropriate for family vacations and/or business trips.
