It was a close walk to 2 stations, we had the fridge, and enough beds for our group of 3 It was quite great overall! I guess the only thing was maybe more towels and toilet paper

• Hassann (8/5): Chouette appartement. Il ne manque pas grand-chose pour que ça soit très bien. - L’emplacement. L’espace pour une famille et la cuisine. L’équipement de la cuisine insuffisant. Il n’y avait par exemple que trois assiettes à repas pour 4 personnes. Il manquait également une spatule pour faire une sauce ou remuer. La vaisselle n’était pas tout à fait propre à notre arrivée. Le linge ne sentait pas bon et il y avait de la poussière par endroits. Beaucoup sous le lit. Ces remarques se veulent constructives et uniquement pour aider à l’amélioration.

Hat und weniger gestört, wenn man etwas erleben möchte. Kleine Beschädigung, an Schränken und Duschstange, die leicht zu beheben wären. Bett für dritte Person ist ein Kompromiss.

Może kiedyś będzie "charming", jeśli gospodarz wymieni okna, a budowa obok się zakończy. - Wyposażony aneks kuchenny, położenie blisko Liverpool Street, bezkontaktowy odbiór kluczy. Byliśmy tam 6 nocy. Po przyjeździe skontaktowaliśmy się z gospodarzem, prosząc aby: dostarczył materac do łóżeczka dla dziecka (które było na wyposażeniu mieszkania; zaznaczyliśmy, że przyjeżdzamy z niemowlęciem), zabrał nieużywaną pościel, kołdry i poduszki (wypełniały łóżeczko dziecięce i wszystkie szuflady, w których można by przechowywać rzeczy), zabrał uszkodzone składane łóżko z salonu (było nadmiarowe, zajmowało dużo miejsca). Gospodarz odpowiedział jedynie, że nie może tego zrobić od razu i przez kolejnych 5 dni się nie odezwał. W mieszkaniu była resztka żelu do mycia i 2 rolki papieru toaletowego, nikt tego nie uzupełniał. Po drugiej stronie ulicy trwa budowa, którą bardzo słychać przez nieszczelne okna. Słychać także ruch uliczny, tak jakby odbywał się w mieszkaniu oraz odgłosy z baru w piwnicy. Przez nieszczelne okna mieszkanie łatwo się wychładza, a klimatyzacja do ogrzewnia jest tylko w salonie. Po zamknięciu na noc drzwi między pokojami w sypialni szybko robiło się zimno (środek marca).
• Lucas (7/5): - Apartment was in a nice location and all the range of facilities were good. Shower pressure was woefully inadequate and trying to run it on anything other than the Eco setting led to cyclic variation in the water temperate going from ice cold to burning hot. The blind were similarly poor as they failed to block out most of the light and night time and alot of sound came in even when the windows were shut from the street below. The layout of the apartment was also quite strange with the couch arranged at 90 degrees to the TV which was blocked by the table making it impossible to watch. When we did try and watch the TV it was rather frustrating as the smart TV was slow and kept coming up with notifications every 5 minutes. The lighting also flickered constantly and the heared towel rack in the toilet wasn't operational. Overall the place was nice but could do with a bit of care and affection as a few maintenance issues noted above had also been mentioned in previous reviews yet nothing done about them.

A couple of improvements would make this even better. - Very close to where I was working Good space for working Patchy WiFi Strange lighting in the main room - some panels did t light up and lighting over the kitchen worktops was very limited. Towel rails did not heat up (I couldn’t find controls for these) Construction work starts early (by 0800) which was ok for me but something to note. The blinds in the bedroom are inadequate in terms of blocking out light.

• Andy (3/5): Clean, tidy, and well located - but not a comfortable or pleasant place to stay. - Location was convenient. Not as pictured. Noisy, lighting issues, shower pressure/temperature issues. Pictures showed normal living room setup and tidy bedroom - reality was furniture tucked into corner of living room to make space for a large futon mattress left on the floor. Bedroom was cluttered with spare bedding, old socks from a previous guest, and an uncomfortable bed.

• Anna (8/5): - Lokal spełnił oczekiwania, znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji dla osób nastawionych na zwiedzanie. Przystanek autobusowy tuż obok, dwie stacje metra też blisko. Sklepy z żywnością, punkty gastronomiczne w pobliżu. Choć obawialiśmy się ciasnoty to w mieszkaniu było dla nas wystarczająco miejsca (4 osoby dorosłe i dziecko), znajdowały się też podstawowe środki czystości, akcesoria kuchenne. Bezproblemowe odebranie i zdanie kluczy. Okolica spokojna, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Jedyne co to budynek znajduje się w sąsiedztwie budowy tak, że z rana jest trochę hałaśliwie. Gospodarz troskliwy, sam nawiązał kontakt.

