- Yenthin (3/5): Terrible , no more second time - Location Inconvenient to access the check in as I think is ridiculous to request customer check in by own selves without assistant. First , being asked to wait for stranger open the mail box entrance and the staff has no intention to assist. Calling no answer, texting no reply. Customer as me fell so helpless.
Total cannot agree this is called “ self check in anytime “. If no one open door to enter mail box then forever we cannot go in and get the access card to check it. I don’t feel this is right way.
Last but highlight : staff no helping at all , unable to reach any of them.

The process of check in not favourable, the mailbox area need access card to open the door and host ask us to wait someone to open door for us and the waiting area so hot , luckily I asked someone walk by to help open the mailbox door to mailbox area to take the key on the mailbox

- Ping (1/5): I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. First of all, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the lob - no I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. First of all, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby just to collect the key card, with no one attending to me, which seriously disrupted my schedule.
Upon entering the property, I found that two light bulbs were not working, making the entire space very dim and uncomfortable. The listing clearly stated that towels would be provided, yet there were none available. I contacted the service staff, and although I received a message saying someone would come to resolve the issue, no one ever showed up.
What’s even more unacceptable is that despite all these unresolved problems, we were still reminded that we “must check out on time” the next day. Our concerns were completely ignored, and the service attitude was unresponsive and dismissive.
This stay was incredibly disappointing, with no sense of accountability or basic hospitality. I will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone.

Why I said was 2nd time and I’m still renting with them ? Bedsheet was crump shampoo and body wash are same please bring own if you guys still want to rent this unit .
Master bedroom door was broken someone hacked on it,
Bathroom cabinet on master bedroom and common bathroom was broken due to water leak .
Imagine if you stay in and check out your refund can’t get back because they might blame on you . That’s how you burn your money.
Others host given toiletries with toothbrush and I try to check with them for the 1st time and 2 nd time never revert until I text many time only revert during almost my check in time.
They even don’t reply I need to ask more than 3 times only reply . They can still argue with client that this is not hotel please. OMG 😤 Can you imagine how professional and they handle the unit ?

Key collection process - we need to wait and ask other residents to open the mailing room door with their access card to collect our access card.

- Belinda (4/5): Broken facilities and unresponsive host - Apart of the location itself there’s nothing much I want to say I had an unpleasant stay at Millerz Square, specifically hosted by this HomeBrickz. The aircon is dripping water and washing machine was not working. When I feedback to the host, the first one they just see my message. For the second feedback coz I WhatsApp them at 11pm so the host just replied me it’s after working hours and didn’t even reply me the next day. The next day they just acted like nothing happened and sent me check out steps. Overall I didn’t recommend this host as first it’s not responsive in terms of customer service but fast respond on collecting deposit payment haha! Second, I know Airbnb hotel usually charged for cleaning fee but the cleanliness of this hotel is unsatisfactory. Please make sure the hotel is clean for the next customer if you charged for cleaning fee ya! Please let the owner/ host see this message please.

- Rpg (3/5): Poor - Beds are nice, the living room is comfortable too The staff ask me to go a complete different location to just get the key card, I sounded my dissatisfaction of I'm the customer theres no way I will go all the way to Bangsar to just get the key, after that only they decide to bring me the key themselves.
I have told the the staff to wait for me at 8.00pm sharp, and they have me wait for 15 minutes. I'm a particular person, I do not like to waste time, when I say 8.00pm it's 8.00pm, no excuses.
And then the nightmare strikes, after sometime their staff did passed me the key card, but inside the bag is short of one key card for open the main door. I have Whatsapp them by the time I get the key card, but due to the slow responses I'm stuck outside the door for 20 minutes without a single responses, no calls pickup no messages no follow-up. Again wasting my time, after some time they reply me saying they will Lalamove the key card to the lobby.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional, this is my first time using booking.com to rent a place, and the first thing I get is this? I say 10 out of 10 I will not rent with them again.

so smelly.. Suspect is not clean after use. We use the washing machine washed the towels , try to use the dryer but the dryer is faulty, it will stop by itself after about only 5 minutes run. We end up hang at the window to dry. After dry the towel smell clean. The washing machine and dryer is not clean too, the dirt collect pocket is not clean.

The apartment was at a good location (although it's a very busy road), but it's close to wherever we needed to go. The apartment building is very nice, the facilities are top notch. I feel like there was not enough instructions on how to get into the unit after you picked up the keys. The parking layout was a bit confusing and since Tower C and E shares the same parking lots, we got confused on the Tower lift in the beginning.

The house is for four persons, but only two towel given, so means one room one tower?
The house got Two bathroom, but only provide one bathroom mat, one body shampoo, two hair shampoo, one toilet roll . Maybe the owner wan use share share between the bathroom facility.
When check in, the instruction pic send by owner is showing got access card with key, when i collect it in mailbox, there was no key provided, make me nervours till keep search the mail box in & out few time , scare like missing something. End up: there was no key will be provided o! Only have access card
Oh ya one more thing: each room got self fan & aircond remove control, only can use in own room, but interesthing was: master room fan remove control was empty (no battery) therefore if u need use it, u need borrow or share the battery from other remove control n use it

For 1st time visit, is super hard to find the way to mailroom for key collection purpose from carpark, the guard is willing to help but is difficult to communicate with them. Is weekend and management office closed, we not able to apply 2nd parking slot/visitor parking.
