• Katka (7/5): - - poloha /blízkosť železničnej stanice/ - priestrannosť bytu - ticho večer - byt bol vcelku čistý, príjemný, deti sa v ňom cítili dobre. - byt má 2 spálne /samostatnú izbu ocenil hlavne môj syn - pubertiak/, je tam zopár hračiek, kníh, obývačka a maličká ale vcelku praktická kuchyňa /bohate stačí keď tam niekto ide na pár dní/ aj s práčkou. - mravce v kúpelke - pokazili celkový dojem - nie najpraktickejšie otváranie sprchového kúta - výťah ktorý stojí len na medziposchodiach - my sme mali kufor relatívne ľahký, keby bol ťažší tak by to bol problém vláčiť pre mňa /navyše je riziko že sa na schodoch ten kufor pokazí.../ - dvere na malý balkón v spálni nešli otvoriť a teda sa ťažšie vetralo, čo je škoda...

• Avagyan (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. I was traveling with my three children, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. The apartment is very cozy and well thought out — every corner feels practical and welcoming. There is a large balcony, which was very convenient for storing our two strollers. There were many small details that made our stay especially pleasant. Our kids were very happy to find a small plate with sweets — such a simple gesture, but a big joy for them. Everything was spotlessly clean, fully functional, and the design is modern and tasteful. The apartment is well equipped with a coffee machine and coffee, different types of tea, and all the necessary essentials you may need upon arrival. Communication with the host was excellent. All instructions were sent in advance, so everything was clear and easy, and we didn’t need to ask for anything. On our last day, we had an unexpected situation, and the host was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. His generosity and understanding meant a lot to us, and we are very grateful. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again.
• ivan (8/5): Siamo rimasti due giorni, siamo stati bene - Posizione ottima per la vicinanza al centro e per la disponibilità del parcheggio riservato gratuito. Appartamento curato, ben riscaldato e silenzioso. Manca un forno a microonde e qualche accessorio in più per la cucina: carta casa, un paio di presine per le pentole, un paio di forbici o una tovaglia ( o set all’americana) per mangiare. Il secondo letto è in realtà un divano letto, non un letto come scritto nelle descrizioni.

• Jacek (10/5): Idealne na pobyt w Graz i okolicy - Wspaniały pobyt! Mieszkanie mieści się przy dworcu głównym, ale jednocześnie jest ciche i spokojne, bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, przestronne i czyste. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam z całego serca!

• Christian (10/5): Perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt für eine Familie - Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof, groß genug für uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhig; Ankunft und Abreise sehr unkompliziert, nette und informative Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter; Parkplatz im Innenhof durch einen Schranken gesichert; Badezimmer sehr klein

• Stig (7/5): - Fin lejlighed med dejlig altan og funktionelt køkken. Central placering og god kommunikation med værten. Sengen i det store soveværelse var for blød. I det lille værelse var sengen decideret uegnet til at sove i. Lejligheden indbød ikke til hygge, der var få lamper, og i stuen kun en skrigende neonlampe i loftet. Der var desuden utroligt meget støj fra de omkringliggende gader, som forstyrrede nattesøvnen. Der bruges et låsesystem, som kræver en app og det var noget irriterende og krævede en opringning til værten, som dog hjalp hurtigt og effektivt.

• Anika (8/5): Very good - The flat is very central and in a quiet area. It's very close to the central railway station that might not be the safest place to be at night, but around the flat we felt super safe. The parking is definitely a plus as well. The flat itself comes with everything you need and even has two balconies. Another plus is that you can simply walk into the centre. Normally there is also a tram connection, but it was under construction during our stay. From the train station you can also catch a bus. The bathroom is very small and there is no space to leave your things while taking a shower. Also, the floor squeaks a lot, as it's an old building. When we arrived we were also welcomed by a lot of ants, but the host was super responsive and the powder he left worked like a charm.

• Toma (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and feels just like home. There’s a private parking spot right in front of the building. Communication with the owner was excellent — he even recommended some great places to eat. It is necessary to install an app for the first entry into the building and the apartment.

• Gabor (10/5): Nice, spacious flat in good location - It's a spacious, nice flat, close to the main railway station, but still quiet. There are nice views from both sides (city centre from one side, the hills from the other) which you can enjoy from two balkonies. The flat is well equipped, there was enough room for our family of four. Overall, it was a very good choice. The host is kind and helpful. There is a private parking lot, which is a great help and saves money. The house was built in the 1950s, typcial of its area, but in good condition. Nothing wrong.
