• Sotiris (1/5): Inconvenient apartment with very unhelpful staff. - Very disappointed Inconvenient apartment and parking location. Swimming pool and gym are in a different building. The property manager was particularly unhelpful and rude at times.
• Y (7/5): Overall, it was a comfartable stay with all necessary facilities. - Having only one key restricted our movements. Getting checking in instructions on time was an issue and several phone calls had to be given even while boarding the flight which was very stressful.

• Karen (9/5): Great apartment with a nice view. - Easy area to get around, walk to coffee & breakfast, and bus station. Apartment was nice and clean and great view. I did not get the email about how to collect the keys, I got an e-mail with a code so I assumed that was a code for a locked door. It was a struggle to get the correct email but it worked out. We would have appreciated more than two hand towels/washcloths for an entire week. Did not realize there was not a dryer with the washer, I feel like that should have been highlighted about the apartment. On the 3rd or 4th day the shower drain stopped draining so that was not fun. Everyother short term rental I have stayed at has had some sort of welcome booklet/binder with helpful information about how to contact someone if there is an issue, what the check out procedures are (dishes, trash, laundry, leftover food) as well as helpful information about the area (places to eat or visit or shop), you might consider adding this to the unit.
• Ng (8/5): Very good - Friendly host, good location and all necessary facilities are there. If the car space is located at the ground floor will be better.
• Sharon (10/5): Made our Christmas stay fun, comfortable and a great base to see family - The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location. I particularly liked the fact that parking was included plus access to the pool and gym- which we used during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and i loved the view from the 26th floor The lifts were a little slow at times and we had a little trouble with scanning in and out of the carpark-but nothing major
