- Fiona (9/5): Perfect location, luxurious apartment. - Location was ideal for Suncorp Stadium event. The additional information required, such as drivers license photograph and the complicated key collection instructions.

- Davidson (1/5): - The property is unclean, all bedrooms had a severe bedbug infestation. The property did not communicate well, taking hours at a time to reply (alerted to bedbug issues at 8am). They did offer a change in hotels (at 5pm), how ever this turned into a nightmare. Had to locate keys in a security box attached to a random window on the street. The keys provided did not work in the car park, or for the lifts. We did not make it to our work meeting until 8pm. Booking.com did not communicate well either and did not assist in finding a resolution. Still waiting for the $500 security deposit to be returned.
- John (5/5): Nice apartment spoilt by bedbug problem. - A good location and lovely pool area at the complex. Unfortunately there were bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Luckily we only needed 2 of the 3 rooms so our son was able to swap rooms during the first night. Owners have still not fully addressed our concerns.
- Guest (6/5): Uncomfortable beds ruined the stay - Apartment was great - great location The beds were horrendously uncomfortable - I wouldn’t stay here again - could feel the springs through the mattress and the other two mattresses were like sleeping on bricks

- Greg (6/5): - The contact person who sent the check in information at 2.50pm was unhelpful. we advised we would be there earlier and instead of saying upfront that the room would not be available until 3pm we had constant phone calls and texts from 1pm til 2.50pm saying our ID expired in Nov 25 so could we send another !!! what!!!! resending info!!! checking with her accounts team!!! sending a selfie !!!! photo of our credit card - so much so i thought we were being scammed ! if they were not prepared to let us into the accomm until 3pm just say so upfront

- Allison (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for our needs. - When we received the access information it was easy to follow. I was in communication with the owner for 36 hours trying to get a way of accessing the keys after 9 pm, even though I had indicated on Booking.com and their check in website that we were not arriving until around 11.30 pm. This was very stressful and not like booking accommodation at other places.

- Kelli (6/5): Close to the action! - The rooms were spacious and fresh. Good views. Beds were comfy. Lots of cupboard space. Great location with cafes and bars and the suncorp stadium within walking distance. The spa and sauna were an extra treat on level 6 Air conditioning took a long time to cool down the rooms. No kitchen scissors and only one tea towel. Oil dripped from range hood, but not too much.
- Cindy (10/5): Love the place. Nice view . Easy to get in contact with the staff. Nice walk to take the ferry to go to Southbank. A fe - Comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was great 😊. Had mostly everything. Couldn’t use Netflix. The doona was not cleaned . Maybe extra towel for the pool.
- Shane (10/5): Great Milton Accommodation - Great location, clean, comfy - great view. Handy to train, stadium, shops, restaurants, breweries. Great place to stay!! Not really a dislike - but note that this is more an air-bnb style than a hotel with reception etc - but instructions were clear and communication great. Also note, check-in requires pre sending of drivers license and ccard, which is unusual so I cleared it with bookings.com before sending, and all went fine. THIS IS NOT NEGATIVE OR CRITISIM - JUST LETTING OTHERS KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT - IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Lack of advertised security deposit, lack of advertised need to pay for security deposit and accommodation immediately (accommodation advertised as pay upon arrival). Lack of communication within the "team" regarding ID required & check-in form. The volume of emails, texts & phone calls required to secure the booking.
