• PATRICK (9/5): Super séjour à Venise proche de tout. - Super emplacement, à 5' de la Place St Marc à 10' du Rialto et juste derrière le théâtre de la Fenice. L'appartement est grand, clair, à l'écart du bruit. Il y a tout dans ce dont on a besoin pour y passer quelques jours en famille ou entre amis : (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, 2 SDB et 2 vraies chambres en plus de la pièce de vie. Il manque peut-être un grille pain pour le matin.... Et puis il faudrait changer les 2 petits matelas (chambre à côté des SDB) car ils sont "creusés" sur les bords. Je me suis cassé le dos.

• Selcen (9/5): Temiz ve ferah - Ev çok güzel ve temizdi. Mutfak eşyaları vardı. Venedik in en güzel yerindeydi. Ancak Venedik te ulaşım genel olarak zor ve pahalı. Çok yakınında süper market var. İki banyosu var odalar geniş dolaplar bol. Merdiven çok dar ve asansör yok bebek arabalı ya da yaşlı insanlar için zor. Biz valizlerimizle zorlandık.

• Caroline (8/5): Un appartement confortable à la localisation idéale. - Une localisation parfaite entre San Marco et l'Académie. Tout est proche ce qui est très agréable. L'appartement est propre avec ce qu'il faut de serviettes et deux salles de bain ce qui est appréciable lorsque l'on voyage avec des ados. La literie est bonne mais un peu trop souple à notre goût. On aurait aimé ne pas avoir de cadavres de moustiques sur les murs :-) et un service pour récupérer les poubelles parce qu'à Venise cela est assez compliqué. Il manque un peu de verres, tasses, d'assiettes, ect...lorsque l'on voyage en famille.

• Elizabeth (6/5): The place was adequate for our needs for 2 days. - I looked for the lockbox for a bit as it was up the stairs. Just when you went in the entry door it took a minute to find a light to see where to go next. Good location. It had air conditioning. Was equipped with basics. The pictures made it look a little brighter. I thought that the beds were a little soft. The bedroom by the bathrooms had a mattress that had sunk and while sleeping you could end up in the sunken in part.
• Ivette (10/5): What a beautiful time in Venice! - The apartment was very clean and updated. It was in a great location with restaurants and shops. It also had a church just around the corner. The apartment has all the necessary amenities like shampoo, soap, dishwashing tablets, blow dryer and paper towels.

• Christopher (9/5): Would definitely recommend - Very spacious apartment. Two excellent bathrooms each with a shower. Super clean on arrival. Mini-splits in each room, although they were turned off, as the host said they weren't needed given the mid-October temperature. It was a bit humid one day after some rain, and I would have run the AC for a short while if I could. Good location, less than 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and San Marco square.

As does under the beds a good sweep. People upstairs a bit noisy! Pillows s bit too soft ! Would be nice to have hand wash at the sinks. Bedside lamps not working in the bedroom.

The furnishings were a bit tired. There was a nespresso machine. Nice restaurant in the plaza below. Overall a good stay but value for the money was not what we were hoping for. Value for money, tired furnishing, stairs, noisy neighbor upstairs.

• Ana (4/5): Disappointed overall. - Size. When we arrived at the apartment at 3, it was not clean and we had to go out to a restaurant for drinks until they finished cleaning. Not a good start after 8 hours of travel. Once the cleaning was complete, we entered the apt and tried to make coffee. There were 2 coffee makers. The Keurig had no kcups and the traditional European coffee maker only had enough espresso beans to make 1/2 cup of coffee. There was no dish soap and minimal laundry detergent. The apt was for 6-8, we had 4 but the toiletries were sized for 2 people. The Internet was slow. I reached out to the leasing company via the WhatsApp app and shared my concerns. I received a message saying - I am sorry you are having this experience. They never offered to add supplies to the apt or provide us with a discount for the inconvenience. This entire experience was so disappointing. I would not recommend this rental.

There was good heating on the floor, so it was a very warm space. This is an accommodation that Koreans will be very satisfied with if they come in winter. It's winter. But there were a lot of mosquitoes.

• Ευγενια (10/5): Vfm - Everything was perfect! The apartment is just as the photos. Spacious, spotless clean apartment at the heart of Venice. Very close to everything! It’s on the first floor and fully equipped: fridge, towels, shampoo and bath products, hair dryer, iron, washing machine etc.. You don’t get to meet anyone so it’s a little impersonal. In the morning there is noise from the footsteps from up above. Wish there was possible to leave our luggage for a few hours after the check out.

• Robert (8/5): I would recommend this property overall. It comes without the warm and fuzzy host treatment. - The apartment was very large, beautiful and clean. Location was very good. easy walk to Rialto Bridge and San Marco square The property management company seemed too impersonal. The rules were sent prior to our stay for keeping things clean and removing garbage etc upon checkout. It seemed like they must have had some bad experiences with renters because the instructions included information on the fines that would be charged if the rules weren't followed. Even though we loved the apartment it did not seem like a welcoming experience.
