Claire (9/5): Lovely house, perfect for a getaway with friends & family. - Location was great for what we needed, walking distance to the shops, a bit further to the beach (~30 mins walk) or an easy drive. Decor was lovely, beds were comfortable, and lots of space. Nothing.
ceri (10/5): Beautiful home, central and perfect for mixed group stay or family - Hard to just jump out to collect keys, if you were only person collecting you have to park up in carpark and walk over to shop then redirect to home. A key safe would work better. I was also charged on my card for a property damage bond which wasn't applicable and lost out $80 in exchange rates. Should not charge unless damage...a hold card should be sufficient after the price we had already paid for 1 week which was a lot.
Selina (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Great spot Comfortable beds Everything you need Bedrooms were very hot as only one aircon Main bedrooms fan did not work, luckily my hubby hadn’t left home yet so he bought up a fan
Bodene (7/5): Good - Well set out and wide range of things available including games and a well equipped kitchen. Outside area quiet run down. Pool was dirty. Pool chemicals stored outside where kids could or accessed, rubbish left in gardens and back yard. Broken guttering leaking water in patio areas. Lawns not maintained and side fences falling down. For priced We expected more Plus picking up and returning keys to Mooloolbah 15min away.

Bronwyn (7/5): Well located, comfortable house, but there issues that have hopefully been addressed by the rental agents. - This was a comfortable residential house, located close to my family and near Sunshine Plaza which was very convenient. For the price we paid for 7 nights there were a few issues. Unfortunately the hot water service did not warm up till late in the day due to it being solar, and we had 8 of us staying there for my mothers funeral, so this was not optimal. Although we did not wish to use the pool, the filter & pool cleaner were not connected and the pool was full of leaves and previous occupants had not picked up the dog poo in the back yard (it is a dog friendly house- we don’t have a dog)