• Astrid (8/5): - Die Lage ist top. Und mit Moorgate, Liverpool Street Station und Old Street 3 tube Stationen in der näheren Umgebung. Das Bad mit Dusche und die getrennte Toilette sind mit guten Handtuchheizungen ausgestattet. Somit ist es dort angenehm warm. Leider sind die Fenster nur 1fach verglast und somit ist es sehr hellhörig und im Winter schon kälter im Schlafzimmer Dort gibt es keine Heizung. Sobald die Baustellen direkt vor der Wohnung fertig sind, ist es sicherlich wieder ruhiger. Da wir aber bei einem Städtetrip eh früh unterwegs sind, hat es uns nicht gestört. Im Treppenhaus könnte es sauberer sein.
• Ching Yee (10/5): Clean, cozy, convenient-to-get-to-town stay for family if 5. - Comfortable room for my family of five - amenities in the apartment was to our satisfactory. Location was central enough for us to get around London. Loved that we get to hv Netflix too. Nothing much really. If you are a light sleeper, do expect some noises (shutters opening very early in the morning, close to 630am?), some footsteps from guests staying upstairs. Otherwise, this is a perfect stay.

• Chiara (9/5): - L'appartamento è come appare nelle foto. La stanza matrimoniale è spaziosa come la sala cucina. Posizione buona, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Liverpool street. C'è un deposito bagagli modesto, ma efficiente. Il bagno è nuovo, ma mancano spazi per appoggiare gli oggetti (mensole, ripiani, appendini ...)

È una zona funzionale per gli spostamenti, rimane zona di uffici. Noi eravamo in 5, c'era un matrimoniale e un divano letto. Il lettino era molto molto piccolo, per un adulto è scomodo ma per pochi giorni ci si adatta. Non ha ascensore e le scale sono strette.

• Cyrus (1/5): A terrible experience for the price - The property was a fair size for the location and price. There was also a really good cafe down stairs. Good options for groups (if linen available) We were a group of 3 businesses people that required 3 separate beds (as advertised). When we arrived there was two beds made up. We respectfully asked where the linen was and we treated rudely and unfairly. The drains do not efficiently drain so when you are in a group you have to wash in others muck if time restricted and don’t have one hour to wait for drain speed. No main lights in the primary room and no interest in helping with bulbs Zero on site support and only rudeness via the phone

• Gary (10/5): Excellent quality and great amenities - Every amenity I needed and a great alternative to a hotel within a 20 minute walk of Bank and Monument. Whilst I was travelling for business I think the tool would be perfect for a small family with a cot, single camp bed and futon as well as the double bed Being a business district there were options for bars and restaurants by no mini super markets as far as I could find. So make sure you pick up drinks etc for the fridge before arriving.

Well, it did not bother us as we were out during day times, but for other guests may be disturbing: right next to a construction site, some noise from there - part of staying in the City, I'd say...

• Valentina (6/5): Appartamento sopravalutato. - Appartamento bilocale spazioso e con diversi comfort. Vicino Liverpool station. Appena arrivati dalla stazione sono 9 min. a piedi. Pulizia scadente dell’appartamento in special modo del bagno che abbiamo dovuto disinfettare al nostro arrivo. Letto singolo inesistente era praticamente una brandina da mare adibita a letto con un materasso appoggiato che fuoriusciva da questa rete improvvisata…. Improponibile. Rumore costante tutta la notte e di giorno ci sono a due passi i lavori di ricostruzione di un edificio e gli operai iniziano molto presto la mattina e anche il sabato e la domenica. Quartiere di soli uffici, pertanto non ci sono locali dove poter cenare superare le 18;00, il sabato e la domenica è tutto deserto e chiuso.

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements were a little tight for 5. Would be really perfect for a family of 4 or family with small children. Overall we were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation.

Dispone de aire acondicionado y placa de ducha amplia. La cama supletoria y el sofá cama eran pequeñas incluso para un niño. No tiene ascensor para subir el equipaje, pero era solo una planta.

• Rachel (10/5): Cramped and hot, very pricey, but convenient location. - The breakfast was nice. It was a convenient location and the bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was incredibly hot in the room - there was no air conditioning and the window barely opened. The room is teeny tiny so we had very little space for our bags.

• Laine (5/5): Meh - This was one of the few air conditioned apts available in London for less than $400/night. Now we know why. There is currently major construction surrounding the apt. Demolition starts at 8 am, and at night, all the sites are fully lit, which the shades do not fully block out. Plus, partiers in the bar below were out singing in the streets until 1:30 am. So, bring your earplugs and mask! Also note that the AC unit is in the living room, not the bedroom, which stays hotter. The bed has a heavy comforter on it and no top sheet. The location of light switches is also very weird and it took a couple days to find all the kitchen lighting.

• Saija (6/5): Pleasant - Very near from Liverpool street station, modern flat. There is veeeery big constraction going on near and they start everymorning at 08 so you cant sleep more on that. Almost all the noices from upper floor room come very noisely to aparment. Master bedroom has tiny windows (not soundprofing) and the tarffic sound, everything comes outside very easily from there. The is no heating or nothing in the room so temperature is quite low, even summer. The kitchen area is quite ok. There is a air condition. Next time I would choose hotel insted of this.

• Eden (7/5): Nice - The apartment was nice , clean, comfortable bad. They don’t have good curtains in the bad room and it makes it impossible to sleep at 05am the all room is full of light.
