• Cecilia (5/5): NOT LUX or QUALITY. Definitely not value for the money - Location Not value for the money. They call it “luxe” suite when it is not. The apartment was all IKEA. Very poor quality the cushions on the sofas were old cheap and dirty. Not luxurious and whole building is from the 80s probably and they haven’t done any refurbishing. Looks very dated. Beside all that it is OUTRAGEOUS the amount they charge for the cleaning, specially when you have to leave everything clean and take the garbage out yourselves . What part of all this is premium?

• Wendy (9/5): We all had a great time in Whistler the apartment is fantastic location to ski in ski out and also to Blackcomb village - The location is amazing ski in ski out and the spa pool area is great after a hard days skiing Had to turn the aircon off it was too hot A bathrobe would of been nice to walk down to the spa and pool as it is so cold . Also the pool can get bit noisey if you are trying to sleep as it open until 10 pm

• Marta (9/5): Cosy and stylish apartment - Really stylish, cosy and clean flat with a lovely balcony and views. Kitchen has everything you may need. Very close to the town centre, (if you take the shortcut on foot from the pool area, as we discovered only on the way back!) and the village itself is very pretty with lots of shops and places to eat. Owners were friendly and helpful. There are no blackout curtains in the living room, which makes it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed, especially with the fairy lights on all night.

• Bev (8/5): Wonderful place and spacious unit. The pull out small bed was great for our small child. - The suite and facilities were great but my daughter has accessibility issues and walking up and down the dirt bath to the side entrance was a bit difficult.

The hotel receptionist told me there was a deposit and it would be returned the next day, so I paid 320. I checked out this morning, so why wasn't it returned? Please reply as soon as possible.

• Andi (10/5): Blissful family ski holiday - location and that it was SO comfortable & cosy after a long days skiing and snowboarding. Lots of effort put into making this the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Great BBQ for easy evening dinners as often so tiered to go out to eat. A boot room is needed for this accommodation, always had a boot room storage at Whistler so you dont have to store dirty wet snow boots in such a lovely apartment. A small vacuum cleaner so i could keep entrance hall clean from muddy snow boots. Access to the outdoor cushions as it was sunny weather for our stay.

• Jennifer (8/5): Amazing location and very nice unit overall. - Th kitchen amenities were crazy sparse. For example there are four plates total. This meant anytime we chose to use the kitchen we needed to hand wash what we used in order to have something else at any point in the day. I never expect a rental to have a fully stocked kitchen but this was sparse even for a rental. I rent a unit with a kitchen so that some of our meals can be convenient. I could make things in the kitchen (which is very nice) however I had to scrap together and improvise to make it work. Such as using a muffin pan to make some chicken tenders for my kiddo. 😂. We laughed and it worked 🤩. But it was goofy like this every time we wanted to use the kitchen.

We were disappointed to discover that the outdoor heated pool was under renovation and therefore unavailable. But the two hot tubs were open and most enjoyable.

Quiet and peaceful at night so slept really well Might be the nicest apartment in the Aspens … some of the guests in other apartments were a bit downmarket

The Last morning a house keeper knocked on my door around 8am, so I told him to come back later but he doesn't want to leave. So I told him to come back later again, and he said I was too rude! Even my check out is 10am. Maybe he is not the house keeper! Or maybe he is some robbery guy.

• Louise (1/5): Very disappointing - There was very little we liked with this accomodation.....the location was good Firstly the description of the property is very misleading. It is not luxe and it is not a penthouse. When we first walked in we noted one of the pull down blinds in the living area was not in place, this was a problem as we were having to use this area as one of the sleeping areas. I contacted the owner of the property who informed me the previous guest had broken it........no apology !!!!!! The kitchen is not well set up with basics which would have been great ( in similar accomodation the kitchens would normally have all the basics for people who are obviously travelling). In both the bedroom and living area there were portable air-conditioning units with a hose hanging outside the window...this looked untidy, it was noisy and took up valuable space. The unit was also noisy....noise from the pools which are situated outside the master bedroom . They don't close until 10 pm so if you want an early night you are out of luck plus we could hear people in the neighbouring unit....hanging clothes on a hanger and having a shower....not ideal. The outside deck needed a thorough clean, the bbq was absolutely filthy and the deck itself was dirty and had bits of fake grass and mats... very untidy !!!! We have stayed in a lot of luxe accomodation and this does not come close, I think the owners need to rethink how they market this property.

Close walk to all the shops, restaurants and the gondola was just steps away, The balcony was the best part of the house because of the amazing views. Our Hosts were amazing and responded to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

• Paula (10/5): Incredible Slopeside Luxury! - Wow. Just, WOW. The Lookout FAR exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in Whistler a lot, and this place was, by far, the best place I've ever stayed there. All the comforts of a (luxury) home, beautiful views, fabulous location, spacious and airy, and every single little touch is so thoughtfully and tastefully applied. I can see that this home is a labour of love. It very much shows. I absolutely love the decor. We own a mountain chalet up at Big White Ski Resort and I'm seriously stealing some of your decorating style. So beautiful. I loved the short walk down to the Fairmont, where I popped down for dinner and some live music in the lobby bar. A short walk down for breakfast and a spa treatment as well! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to visitors. I enjoyed my stay there so much and wished I had a week to spend just soaking it all in.
