• Wallis (2/5): Poor - Needs Re-listing and the pictures need updating! - Location was fabulous. The property was described as a luxury penthouse, almost every piece of furniture was damaged, the deck boards on the roof were broken, I twisted my ankle on these broken boards very dangerous, we had one completely broken armchair, no batteries in the remote controls, we had disposable cutlery, there were not enough plates, glasses for all the guests, the carpet rug in the living area was disgusting stained and dirty, the cushions on the sofa were disgusting! The sink in the master bedroom did not drain, parts of the property were unfinished. The electronic blinds did not work properly in the living area; we had an infestation with ants……… The air conditioning didn’t work properly, I’m guessing that’s why fans were left out! The property was extremely hot! (The bedrooms did not have windows that opened) The host didn’t even acknowledge our message about the broken furniture. In conclusion the property needs re-listing without the Luxury penthouse part, not worth the money we paid, very disappointed.

• Kishor (9/5): Ideal for the short stay and able to get to our planned activities - property was spacious and well kept , central to train station and restaurants. Also the extended time for checkout which was very much appreciated considering it was a last minute request - many thanks. Hall way and path to the lift was uneven and could do with some TLC to ensure no injuries for future. Bath towels were small in size and could have been better with larger bath sheets.
