• Sophia (6/5): Beautiful apartment and location — we hope to return many times, but the concierge service needs serious improvement, as - We loved the apartment itself — it is spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable for a large family. The four-bedroom layout is excellent, the location inside Reserva Conchal is stunning, peaceful, and safe, and the overall space feels relaxing and well-suited for a family stay. The main issue is not the apartment or the location — both are excellent. The real problem is the service provided by the BlueZone concierge company. It is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. The concierge assigned to us, Mariela, was consistently rude, gave incorrect information, and refused to take responsibility even when shown clear evidence. Prices for services were often inflated, grocery orders were delivered incorrectly, and every detail had to be double-checked because you simply cannot trust the information given. It feels like this company prioritizes commission over guest experience. Cleaning was also poor — the apartment was not properly cleaned on arrival, with stale smells and standing water in the showers. The property itself is lovely, but the service around it needs serious improvement.

• Andrea (9/5): Fin de semana largo de lujo - La casa espectacular, todos los espacios muy amplios, decorada preciosa! La terraza con vista al mar lindísima. La concina muy cómoda y el acceso al gimnasio y al SPA es un gran plus. Se que esta fuera de su control, pero había muy poca agua. Fue dificil bañarnos en el Condo. Falta una olla grande para hacer pasta.
