• eric (1/5): - Un cauchemar dans un appartement en sous location . Sous location illégale bien sûr. La clefs électroniques ne fonctionnait en arrivant. Je suis resté 2 heures devant la porte avec mes enfants. Impossible de demander de l'aide à l'accueil la sous location étant illégale !! Au bout de 2 heures la clefs a été reprogrammé. J'ai du me faire passer pour quelqu'un de la famille du loueur. Bref après 8 heures de vol c'est une expérience détestable!!
• Jorn (1/5): Worst experience on booking.com we ever had - The building has nice facilities and is conveniently located close to the convention center. Unfortunately the area has a lot of homeless people and is unsafe at night. The host is extremely unprofessional. The property we booked was NOT available at time of check in and we were diverted to a different unit in a separate building (which did not have the infant bed we requested, among other things). We were assured we could move unit the day after. The following day around noon (as we were already out for the day), we were informed that our original unit was ready for us and that we had to immediately remove our belongings from the temporary unit (because other guests had to move in) and move them to the unit we originally booked. We had to cancel our plans and rush back from the beach in LA traffic as we were informed that a cleaning crew was already let into the temporary unit (without our consent and while our belongings were still there). The “host” was very rude and even threatened to remove our stuff and cancel our booking altogether if we didn’t rush back as she had other guests moving in and she “could not lose any money”. Additionally both apartments were very dirty, especially the floors (we could not let the baby crawling on the floor or she came up covered in dust and black knees). The queen bed was very uncomfortable with sagging mattress (impossible for 2 people to sleep on), the king mattress was covered in horrible stains and only cheap synthetic bedding, no mattress protector. In fact the apartment looks like the set for a cheap adult movie. Very loud air conditioning made the living room freezing cold (where there was supposed to be a sleeping couch which was just an uncomfortable couch) while the main bedroom remained too warm. The washing machine was full of black mold and we didn’t feel comfortable using it for washing infant clothes. All in all the worst experience we ever had in a booking.com property.

In fact we didn’t get to stay because our booking was cancelled at 3pm on the day of check in! Don’t trust this host A host that cancelled our booking on day of check in and didn’t have the decency to respond to messages.
• Erin (10/5): Extremely impressive luxury apartment in downtown LA - The apartment was luxurious, comfortable, and well stocked and had amazing views. We really enjoyed the pool and the included parking was a huge perk. The building is very secure. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The host was very helpful and responsive. Everything was great.
• sergio eustachio (8/5): - Eravamo già stati ad ottobre in questo appartamento e c’era piaciuto molto infatti avevo prenotato per il prossimo viaggio di febbraio purtroppo, quando siamo arrivati senza aver avuto nessuna informazione, c’era stato cambiato l’Appartamento e quindi abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel raggiungerlo. L’appartamento che ci hanno dato in sostituzione comunque era molto bello peccato solo che la stanza da letto è abbastanza rumorosa a causa dell’ elevato traffico della strada. la pulizia della cucina abbiamo chiesto di rifarla il giorno dopo perché non era stata fatta in maniera corretta. Comunque un buon soggiorno.

• Lúa Anamcara (10/5): Great Option! - The hostess, Cece, was kind, polite, and helpful. She made us feel welcome at all times. The apartment had everything, including water and coffee. There were extra towels, and everything smelled wonderful. I'm very picky about pillows, but luckily these were delicious. Honestly, I don't usually leave such glowing reviews, but this place deserves to be recommended. Thanks for everything!
• Eva (1/5): Enttäuschung vor Ort – nicht wie auf den Fotos, schwierige Kommunikation - Kontakt: Bis kurz vor Abflug war die Gastgeberin nicht erreichbar. Erst nach meiner Beschwerde bei Booking erhielt ich eine Antwort; die Wegbeschreibung kam erst nach der Landung. Apartment: Das übergebene Objekt hatte nicht die in der Anzeige gezeigte Ausstattung/Aufteilung; Blick, Raumgrößen und Möblierung wichen deutlich ab. Vorfall: Beim Hinweis auf die Abweichungen wurde mir gesagt, die Online-Bilder seien „nur Beispielbilder des Komplexes“. Als ich den Zustand dokumentieren wollte, wurde ich gebeten, die Wohnung sofort zu verlassen; gleichzeitig blieb die Buchung aktiv (keine Stornierung durch die Gastgeberin). Folgen: Wir standen abends mit Kindern ohne Unterkunft da und mussten kurzfristig in Downtown L.A. Ersatz finden. Booking konnte den Fall erst nach mehreren Wochen klären; schließlich wurde der Betrag erstattet. Fazit: Für mich leider keine Empfehlung – die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der Darstellung, die Kommunikation war unzureichend.

