Tv didnt work made two calls to front desk to try and get it fixed. Wifi was hit and miss. Usually miss. For the price it should have been a whole lot better!

• Oleksandr (3/5): Poor - The hotel is very honest and good but the situation with breakfast left a bad impression. When choosing a room at the hotel, breakfast was a must. How surprised we were when in the morning in the hotel restaurant we were told that breakfast was not included in the price and that we should contact Booking support. (To this day I have not received an answer about this confusion and I think that such problems should be solved by the hotel administration with Booking.com and not me). The hotel is very honest and good but the situation with breakfast left a bad impression.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Decided to order in the first night of our stay. Both husband and I ordered bison burgers. The room service staff who answered was rude. The burger patties were burnt. The room smelled like someone dumped men’s cologne all over the place. It was a very strong musky perfume smell. It was so strong our eyes and noses ran.

• Mclaughlin (9/5): Terrific enjoyed stay with comfy pillows. - The two queen suite with sofa bed was Amazing for a big family of 7. I highly recommend it for families and the staff are very kind. Our kids loved the pool too! We enjoyed our stay. They should have laundry detergent and bounce sheets to purchase in their store so it’s more convenient for travellers.

• Cindy (4/5): - I have stayed at many Holiday Inns in the past and thought they were pretty good. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience not to mention the uncleanliness and the staff were down right rude and despondent. Since when did a Holiday Inn require a $1000 hold on a credit card for incidentals?? I didn't even have to pay that on my trip to Las Vegas!! They call it dog friendly... there was NOTHING friendly about it and I had the staff "check up on me" to ensure my dog had not been left in the room. The sheets were dirty when I got in the room and what ever they use for detergent almost landed me in the hospital my last day I woke up to swollen and red eyes with an adjacent rash to my leg! Got home had a shower and everything cleared up. Will definitely reconsider using Holiday Inns again and would not recommend this location at all.

The hotel seemed pretty full, and being in a room almost directly across from the elevator was a bit loud (not the hotel’s fault), but would recommend requesting a room further from the elevator if you’re sensitive to noise.
