- Mr Ortiz (8/5): -
- MINGHAO (10/5): -
- San (8/5): Value for money - There was a direct train from Haneda airport to the subway station, and the property was walking distance. There were only 2 disposal towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days not enough.
- Nurul Huda (9/5): What we'd like the most is the bed. Comfy for 4 adults, not very noisy at night, and its very easy to access to Asak - The ambience is nice, it was clean, walking distance to the Aeon mart. Not that for from Asakusabashi station. The towels, they are disposable. Luckilu I read the review beforehand, so we brought our own towel. Perhaps owner could consider to provide real towels. Stairs were a bit steep.
- JIANXIN (9/5): 位置优越,出行方便,便利店和食店就在附近。总的来说,性价比高,值得推荐! - 楼梯稍斜,但可以理解。搬行李上下需要小心一点。 无
- Jamie (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Many food options within short walking distance. Would prefer if more disposable towels were provided for longer stays, as well as if there were foldable stools and table. Staircase was quite steep.
- Ronquillo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Birchall (8/5): A great place to stay with a family. Good location and good space - Location and space Disposable towels
- Johsand (8/5): Very good -
- Jaime-lee (4/5): Underwhelming, different stay experience than advertised. - We were able to book semi-last minute and the TV was a smart TV. The room we had didn’t have a bench or chairs as advertised. The room had a random tissue under the bed with something in it when we arrived (but it was otherwise very clean looking). The room provided only disposable towels which we found uncomfortable/ineffective to use. 1h 10m before checkout we were visited at the room and asked if we could leave 30 minutes early so the host could clean.
- Jonathan (9/5): Very clean comfortable and convenient apartment for Tokyo,, so well located for tourism. - Quiet and very convenient location, clean and very comfortable beds. The stairs are very steep,, would be better to have more pillows and real towels.
- Daniel (3/5): Bring your own towels! 😅 - Good location. We stayed here in April, a tricky month to find a hotel in Tokyo. Relation between quality and price on the edge. Windows are not good isolated, the place is a little bit noisy on the mornings.
Stairs are not suitable for old people or be used with children, must be used with lot of care. Even take care if you dare go up stairs drunk XD
Even though towels were showed in the photos of the room we found there some kind of thin smoking paper one-use towels. We asked for more but the answer was there were no more towels available.
- Yuri (7/5): Good -
- Mira (8/5): Very good - There wasn’t towels available, only disposable ones, although on the picture real ones were shown. Overall experience was good, host was super responsive and helpful with all inquiries. No iron, no washing machine available. For Tokio this is super offer, worked for this price.
- Lili (8/5): Very good - The location and the reasonable price. The message response is not very fast. It was confusing that the check-in details were sent after the booking was confirmed, even though I booked the hotel one and a half months ago. It would be nice if the owner could send the check-in details on or before the check-in day.
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thiago (6/5): Regular stay - Good beds. Bathroom ok. There was a bad smelling In whole building. It seems sewer smell That start In The First floor and spreadsheet Even with The appartment door closed. Another point to improve: there is now spot to put the baggage. Maybe a chair would help.
- Jan (9/5): Great place for our family and the host is very responsive. -
- Irwanto (9/5): Superb - good location, not far from asakusabashi station.
- Yonessa (10/5): The location is fantastic—situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, making it conven - The location is excellent, the space is spotless and comfortable, and the host is quick to respond to any inquiries you may have.
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - Closeness to the station, which made getting around very easy. We were there for 3 nights and as it is winter our bath towels did not dry. Would have been good to have extra. Also the fridge was off when we arrived and was starting to defrost so there was water on the ground.
- Jude (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yanisa (9/5): Superb -
- Sunny (10/5): Great location, great value for small (and young) travelling family - Location was quite convenient, close (8min walk) to Asakusabashi station, which was strategically located. Has direct train to Narita and also to other major stations in Tokyo area.
Room is big in Tokyo standard. We are a family off 3 can easily fit in the room with quite plenty of space for our luggage.
Room facilities were as described, good shower pressure, mini fridge, microwave, and water boiler helped a lot. The stair is very steep and narrow, difficult to carry large suitcases.
- Tracy (8/5): Superbly priced room in a fantastic location! - The location was fantastic! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with several local shops and restaurants just a few feet away. The metro station is a very quick walk away and it was easy to get around.
The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was very clean. All amenities were provided: shampoo and conditioner, body soap, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, drinking glasses, small fridge, and microwave.
Communication with the property host were easy, with no problem.
Directions to the location were easy and instructions on how to get into the room were clear. There was no where to put our things. We had to just leave our suitcases open and laid out on the floor and spent the week crawling over them. A small dresser under the TV would’ve been great! We could’ve unpacked our things and tucked the suitcases away and had more room.