• Gabriella (4/5): Horrible service - Good location, nice views Condensending staff. We felt like because we were a group of African girls, she had to talk to us like we didn't understand English. She kept us waiting for hours before check-in. Living room carpet was disgusting. No body wash in bathrooms. The bed in the 2nd room is a recipe for back pain. Horrible. Overall, I won't recommend it to anyone. After our interaction with the staff before and during check-in, my friends all wanted to leave because they felt insulted. Keep in mind, we are well traveled ladies, and this staff tried to make us feel small because we are Africans. We all felt very disrespected.

• Piotr (10/5): Comfort on the 29th floor. - We were the first guests in this new apartment on 29th floor. Zee is very nice and helpful person. Beautiful views from the balcony and roof. Near shops/market and restaurants. Very comfortables beds and we liked the cosmetics in the bathroom so much that we bought the same ones for home. See you Zee next time!

• Sharity Humphrey (10/5): - It was in a great downtown location and in a super secure building. Zee and her assistant were super nice. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and had an expectional view. It also had extra things you needed to feel like you were at home. Just needed a manual to operate the washer dryer combo and the upscale oven combo as well. The parking garage was kind of tedious, but we did get the hang of it.

• Washington, (8/5): Great apartment, terrible parking situation and unresponsive "host" - Nice secure building, nice spacious new apartment with fancy appliances and fixtures, great views, nice gym. Some furniture was a little worn, and the closet hadn't been vacuumed. The "host" showed us the fridge and cabinets, which contained opened perishable food other guests had left, like opened packages of lunch meat, milk, and cereal. She told us we could eat anything that was in it. This was a bit odd and, frankly, unsafe. I responded a text from the host company to let them know our ETA after a day-long flight. The host company responded to say where to meet them to get the keys. This was 15 min after our arrival time. The person didn't tell us she was running late, so we were left sitting in our car waiting for her for another 10 min. She showed us how to get into the parking garage but didn't tell us that she took us into an entrance that was opened for us by security but wouldn't work with the parking pass. This was just the beginning of the issues we had with parking. The parking pass was a worn out laminated piece of paper with a bar code on it. The laminate was peeling apart. We had to hold the pass up to the windshield facing a reader that should have opened each of the two gates to get into the garage and then the residential parking area. Then the parking was 6 floors up, so a long winding entrance. This would have been a wonderful stay, still, but the pass didn't work. We tried everything, moving the pass very slowly, getting out of the car and walking to the reader, and even asking a parking attendant to try it at the entrance. We couldn't get in our out. Cars were lined up behind us, and we had to let people pass us. We spent several minutes sometimes before the gate would open. It was so bad that we took Uber for shorter trips. On the last 2 days of our visit, it was worse, and we couldn't get in or out without the parking attendant opening the gate for us, which required us to provide our unit information, etc. I let the hosts/company know by text, and they didn't immediately respond. Hours later, they called and explained some information they hadn't shared about which entrance to use. Still, they didn't address the issue with the parking pass not being readable. They didn't really do anything to help. The day we were to check out and hand over keys, I told them what time we needed to leave to get to the airport.

Shower n the Master when raised to full height sent water around the tub surround to the floor! Had to be very careful not to have a mess!

• Nigel (6/5): Overall a good apartment with great views. - The location of the property was good with an amazing view of the city. The apartment was comfortable. Only being given one key for a group of 8 guests was difficult to coordinate schedules. The sofa was a bit old and the air quality in the apartment felt stuffy at times.

Would stay again. - very friendly host who made sure someone was on site to hand over keys and explain the parking. The building amenities are amazing - warmed pool, beautiful gym and lounge space. The apartment itself is fine, clean, has everything you could need for an extended stay. Communication with the host during our stay was easy. The location is superb - walking distance to basically anything you'd need. Parking is free. The scent on first arrival was A LOT - I had to remove all of the glade plug ins! I'd recommend maybe just one plugin for the space. I didn't love that the previous guests' luggage was still there when I arrived and I think the host was hoping I'd be there to provide entry for them to come pick up their luggage. I do wish the property info was all written down somewhere though for future reference (i.e., parking space #, apartment #, floor for community space and pool, etc) as it was a bit of a whirlwind tour to remember everything. The instruction on how to get to the building and the driveway to meet the person was also very confusing - she sent me a photo of the view from where she was standing but some of the landmarks were different. A simple address and written explanation (ie the building is named Thea Metropolis, the entrance is on 8th on the L side of the street where it looks like you'll be getting on the Southbound freeway, and the entrance to the parking is just past the front of the building).
