- Juraj (7/5): - Very well equipped kitchen and tidy apartment. Mold in the bathroom and its overall condition, general humidity and wear and tear of the apartment.. The picture on the wall fell out of the frame because it was devastated by humidity and the landlord didn't bother to fix it, as well as replace the broken hooks in the bathroom so that there was somewhere to hang towels, etc. It's enough to invest 10% of what we paid for the week and the apartment would be improved by 2 categories.. it's about the details.

- Toni (8/5): Great for O2 Visit - The location was excellent. Had the tram been on we could have jumped on easily. The shop is brilliant. The gated community felt so safe and the apartment was comfortable. No instructions were left re: the electric gates so we had to call for help. The WiFi and intercom didn’t work. Both times help given was tedious. WiFi was never solved.

- Caroline (10/5): Clean & comfortable stay in a secure location only walking distance from where I wanted to go. - Very handy location and secure parking. It is ground floor, the balcony overlooks the car park, but the flat was perfect for my needs.
- Lin (10/5): Safe, comfortable and beautifully surrounded. - This flat was recommended by a friend. I felt good after staying there. It was safe and the room was well equipped for a family. The neighbourhood is very nice, close to the Thames, so you can walk and relax by the river. Shopping and travelling by transport is very convenient. Key pickup was at a nearby mini-mart, which was slightly inconvenient for first-time travellers. But if you are familiar with the environment, this is not a big problem.

- Harriet (1/5): Bad - It was a large flat and had parking which we didnt use. It's in a gated community so felt safe. Chap we spoke to on the phone was pleasant I hate to complain but it was really dirty. The bath had 2 long hairs in. We had to wash all cutlery, plates and glassses before using them as some were dirty/stained/sticky. The desk was sticky and obviously hadn't been cleaned. There were cleaning materials under the sink but mostly empty bottles.The sofa chair was very uncomfortable. It was dirty, tired and expensive for what it is. The photos make it look half decent but it's not
- Martyn (5/5): Passable - Property was very clean & comfortable with good facilities I booked & got a email from a management company (Astar Stays) insisting on me giving all my details or I couldn't stay there, I wasnt that happy but I did it.
I had to collect keys from a local store which when I went there no- lne knew about it until I asked for the manager of the store who I obtained the keys. On Booking.com it states property is only approx 2.7meters away from the O2.... it is if I was Jesus, but i cant walk on water across the River Thames......🤪 therefore had to get DLR Train & one stop on Jubilee line which to be honest wasnt a problem & was quick.
Upon leaving the problem I couldn't get out of the gated car park as the gates didn't work so had to get the concierge who was a little stroppy as didn't really want to help but did after I told them I would complain as couldn't get out......... But that to be honest isn't the property owners fault at that's behond their control.
The main thing is that the property was very clean & facilities were good.

- Abid (10/5): Overall brilliant experience and would come again. - Host provided a fantastic service. Very helpful. Very professional and accommodating towards my requests. The location was fantastic and the private gated parking was very reassuring. The hand soap was not topped and also there was no shower gel with the bathroom amenities.
- Lucy (9/5): Great location with parking with great communication. - Easy key collection and return. Great location with parking (rare in London!). Great communication with hosts - very responsive to messages.

The neighbourhood was quiet so we managed to get enough rest after the day-long tracks throughout the city Had some issues with the remote control for the gate and was only able to access the car park through the kindness of a neighbour (as well as the exit).
- Rycherde (5/5): Pasable, not sure I will return. - Clen Lack of the basics such as a plug for the kitchen sink and the shower did not stay up in the bathroom when using it.
