• Anthony (10/5): Great place to stay as you go sightseeing in Rome - I had a wonderful stay at this loft in Rome! The location couldn’t be more perfect as it’s just steps from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to so many of the city’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants. It truly felt like being in the heart of everything. The loft itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the air conditioning after long days exploring the city. The space had a warm and charming feel, with plenty of natural light throughout.

• Ali Çırpan (6/5): Booking puanının beni ilk defa yanılttığı ev - Konumu çok iyi fakat şehir merkezinde bir tepede olduğunu hayal edin. Dik merdivenler asansör yok. Evin önünden geçerken bile eve dönmek tırmanmak istemiyorsunuz. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Eski bir ev eşyalar eski. Temiz yada değil anlaşılmıyor. Klima sadece yatak odasında var fotoğrafını gördüğünüz yer cehennem gibi sıcak oluyor. Orada vakit geçirmek mümkün değil. Klima gittiğimiz gün çalışmadı sonra kendine geldi. Sonra klimayı denemek için açık bıraktık ev sahibine söyledim. Niye açık bırakıyorsunuz diye uyardılar. Eve geldiğimde klima kapalı ev cehennem gibi sıcaktı. Ev sahibine yazdım camı açın dedi. Klimayı sigortadan kapatmışlar ben terslik yapınca bir anda çalıştı klima. İlk defa booking den iyi not almış bir yerden hiç memnun kalmadım. Yazın tercih etmemek lazım.

• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment in an excellent location. The owner was very helpful, and the place was well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. Highly recommended!
• Lily (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is awesome! Its location is excellent for visiting the city, we walked easily to the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Villa Borgese, etc. It is very clean, pretty and spacious. It has a nice kitchen, which is very practical to avoid eating at the restaurant for every meal. The bathroom is very clean and functional, the shower is large, and there is space to move around. The bedroom is very nice, with a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bed is comfortable and large. There are two windows, one on top and one on the side, which can be opened if you like to aerate during the night. Even with the windows opened, it was not noisy. It is not oriented towards the street, but towards an inner courtyard, so inside the apartment we weren't hearing the noise from the street. We stayed at this apartment for one week in April 2025. It has been a really lovely trip and we recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Rome! The host was also very welcoming and nice, and gave us good advice on restaurants and places to visit when we checked in. Check out was also very easy, we just had to leave the keys on the table before leaving, so we were able to leave earlier than scheduled without any issue.

• Twkera (10/5): A fairytale - The perfect location: It's in the historical city center, 5 minutes from piazza di spagna by walk. Also you can walk to the Colosseum 25-30 min and the same time to the Vatican. If you don't have big suitcases like in our case you can walk from the termini station as well. The apartment: It is fully equipped bright and clean apart. The bed was comfortable. In the kitchen you can find all the stuff for cooking and a big fridge. And the most important: Eleonora. She helped us from the beginning. We were late and she had plans but she waited for us. Then gave me a map and draw all the monuments and areas. I was chatting with her, and she was responding patiently. There are some inconveniences for some people that can be crucial: The apartment is on the 4th floor in the building without an elevator. Be ready to climb. Some frying pans are old and not good for cooking. There's a door to another apart which is closed but the owner can be noisy and you will hear Traviata even if you don't want to The sockets are hard for the old laptop kind of adapters However those are minor issues and for the young people is no problem
• Nicola (10/5): Fantastic stay in the center of Rome. - Brilliant apartment in the middle of the shopping area and Spanish Steps. In the apartment, there is complete tranquility; you don't feel like you're in the middle of the city. Super clean, perfect bed, plenty of space, and you lack for nothing. In one word, fantastic. We will definitely come back. Nothing!
• Surbhi (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, a lot of local attractions are very easily accessible and the property is very comfortable and good value for money. There's no elevator and its home is on the top floor of the building so its not for travellers that don't pack light.
• Michael (10/5): Wonderful Stay Near the Spanish Steps - The location is fabulous! Right near the Spanish steps and close to so many dining and shopping options. Additionally, if you like to walk, most all major attractions are within a 30min walk by foot from the apartment. There are small markets near by, literally, a few steps down the street to the local Carrefour market, where you can get groceries to prepare your own meal in the unit. No elevator but honestly, not a big issue. The unit is at the top of the building so, you get some exercise in walking up and down to/from the unit.

Would definitely recommend Honestly everything was great nothing we didn’t like but just to note it’s on fifth or sixth floor and no elevator.