One of the pillows smelled strongly of mildew, so I didn’t use it at all.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - This accommodation was great as we wanted somewhere quiet but still close to good transport options
This stay was located a 5 minute flat walk from Asakusabashi station, which gave us Asakusa and Chuo-Sobu access one stop from Akihabara
The beds were really comfortable, big TV, one unit per floor, so there were only a few units
It was also on a quiet residential side street so no traffic sounds
Communication from the host was really great and responsive
Shower and toilet were good quality and spacious
The decor was really cute with doraraemon art in the room and hallway
Great stay in a quiet area where you can still be central within a short time The only thing I could say if I had to was the stairs were narrow and no elevator
It's not a problem for me, but if you aren't as mobile then it would be a struggle
- Yanti (8/5): Very good -
- Pierre-damien (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness, location, bed size, facilities (fridge, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, A/C, smart TV), supermarket in front. Not so much space to store luggage and move around easily, very steep steps to access the apartment.
- Sameer (5/5): Not a good place to stay if you are with family and carrying BIG BAGS. - They gave a room to us on 3rd floor.
The facility DOES NOT have any elevator.
There is a narrow staircase, with very non standard size of steps.
IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO CLIMB THE STAIRCASE WITH BIG BAGS.
My family found it very hard when checking in also, and when checking out also.
- Olivia (8/5): Great location, fast respond and nice host, clean -
- Patsuda (8/5): Great choice very comfy and clean - - Very clean
- the bed were super comfy
- the room looks exactly like the picture
- takes only few minutes walk from the station (4-5mins)
- every restaurant around the ASAKUSABASHI station were ate were absolutely amazing ( I recommend Tonkatsu shop they gave a lot taste amazing and cheap) - No bathtub, only shower
- stairs were too steep really afraid to fall (luckily we got tge room in 2nd floor so only one set of stairs) if traveling with elderly should consider this matter
- my mom said her pillowcase smelled dank/musty (mine was fine)
- Mustafa (8/5): Very good -
- Kelly (9/5): Superb -
- Kam (9/5): Superb - Value for money, superb location, very spacious, and checking-in/out was very smoothh! Highly recommended! Very narrow and steep stairs going to the room upstairs, big or heavy luggage is troublesome.
- Blakely (9/5): Great property for families, close to the train station, straight connection to Narita. - Great property for families, close to the train station, straight connection to Narita. No issues.
- Jennifer (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and truly cozy stay! - VERY convenient location in close proximity to Asakusa, Akihabara, and Tokyo Skytree areas. The area was not busy or noisy and an east walk to Asakisabashi train station. The host was very friendly, promptly replied to all our messages and was very helpful. Only thing to note is the very steep stairway, if you have mobility issues, this could be tricky. Our children had no issues climbing up and down the stairs though. We had a wonderful stay.
- Michael (8/5): very comfortable - clean, location.. comfortable the stairs of the building is too steep. elevator would help
- Sanchez (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and the shampoo, and conditioner were great for my hair. Great quality products. The owner was efficient in responding as well. The location was walking distance from the train which was a plus. There is covinience stores close by for snacks.
- Abdul (8/5): Very good -
- Jing (7/5): It’s ok for a temporary stay for family of four, but we did feel crowed and inconvenient for activities like eating. - Good location, comfortable beds, very clean. Communication is fast and responsible. The stairs are too deep and narrow, not recommended for elderly and small children. Not enough shelves or cabinets in the room, no chairs.
- Hung (8/5): Very clean room, the host is also nice either. - The room is very clean, and the host is very pleasant, the facility also new. Without elevator, is a little bit hard to carry the luggage up to the upstairs, but fortunately the host arrange our room from 3 floor to 2 floor, I was so appreciate with that arrangement because we have 2 big 29 inch suitcases.
The most close station is Asakusabashi station, we couldnt find a elevator down to the JR Asakusabashi station, so we were carry big luggage by walk through long stairs…
- Lily (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Welcoming and minimalist 🥰😍...All you need within the studio apartment. Except washer/dryer, it would be perfect if this is available on ground floor. As we stayed for slightly over a week...love the place, but walking to laudramat 5 minutes wasn't fun when we looked like Santa 😆...I will want to stay here again next year, but will ask for lower floor next time 😃
What I love about this studio
• Air filter
• Microwave
• Mini fridge
• Tsubaki Premium Shampoo & Conditioner
• Hairdryer
• Slippers
• Personal teapot and water boiler
• Two toilets!!! No fighting over urgent nature call
• 2 Queen-size beds for tall people like us...Most hotels we've stayed over the month were "small"
• Hangers The steep stairs 🥴😵Lugging our luggages was difficult.😵 It'd be easy for those with small & lighter luggages. Only because, I was in Japan for a month...my bags were heavy 🤣😂...my bad.
- Gokhan (10/5): Exceptional - The room is small but extremely nice and cozy. Everything is new and clean. There is everything necessary in the room, like a fridge, a microwave and other utilities. Thank the host for the hospitality. It was difficult to find it, as the host did not give the name of the hotel. It was Nishiki Hotel. There is no table with chairs, you should sit only on your beds.
